This used to be our go-​to pizza place but we witnessed something that made us swear off the place, unfortunately. My husband ordered a cheesesteak for himself and an eggplant parm sandwich for me; he picked it up and brought it home, but once he opened his up, he saw it wasn’t a cheesesteak (some other kind of hoagie). He took the sandwich back to Vinny’s 2 (only a couple miles away and he *really* wanted his cheesesteak) and told the guy at the counter what the issue was; guy gave him a cheesesteak — no biggie, right? Well, they took the returned sandwich, wrapped it back up, and put it back on top of the oven, presumably to give to the person who had actually ordered it. Now, I’m not saying that DEFINITELY happened, but I think the normal, right thing to do would’ve been to toss that sandwich right then and there — they don’t know what has happened to it while it was out of their control! It grossed us out — makes you wonder if that’s ever happened with your own food, y’know? Really sad because we liked this place and liked the staff. I even debated if I should post this review or just let it slide but it’s a little too gross for my taste, so here’s the review.

Great food, and speedy delivery.

Ordered from them twice via GH. That means they get a clear, written order on their screen, and we have a record of what was ordered. First time, they forget to deliver an item, and have to go back for it. Second time, it takes forever to arrive, and the order’s wrong again. Mozzarella sticks are burnt; the outside is dark brown and the cheese inside has hardened to the breading. Chicken fingers, which were supposed to be mild buffalo chicken fingers, are plain chicken and also burnt. In addition to being the wrong item entirely, they come with no sauce to dip in (neither the blue cheese you’d expect with buffalo fingers, or the honey mustard or at least ketchup you’d expect with a chicken finger platter). I’m done with this place.

I’ve eaten here/​gotten delivery over 50 times in the last three years. I haven’t had a bad meal yet. Staff is always friendly. It’s not just pizza and subs, they have great pasta dishes and homemade lasagna. Food is a lot better here than the nearby competition.

Great pizza place. Their food is consistent all the time. The pan pizza is awesome as well as their Grandpa pizza. If you live where they deliver, it’s the best around. I’ve ordered from them at least 30 times and have never been disappointed

I’m a fan of Vinny’s and Vinny’s II (same owners, same food). However, last night I ordered 2 pizza’s and a chicken cheesesteak from Vinny’s II. The food took an hour and fifteen minutes (fine but they told us 45) and the pizza’s were cold. Cheesesteak was warm enough so I guess the pizza’s were made and then sat? I would rate last night’s experience with 2 stars (b/​c cheesesteak was good) but gave 3 b/​c they’re usually good. Maybe I’ll stick to pick up.

Used to be Pizzeria 309, but immediately went downhill when it became Vinny’s 2. It seems to be ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ on the food being good. Chicken Fingers would have large chunks of black on them where they were burnt. Meats in the subs (sausage, meatball, etc) would be half done. Same for meat toppings on Pizza.

They were my — and still is my parents’ — go-​to pizza delivery in Hatfield. Thin crust pizza with a nice sauce to cheese ratio and a variety of toppings options. I personally love the fresh tomatoes and sweet peppers. They also have quality hoagies, cheese fries and salads. Oh, and delicious fresh cannolis. Mmmm.
You can also order online which is rare for a mom and pop pizza joint. Convenience!
