The people working here are very nice and the prices are tre affordable. A standard Chinese takeout joint with 2 or 3 tables. The food can be hit or miss. Make sure ask how a dish is prepared. I ordered a stir fry mixed vegetable thinking it would be a standard healthy vegetable dish but it came with a sweet sticky General Tso sauce. Another Hunan dish seemed quite different than the usual preparation. If you like Panda Express, you will probably like this place.

You know that feeling you get after eating Chinese? You know the one, that feeling of guilt, that feeling oh dang I just ate some sort of something and I’m gonna pay the porcelain king a hefty fine… decent food but in the end nothing special in terms of quick Chinese takeout.

We used to order from here a lot! No more. The service is horrible. I waited an 1 hr and 20 minutes for an order to be delivered across the street and they didn’t even get it right, they forgot the rice. Imagine! Rice. By then I was irritated and no longer hungry so I asked for credit for the food I wasn’t going to eat. They said no. After three phone calls and a lot of fighting they gave me some credit but why not the first time I asked. Pathetic! Then my husband went in to pick up food and was told by owner she never got paid which is not true. She only didn’t get paid the amount that she credited me $ 10. I truly slammed the food in the garbage because she irritated me so much. Try any other restaurant before this one! Not missing much at all!!!

Terrible. I ordered chicken chow mein, which I’ve ordered from many other chinese food restaurants, and they delivered chow fun. When I called to tell them that what I received was not chow mein the woman insisted that chicken chow mein is vegetables with chicken and not fried noodles. If you google image search«chow mein» all you see are pictures of noodles and the definition of chow mein is fried noodles. Not sure where they are getting their menu from but they are serving things that don’t match up with any other chinese restaurant I’ve ever been to. When the delivery person came back to refund me he insisted that the Google search I showed him was lo mein and that what I received was in fact chow mein. Lo mein and chow mein are different items and it even says on their own menu that chow mein has fried noodles. I don’t get it but they’re very confused. I won’t be ordering from them again.

I’ve ordered from here once in a while and I gotta say the food is tasty. I don’t ever recall getting stale anything. Maybe its my luck lol. They are always polite when you call and the best thing is that you can also order online which is what i prefer. The place is not far from where I work and delivery is quick. The lunch menu is pretty extensive and the prices are not bad for the neighborhood its in. Actually waiting for my lunch order as I write this review! :-)

My fiancée and I order dinner from here at least once a week and the food is always terrific! Great chicken and broccoli, dumplings and fried rice! It’s our go-to Chinese place in the area for sure — I highly recommend it!

Eh. 2.5 stars The food is decent(at best) here. Typical ‘hole-in-the-wall’ type of fare tucked away on the inner block of East Hartsdale Avenue. We’ve ordered here three times and it’s always the same: greasy/not the freshest pork fried rice, awesome steamed broccoli and decent egg roll on the side. For the price, the food is okay. Be prepared to pay some form of surcharge on top of the delivery fee if you order delivery — I’m not sure how this is calculated but the amount is rounded upwards when the deliveryman arrives. Customer service rocks here. Very sweet people.

If you want an expensive sit down experience go some place else and complain… that’s not what this place is about!!! I order delivery from this restaurant all the time… they are inexpensive quick and I special order and always get what I ask for. When they make a mistake I on’t get back talk like other delivery places in the area they just quickly get the right thing to me, no extra charges, They do not over charge. For instance I like getting wet wontons with out broth of the soup. They don’t give skimp even though a soup would only have 3 or 4 in it, instead I get a whole container, When I order without MSG you can taste the difference. When I ask for no water chestnuts or green bell peppers in a dish… THEYDOIT! They are courtesy and the fact they have been around for so many years with no parking out front proves they are doing it right. The only reason they do not get 5 stars is that I do not consider any small hole in the wall to worthy of 5 stars(no seating and no easy parking loses the star…)

this place is terrible. The wantons are nothing more than dumplings with sweet and sour sauce, it was disgusting. the dishes are mostly in sweet greecy sauce. don’t order the General’s anything, it’s all batter and sauce. My food arrived cold, I live down the street and apparently it was walked half mile in in 50 degree weather. You are better off spending a little extra and ordering from Hunan Village II down the street.

The past reviews are a couple years old so I’m not paying it any mind. We moved to the neighborhood a year & a half ago & since this is walking distance, we tried it. Hands down, they have the best shrimp LO mein I’ve ever had! The fried chicken is seasoned well & is yummy. The fried rice is also good. So far, everything I’ve ever ordered from here are really good. One of the best Chinese places I’ve ever had. Plus the service is amazing. The owner is the sweetest.

Ew. Sure, the service was friendly, but the food and atmosphere are terrible. The place looks like one of those typical ghetto chinese takeout joints, with pictures of food on the walls and barely any seating. The food is greasy, undercooked, bland, and low-quality. Just your ordinary hole-in-the-wall Americanized Chinese place.
