I have not been here since the name and styling change of the bar… but I used to go to The Stadium North at least 2 – 3 nights a week after work. This place is perfect! I had recently moved from the Roxborough/Manayunk area, and no longer had the corner bars to go hang out with my friends. This place fit my needs perfectly! My co-worker and I after having a rough day could come here, split the chicken finger platter and have a few beers, listen to great music, and get out of there spending $ 20 or less. To be fair, I would frequent here during the week, when it was quiet, not too busy, except for the few small groups of people playing free pool or darts after 8PM. I have attempted going here on the weekends as well but usually it is way more crowded and noisy than I am used to, so I tend to stay away during peak times like Friday and Saturday nights. Everyone that works here is EXTREMELY friendly! The owner Rob always comes over to say hi and have a conversation with you, even when he is busy doing all of the updates to the restaurant himself!(I watched him paint the outside bar in the chilly fall weather and put up with me and my friends drinking and smoking outside with a smile on his face, GOROB!) I cannot forget to mention Kristin, the bartended, either! She absolutely rocks! Always makes sure we are taken care of! I absolutely love this bar and its employees! Though its set right off of a main highway, there is ample parking behind the bar as well as a couple spots up front. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area!

It is now called Rock n Rebel. Menu & food has changed. Got a salad that was small and VERY over priced. «Crock» of chilli was VERY over priced! Tiny small cup for 5.99! Wraps now do not come with home made chips and Coleslaw any more. That was a selling point. I used to recommend people there. Not anymore

great place to watch a game. lots of wall tvs and there is a private tv on every table. good football beer specials and lots of microbrews on tap. the bartender was very attentive and used a frosted glass for every refill. didn’t give five stars because I haven’t checked out the food yet. update: the football special roast beef sandwich was delicious. five stars.

I’ve been going after work for a couple of years now. They always have specials(food and drink). Lots of craft beers on tap. Great place to catch a game; lots of TVs and one at each table too. Bartenders and waitresses are very nice too. Food is very good and comes out pretty quick.

Great food! I usually get a cheesesteak wrap or tuna wrap — both are great! Nachos with beef are super delicious and wings are pretty good too! Bartenders are very nice

This place sucks. Bunch of roided-up«security» guys who walk around giving people in hats a hard time. Rude staff, disgusting dump of a place. I went here once during the week, the guy at the door rudely grabbed my hat at reset it on my head claiming I wasn’t wearing it properly. There were a total of 14 people in the bar(I counted)…5 security D-bags. A little overkill!!! I’d say so. Terrible bar.

Stopped in for a drink. Great bartender. Looks like a lot of specials but wasn’t offered any. Tv’s everywhere. Looks like a great sports bar. Have to go again try the food and some of the drink specials.

Went back to this bar, knowing what I was in for, but I couldn’t believe what actually happened. It was Saturday night, so the place was crowded, walked in, paid the cover(cover for a crappy DJ) and went to get beer at the back bar, which was less crowded. The female bartender took our order, then this guy bartender told us my boyfriend couldn’t be served unless he took off his wool hat. We laughed because we had seen at least 4 other people wearing wooleys, and there was a guy BEHIND us with a beer with a wooley and a hood. And tons of guys wearing baseball caps. He got an attitude and was like you need to take the hat off. I responded with«Okay. But you better tell your doormen that, cause they didn’t say anything.» So we get our drinks, go back to the main area, and proceed to watch all the 21 year olds dance like they were on Jersey Shore. Looking around, there were multiple guys wearing wool hats, so my boyfriend put his back on. Literally within a minute, a bouncer came up and was like, you need to take your hat off. Turn around, and little macho bartender from earlier is right there. I pointed to the others wearing hats, and the bouncer said, we will tell them. AREYOUSERIOUS? I HAVETOTELLYOUYOURJOB?! Long story short, my boyfriend put his scarf up around his neck/head cause he was cold, and once again, was told he couldn’t wear a HOOD. It was a scarf. The little guy was there again, and told the bouncer to watch him, if he did it again, he was kicked out. WTH. That’s when we left. I’m not sure who this little guy was, but he seemed to have a problem with my boyfriend(who is black) wearing a wool hat in the bar, even though there were other people wearing them. DEFINITELYWON’T BEBACK.
