the products here are great for a retail store! daughter and I love e.l.f. products and they carry a lot of them! my only turn off is how clean the WHOLE store in general is (ie. restroom, each department, café, and eatery area)…IT IS DISGUSTING! so much so it LITERALLY gave me a migraine! I had to REALLY control myself from not asking an employee for a wet cloth, dry cloth and disinfectant!!! my daughter’s had to lull me that it was going to be okay… to give them 5 mins so they could eat their pizza… SO DISGUSTING!

This target is ALWAYS clean and the staff are very courteous and helpful. This store alone is why we don’t shop at Wal-​Mart!!!

Ordered online for store pickup. Got email stating order was ready for pickup. Drove to store to find out I couldn’t pick it up due to system error. Offered to let me repurchase everything and then get my online order money back at a later date. Never ordering from
again.

Cashier that helped me was rude and unfriendly. She had no smile when greeting me and when she handed me my receipt she didn’t say thank you or even look at me. She lacked any decent customer service skills.

A very brightly lit store. They’re pretty organized so it’s easy on the eyes. I like this Target & the options they have. The location is convenient & there are a surplus of things to do in the plaza. I mean I never liked Target or my experiences at any of the Targets I’ve been to before but I have to say this was different. Like every Target I’ve seen so far, there is a Starbucks located inside the store by the exit. Although their prices are slightly higher than certain places, they don’t lack in variety & quality. I’ll be back.

I walked through and due to the fine print being different for some of the same products it was very deceiving. The employee sent to check a tag that I was talking about agreed that it was misleading. I usually love target but this trip didn’t end up the way I wanted it to. But I will be back and maybe a better review next time.

I usually have nothing bad to say about Target but the last couple of visits to the store, I have had a problem with the employees not being very helpful when being asked a question. I don’t expect them to know the answer to every question, but they could at least say, «I’m not sure, but let me find out for you.» Today, I asked an employee a question and their reply was, «I don’t know, I just came off break.» They just looked at me with a blank face, so I kindly asked them if they could please find out for me. This isn’t the first time this has happened. It won’t stop me from going to Target but I just think they need some common courtesy training :-)

Dear Target in Harker Heights,
I love you! Granted, you are not a Super Target, but one of your staffers told me that the fresh produce is coming soon! I am also in love with this entire new shopping area. I was bummed that the items I wanted were out of stock, but one of your associates did help me pretty quickly, even if your red help phones did not work. I came out with 2 swimsuits, and way too much candy.

It’s been a while since I have been here due to the whole card fraud deal that was happening with Target… but I am sure that their business overall has changed because of that. They always seem to have extra long and slow checkout lines here due to the fact that there are not enough cashiers on the registers for whatever reasons. They should fix that like now. There was a Target in Killeen, then they closed that one to build this one-​not a smart move I say. On a positive note, they do have some nice things here, but you decide if it’s worth it or not.

I like the store itself but the lines are always long. On my most recent visit the cashier was talking to point where it slowed down checkout. I also went into the Starbucks once and it was a VERY long wait. Maybe some people don’t mind dilly-​dallying but I like to get in, get my items and get out. I wish they had self-​checkout kiosks. That would be awesome.

A nice clean Target. Plenty of parking and doesn’t seem overly crowded even though its the only one in the area. I made plenty of visits here when I first arrived in town. They have groceries too! No produce though. There’s a Starbucks inside that actually seems decent. Most Starbucks in Targets are kind of last resort for me but this one seems fine.

I really like coming to here to check out their deals, it’s no walmart but they do have good quality stuff. This one is newer, always clean & the staff is friendly. Great customer service too; I called ahead & they had it waiting for me when I got there. Thanks

I absolutely adore Target. I’m from California and just recently moved to
Fort Hood. I was homesick after 3 weeks. Until I walked into this Target which is modeled EXACTLY like the one back home. YES, most targets look exactly the same. However there are some older targets still around. This layout is exactly the same as one back home so I knew my way around and felt like I was down the street from my old house again.
clean, organized, helpful staff. Exactly what you’d expect from every target. Short, fast moving lines and always well stocked.

I refuse to go to walmart unless I absolutely have to, so that’s where target comes in. It has a starbucks and a café. The café is very affordable and has a great selection of finger foods. It’s usually very organized and doesn’t have nearly as many rude ppl or employees as walmart does.

Customer service here is great! Normally when you go to a target, the workers don’t talk to you unless you approach them. At this target they are always asking (even if they are busy working on something) if they can help you find anything or if everything is okay. This target is very clean and friendly.
