Safety oriented, friendly and welcoming community, solid and concise coaching. Dan’s class was great and the Saturday workout was the perfect amount of work and level of difficulty for myself and for my friend who had never been to a CrossFit class before.
I’ve been CrossFitting since 2008 and have traveled to many gyms worldwide. I would definitely come back here and am recommending this gym to my friends in the area.
Lots of equipment and lots of fans!

I’ve been to a ton of different CrossFit boxes, but this one is the best. The owner Josh is incredibly accommodating, and the community is super friendly. This box stands out from the crowd with their expert coaching and abundant class times to meet the needs of any schedule. Don’t mess around with other gyms in the area. CrossFit Cataclysm is the very best.

Me and my husband came here from San Diego, visiting family for the holidays and wanted to make sure to keep training while away from our box. We come from a much larger facility, but what CrossFit Cataclysm lacks in size they make up in attentive coaches and killer workouts. My husband had tears on his palms from a WOD the week before, and they catered his workout to prevent further injury and help with healing. I especially loved the warm-​up tailored to the strength portion, I have a few stretches and warm ups to take home! Thanks a lot for letting us drop in, we’ll be back the next time we’re in town!
