When you order delivery and your pizza arrives ice cold you know there’s a problem. Never again!

Six months ago I had the best margarita pizza. But today, after driving across town, I bought two slices and they’re no better than frozen. I feel jipped…

Favorite place to get pizza. I love when my wife says she wants pizza. We always get half cheese half pepperoni and mushrooms. And great garlic knots. Make me happy to stuff my face with their food. Great to have them on way home from train station. Keep it up.

I order from Amendola’s at least once a week. I have always received great food and quickly. When you ask for something special or on the side, they always remember it. The delivery guy is really nice too! Great for ordering in, quick service!

Best slices in Hartsdale. Regular plain slice is very good. Good buffalo Chicken slice. Excellent garlic knots.

Just picked up a small with ½ meatball and ½ plain and the test was whether my son would like it — being an NYC boy — and three pieces later, he would say, ummm yeah!?!

Pizza is pretty damn good. The guys that work there are ornery f_cks. They don’t seem to appreciate your business. It’s a shame, because they make good food. Smile once in a while… say«thank you for your business». That goes a long way.

I have lived in the area 10 years… I have never gone to this place. I thought it would be your basic pizza place, its actually totally awesome!!! The flavor is old school good pizza. Who knew!!!

I would give Amendola’s ZERO stars if I could. Staff is exceptionally rude. We ordered pizza around 5pm on a Sunday evening, it was delivered to the wrong address in the wrong town, and when we called to complain, they said they did us a «favor» by delivering to us. We cancelled our order and will never give this establishment business again. I would advise others to not even bother trying!

I grew up going to this place, and I couldn’t speak more highly of it. Don’t go here if you’re looking for anything fancy, but if you want great pizza from a pizzeria, what I will always know as Cassanos is the best. I’ve actually never gotten anything from here that wasn’t pizza, but it’s a pizzeria, get pizza. It’s the best. The staff there is great… And if you’re a regular, they’ll remember you, which is something I really appreciate. It’s not like one of those places where you can go a hundred times and they’ll never remember you. It’s a great neighborhood pizza spot.

Forget about!!! This place can make a pizza!!! I had no idea what I was getting my self into. Looks like any other pizza place but I just popped in anyway because I was hungry and was not expecting a pizza that blew my mind. Also the kitchen looked really clean! I would defiantly come back. So crispy and fresh!!!

Not sure if there are new owners/staff but my neighbor convinced me to try them again — with him, and the service was actually pretty friendly from the gate. Pizza is okay, still nothing special or over the top. Pasta dishes were bland — absolutely flavorless. For the price($ 16 for a bowl of linguine alfredo), you’re better off cooking or going somewhere else. Great for a quick slice, nothing else. Eh. 2.5 stars

The pizza delivery came on time and it was hot, but it was the greasiest, most oily pepperoni and cheese pizza I’ve ever had.

Hands down the best pizza in Westchester, and if I blind folded you and gave you one of the entrees(chicken parm or a pasta dish for example) you would be sure you were in a quality Italian full service restaurant. Family owned and operated which I always love and located right near the train station.

This place has become my go to local pizza place by default. When we first moved in we tried every place in the area and we decided that Amendola’s(formerly Cassano’s) was the best for a slice or a pie. Frankie and Funucci’s across the street is totally different and depending on your mood you may prefer one style over another. I used Amendola’s for my daughter’s birthday party and the pizza was delivered on time, reasonably priced, hot/fresh and the delivery guy was great. I ordered from him the day before and he told me he would be the same guy delivering the pizza — that made me feel better as we did not want anything to go wrong. I’ve never ordered anything other than pizza but the rest of the menu is pretty typical of a local pizza place. I hate that they charge more if you 50⁄50 your toppings… that is petty. The service is usually pretty fast and friendly. They usually have coupons in the local mail so keep an eye out. Parking can be tough. There is limited metered street parking but there are some metered municipal lots nearby. Please don’t double park — I see people do this all the time and it is dangerous and causes a lot of traffic for the area.

We recently moved to the area and literally came upon this unassuming pizzeria by accident. It looks like a typical pizzeria on the outside but the food that this place produces is amazing– authentic and super-fresh ingredients! I should know– my family owned a pizzeria/Italian restaurant in Queens way back when. The pizza’s pretty good but the secret weapon(s) of Amendola’s are its’ entrees. We’ve tried most of them over the past few months and have not yet been disappointed. Our constant favorites are the chicken marsala(they use the dry marsala wine, thank goodness), all the parmigiani dishes(especially Shrimp), and Pasta Francesca. Unlike other restaurants, Amendola’s knows how to restrain itself from over-salting, over-buttering, over-oiling, or over-frying their food. Dang– those guys can sure cook! We had them cater a recent party and our guests raved about the food. Amendola’s sent over such huge portions –soooo fresh and delish– that we sent some home with guests, who then raved about how good the food was LEFTOVER! I hope Amendola’s stays around– my spouse even jokes that if they ever leave, we are going too!

This place has been around for a while. it was formerly known as Cassano’s, but there must have been a leveraged buy out or something. It’s a small storefront pizzeria with limited seating. The staff are straight out of central casting, but are nice folks. The pizza is above average Neapolitan style. The crust has become thinner recently, perhaps in response to Frankie and Fanucci’s, across the street. My favorite pizza there is the meat pizza, topped with sausage, pepperoni and bacon. It’s great, but if you eat more than 2 slices, you should be on a first name basis with a cardiologist. Their salads are very good, too. We often order the mozzarella salad with grilled chicken. Ask for them to chop it– it’s even better that way. Their house dressing is excellent. A very nice old school pizza place.
