This place has a great variety of coffee, I tried a light/medium roast and it was delicious. It knocks Dunkin Donuts/Starbucks out of the water and it’s basically similar in price. Definitely worth checking out!

Great new local spot that just opened up by me! Run by great people who supply great service, they have some premium coffee blends to buy whole bean as well as fresh hot or cold brewed! I love their cold brewed coffee! It’s amazing! I should also note when you buy a bag of fresh coffee beans, they have on the package where it’s grown and at which elevation. You won’t find elevation info at your nearby Starbucks! Also tried something which is called a manzi. It’s hot chocolate with two shots of espresso. Something sweet with a little zing of caffeine & sweet chocolate goodness is just what you need to start off your day right! I must also note they have a nice selection tea blends they brew up. If you want something herbal and caffeine free the lavender, chamomile, and rooibos tea is a very aromatic blend. All the other tea blends seem tasty as well! The jasmine green tea and peppermint green tea is on my list to try! As for the food they sell small items like trail mixes, granola bars, bags of chips, and the like. Their main snacking item they make in house is the avocado smash toast. It’s basically a thick piece of bread topped with half an avocado, drizzled with olive oil, and seasoned with salt and pepper. Even though this is a simple combo, it is surprisingly filling and scrumptious. Plus it is a healthier alternative to greasy fast food breakfast spots nearby. It seems to be a favorite of most people I’ve seen come in there I should mention too. The last thing I should mention is the cool décor. The front counter is made of recycled pallets which I think is great. I was also informed by the manager that the art pieces on the wall were constructed from hurricane Sandy debris by a local artist. This place has really re purposed things in a practical manner which you don’t see at other places, especially coffee shops in bergen county. So if your a java enthusiast, like nice tea blends, an avocado lover, or just looking for a new coffee spot on 17 south, this place is a must!

If I lived in the area, I would be here everyday for the perfect cup of coffee. In house roasted beans with a great variety to choose from. Beans ground the moment it is to be used then the pour over method to get the best tasting coffee. Steamed milk added if you fancy. They have a grand opening check-in avail for $ 1.50 for a 16 oz cup. That is a steal for a handcrafted cup. Get the sumatra bean if you are into dark roasted coffee. Such great depth of flavor without being too overpowering. Not much food available besides avocado smash and a pbj. Breads hail from Balthazar but as an Englewood resident its our local bakery so not much of a lure for me. Parking was easy as it is in a small strip mall. Two stools avail if you wish to linger. Service was friendly and helpful. This will be my pit stop before my Costco runs!

Great service. Very friendly people & place. The coffee is wonderful. Staff is knowledgeable. Nice to see a new coffee place open up. Very clean & organized. Each cup is fresh brewed. It’s worth the wait. The avocado smash is amazing! I highly recommend it. Everything is made right in front of you. I highly recommend this place as a good spot for great coffee.

Having just read about this new business in a Boozy Burbs email, I stopped there today to check it out. I loved the cool, artsy look of the place — There are chalkboards listing their menu options along with stocked artisanal snacks to pair with their coffees and organic teas. I was greeted by the manager and owner who were very friendly and helpful. I ordered the organic Sumatra dark roast — delicious! They have an extensive list of different types of coffee from around the world that they roast on site. This is definitely the best coffee shop in this area and could compete with any of the top roasters in the city. The prices are very reasonable for the top quality product they serve. As a resident of Hasbrouck Heights, I am so excited to see a new business like this open in our town. I am already looking forward to returning. Don’t waste your time at the commercialized, sub par coffee chains, support this local business — you will not be disappointed!

Great coffee and friendly service… BAM5 stars you deserve it. They just opened so I know they still have things to iron out, but I was amazed at how good the coffee was. I chose the Yirgocheffe blend with cream and 2 lumps of sugar and it was delicious. It was a light roasted coffee. I posted a video on how it was made and the method may take a few minutes but so worth it. Krissy was great. There’s a grand opening on Fri, 1⁄22 so hoping to stop by. Too bad they didn’t have the avocado smash… it’s basically avocados smashed blended with salt, pepper and lime juice and whatever hidden things they add and spread it on their bread… really good. I did try their grape jelly and butter on a toasty bread… it was filling… very simple. The place was clean, décor was really cute and they have snacks like nuts, bars and chips to purchase and of course coffee beans. Try them out… they are located on Rt 17 and on the opposite side of Sonic… in a small strip with other stores. Tell Krissy Mylene said Hi!

First time here this morning and gotta say I really like it. Everything from talking to the manager, the food I ordered, and the coffee I so eagerly gulped down was impressive(details below)… Great customer service. The manager(I think her name was Christy) was very friendly and informative, explaining the difference between the beans from different areas and describing the brewing techniques they use here. Also made me feel very welcome. For food, I went with the avocado smash. Very simple — fresh avocado, seasoned well(salt, pepper, lime, possibly more) spread on a piece of toast(I wish I asked where the bread came from, it was really good as well). Although simple, it was definitely yummy and would order again in a heartbeat. For the coffee, I asked for and ordered the manager’s personal favorite, a really nice medium blend. She ground the coffee beans in front of me, then dripped while I waited. Really great coffee! Now, I wish I can tell you the name of the beans, where they came from exactly, and more about the method she used to make my coffee, but it was all told to me prior to having my first cup of the day and well, I’m not at my sharpest during that time, heh. The only other thing to mention is their espresso machine is not up and running at the moment, so no expresso drinks are currently available. Definitely looking forward to see what they can make when it is working!

I’m extremely impressed of their cold brew coffee. My fault for being spoiled in NYC but this roaster is on point. Oh and their avocado smash toast is delicious, perfect balance of salty and savory. I do love both avocado and coffee, but can’t wait for yummy breakfast treats that I can pair with there yummy brew… maybe some vegan muffins, PB on toast, muffin tops.
