This is absolutely the best Phở’ ever!!! I have been to multiple Vietnamese restaurants all over the city and state and none compare to the authentic homemade broth used in the Phở’ Tái Chín here!!! I love all the meats, well seasoned, with the chili sauce for the extra authentic taste! Lots of veggies and well proportioned amounts for the price. Not to mention they open at 7am! I am addicted.

The BESTPHOEVER !! I Simply Luv this place! We visit very often, a few times a week actually. Phở Hoa has the The Best Beef Phở in Town, Hands Down!!! The owners and staff are very warm & kind, it almost feels like home. I recommend this place to anyone who wants Great Phở!

Had the Phở Tai Nam and it was pretty good. The brisket had good flavor and the broth was good. Service was good and very fast.

I tried the lemongrass chicken bun with the extra spring rolls. I liked the fish sauce and the extra chilies they added. The chicken was way too salty completely ruining this dish. Too bad, it’s a nice place with a friendly staff. I’ve had better bun in a lot of places. It’s hard to find parking and the don’t have chicken broth with their phở ga. Next.

Portion for price is OK. Asked for tofu noodle soup, it comes with no veggies. then ordered a shrimp soup it was frozen. 2 stars because the staff were nice

Food was pretty good. Would have rated higher but found some foreign objects in my food(piece of rubber band, piece of plastic)

I been coming here since I was a teenage. My family and I always come here for the phở but they have much more to offer than just phở. This is my must go to for phở. This place been around a for years and it’s family owned and operated.

The bun bo hue is better than anything I’ve found in Kenner and Metarie area. Its $ 10.50 a bowl. Kind of pricey, But it’s very authentic. I really like the shrimp paste they give as dipping sauce. Never had it like that before. They gave two large pieces of blood cake. Too bad it’s a little stale. The pomegranate dessert was over cooked.

this place gets me. I’ve been to many phở places and this one is the best I’ve had in the New Orleansish area. the staff are very friendly and the food is definitely of the best in taste. prices are not bad at all for the portion sizes to choose from. I wish they had watermelon bubble tea.

Best Vietnamese food on the westbank, maybe in the city. Been going there for years and can’t get enough. I usually order a No. 16 phở with rare steak. The iced coffee with condensed milk is delicious as well. It’s a small family business, not a fancy restaurant. Service is pretty fast. Very nice people.

stopped in for a a late sunday lunch. we both had a regular bowl of the Phở Tai, Nam, Gau, Gan, Sach(with flank steak, tendon, and tripe), which was full of meat and the broth was delicious! we also split the ban mi, stuffed with all the pork, including head cheese, which was incredible, and i couldn’t even finish my phở, i was so stuffed! and go ahead and get the iced milk coffee, you know you want it.

Best Phở in town especially on Sunday! It’s become our family’s regular spot on Sunday afternoons! Dad gets the Phở combo w extra tendon, kids get their baby phở and I’m in love w number 30, grilled steak and onions served w salad and jasmine rice! And no meal would be complete without Phở Hoa’s fresh Vietnamese spring rolls! Treat yourself soon!

I’ve eaten at nearly 20 Vietnamese Restaurants, this one has the best Phở I’ve ever had and their Sunday Phở is incredible. Get the Phở Combo and ask for a bowl of scallions in oil on the side.

Rarely do I give a «bad» restaurant a second chance, in this city of many new places to go; BUT, I’m surely glad I did with this place. Our first visit here, shortly after opening, was a disaster. But, our Viet doctors at LSU Med kept insisting that«Phở Hoa» was really, really good; so we went back yesterday. It was really, really good ! We had fried«Spring rolls», Phở, and a pork sandwich; all were EXCELLENT. But, no beer available ! Still, this will be a place on our«regular stop» list, now.

Pretty decent, but not overly fantastic. I got the brisket Phở in a «regular» size bowl that was $ 6.50. It was okay, but for $ 1.25 more at Tan Dinh you get a lot more«bang» for your buck and a better tasting broth. It wasn’t terrible, but it was missing something. I feel like they are afraid to make it taste too«authentic» for fear of alienating some of their less experienced customers. Oh well. It made for an okay lunch, but I probably wouldn’t return.

Since I have never tried Vietnamese food before today I decided to throw caution into the wind and give this place a try. That and the traffic on the Westbank was freakin horrible! The first thing I noticed about this place was the service. They were not rude or mean, But they were not overly friendly either. They just seemed«friendly enough». The food I ordered(I can’t even remember its name) consisted of the following ingredients in a bowl. Beans sprouts, cucumber, weird looking small white noodles, grilled shrimp with onions. and some dried vegetable material(possibly ginger). My meal also came with Vietnamese egg rolls. My main dish(whatever its name) was good but nothing spectacular. The egg rolls on the other hand were pretty good. The décor along with the food and service all can be summed up in one word,“Average”. Given the fact that this is my first time eating Vietnamese food I may have just picked a mediocre restaurant. Seriously if anyone on here reads this review I am open to suggestions on which Vietnamese restaurant is good and what I should order off of the menu as well. In short this is an average restaurant that serves cheap food.
