If no stars was an option they win! First off I have seen double the lines in a Starbucks all over the United States and the service move faster. Second I stood there for over 5 minutes waiting for a passion ice tea unsweetened until the staff started chatting like there was nothing else to do so I said excuse me. Then I was handed a sweetened ice tea and told by some disheveled, frizzy haired lady«it’s not so bad». When I realized I was given the wrong drink I sent in my husband who got to wait another 5 minutes. I hate to be a jerk but make sure you have some serious patience and time to kill if you are waiting for an ice tea that is pre made and needs ice. I have never been to a crappy Starbucks and this one deserves an email to corporate headquarters

Walked out… Some of the bakery items were sitting around a little too long, then I started to notice all the food crumbs under my feet. I glaced around at the open table and chairs, being 4:30pm I’m assuming they do not clean anything until closing time. Well, if the eating area is this unclean then what about the equipment… Yes, I really walked out. On a positive note, they didn’t have that horrible loud music like the other Starbucks, you can actually read and have conversation… Too bad the employees are to lazy to clean once in awhile…

The staff is nice and usually quick and I really love the open interior and lighting fixtures here, but parking is a nightmare almost all the time. It’s a corner lot and it’s really tiny, so getting in and out can be quite a hassle.

Without fail expect at least one of these things to happen(because I can’t remember the last time I had a really pleasant experience at this location): — No parking. Yet magically inside, there are somehow usually less people in the store than cars. This is not an exaggeration(I’ve counted). — One of the associates working could care less about helping you. This includes, but is not limited to, taking your order properly, assisting you with reloading money to your Sbux app(I was rudely told to call the 800-number. Magically one of the other associates was able to help me out) and/or just smiling when you come up. This isn’t all of the associates — but the few who consistently do this don’t make it an enjoyable experience. — Doing anything in a timely fashion. In the past I have waited for almost 10 minutes to get my food/drink. One time they at least acknowledged it and gave me a voucher but it usually takes forever. — Being short staffed relative to the volume this store seems to have. This sometimes accounts for the delay but not always. — Making a mistake on your order. I have multiple times where I walk out and say«this is the day I email the district manager» but I end up letting it go. Even today, however. Asked for light ice. Associate complied, but it was in my coworkers drink. I get it — it’s just ice. But it’s a pattern here. I’m still going to keep coming here because I’m half an idiot and it’s the closest one to me. But I won’t like myself for it afterwards for at least 5 – 10 mins.

2⁄11 @ 11:30pm This place has the worst employees!!! I saw 2 males; I asked the guy that was touching the oven if i can heat up something before he shuts it down(dont know why if its 11:30pm and they close at 12am) he sed NO its cooling down — i said but its only 11:30pm and felt like i was talking to the damn wall. Then came the guy upfront: we were waiting for him for nearly 10 minutes before we got served, he was talking to his friends, a customer maybe not sure but for 10 mins, and im in plain sight at the register itself just so he can notice us incase he wants to act blind… Anyhoo he looked at me and still NOACKNOWLEDGEMENT — i will be right wiith you whatsoever. Never coming to this place again!!!

Parking is very difficult. My friend who met me there has to park next door at the Mount Fuji parking lot. Service is fast but there isn’t a great amount of room. You’re lucky to find a table that could fit two people comfortably that isn’t right on top of another table. Most of the bigger tables are taken by some jerk with his Mac book trying to write the next great American novel.

This Starbucks is always popping! I like to come here to get motivated when I have an essay due for class. Drinks are great and staff are nice. Parking is a terror though!

This is the best Starbucks in the area; friendly staff, free wifi, plenty of outlets, some tables are equipped with wireless charging for iPhones, bathrooms well-maintained(smells decent as well) and plenty of seating. A lot of people like to come here so even though they have a large seating area, it still becomes extremely limited. And the noise level can get loud compared to other Starbucks. I’m only giving this Starbucks four stars because the parking is extremely limited and difficult to maneuver in, especially when it gets busy. Other than that, my boyfriend and I still love this location and come here every time.

If I was writing a review about parking this place wouldn’t even get a star from me. No matter what way you enter either you have to have a smart car to weasel your way thru the tiniest of spaces on you have to Austin Powers your way out of the spot if you are lucky enough to get one. The store itself is one of the nicer locations I’ve been to with a large open sitting area. The place was packed with people last night when I came here in hopes of getting a pumpkin sugar cookie but they were out. Bummer but my experience here was great other than that horrendous parking lot.

Terrible Bagels that were flat, tasteless and only had topping on one side. Don’t drink coffee so no comment there. Staff was inappropriate, talking about his tinnitus(really don’t care). No carbonated drinks. Only one bathroom. Sitting/dining area was pretty dirty.

Inside this Starbucks is one of the better ones. Like the wide open space, quite modern. Baristas are very friendly and service is ok. The aggravating part comes now! The parking is atrocious, parking lot too small for the amount of people that come here. Most of the time I drive in the lot see no parking and leave. There are no spaces 9 out 10 times you try to come here! I would give 0 stars for parking and 4 stars for this location inside.

Operates faster than the average Starbucks. Don’t bother getting the barista’s attention — stick with the people at the cashier. Noise level is usually low here which makes for a good studying environment.

I’ve only been to a couple Starbucks locations around my area and this one is now added to my favorites simply because of the wide assortment of seating arrangements as well as a vast amount of outlets underneath these seating areas. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve been to a Starbucks or a Barnes and noble and I’ve been disappointed because there aren’t that many outlets available. Having outlets allows you to spend the entire day at Starbucks to charge your laptop or phone if you end up working on some homework or studying. Speaking of homework or studying, it is almost as if this Starbucks was meant just for that pupose because all along the windows are small tables seating for two with an outlet underneath, a large brown rectangle table where you can work in a group or just sprawl all your work in front of you, and a large booth against the wall with outlets underneath. This type of atmosphere facilitates an environment for learning, working, studying or just relaxing. There was the perfect amount of noise level that I could work with and I was able to stay awake and do my work in peace.

Starbucks always tastes good no matter which one you go to, but my problem with this one is they are soooo slow. Every time I’ve come in(on a Saturday or Sunday) there’s always a huge group of customers waiting for their drinks to be made. I get that weekends are busy, but other Starbucks don’t seem to have a problem getting the drinks out within a few minutes of ordering. One iced coffee has taken about 5 minutes every time I’ve been there. Plus, the employees at the cash register always seem confused and unsure what they are doing… Maybe a more a more cohesive staff + more baristas would help? I think the fact that they are are so slow adds to the congested parking lot problem. It’s unfortunate because this Starbucks really does have a nice and comfortable interior. I’m going to start going to the other Starbucks further down route 17…

Baristas are awesome, so friendly and always joking around with customers and eachother. This Starbucks is larger than most and has A LOT of seating. Many tables for you to sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee with a friend. The baristas here are well trained because they have never messed up a drink I ordered. I usually get a mocha frapp and many times I do end up with ones that don’t taste so good, but not here. I’ve always had an excellent experience here.

Starbucks conveniently open til midnight. It’s basically the same as every other Starbucks. The parking lot is always packed for some reason. But it is the open later than all the other Starbucks in the area(except 24 hour Edgewater). Location is convenient since I tend to go down 17 South on my way to many of my usual haunts.

More or less a standard Starbucks. Very small parking lot. During busy times, I’m not able to find a space here and I have to either go to the other Starbucks in East Rutherford, which is a few miles away or come back later. Recently, the inside of the store was redone. It looks a lot more modern and nicer, than in the past. The spacing between the tables and the bench, next to wall, were done well. There’s a lot of room and a lot of table to sit at. My personal favorites for drinks are the frappaccinos, particularly the new Café Espresso and the Pumpkin Spice, as well as the variety of iced teas. Service is good. The baristas are friendly and are really good about refills. For some reason, I find that the WiFi here is really slow, even when the store isn’t really that crowded.

Standard Starbucks off the highway. Small parking lot Service was quick and the frap was awesome. The inside however could use a little work. I feel like they have so much space they are not using. Furniture looked beyond cheap along with being used and abused. The floor was also not the cleanest in the world. It is not one of those Starbucks that I would stay in at all. Good enough only for a grab and go..
