Hooters

Soooo, I read the reviews before coming here. I’m in town for the night and just wanted to drink some cold beer and watch the Memphis Grizzlies on ONE of the million TVs at the bar. I am an idiot for giving this Hooter’s the benefit of the doubt after reading about them.
Here I am, still waiting on my burger after 20 minutes, drinking luke warm beer, and not able to watch the Grizz because the bartender is too busy doing nothing to change the channel for me.
DO NOT COME HERE!!! I cannot stress that enough.

Absolutely horrible service! We were given things we did not ask for, did nit receive correct change and on purpose so that we were not give ones but a five for a tip. Horrible. The worst experience I have ever had at a Hooters. No introduction from the waitress, she just walked around like she was pissed to be there. I will never go back! I see this hooters going out of business in the near future. Go to Outback instead it’s right next door…

Have been to more than 50 Hooters worldwide and I have to disagree with most of the reviews on here
Could quite possibly be that we had the best Hooters Girl in the restaurant.
Nothing fancy tonight, chicken sandwich (on a bun) and 10 piece wings with lemon pepper rub. Chicken sandwich was good as were the wings.
Service was exceptional. Food was delivered promptly.
This was the first Hooters that I have been to that has a corn hole game set up inside the restaurant.
Mondays are military appreciation nights. Military and retirees receive 10% off the check (minus alcohol of course)
If you are ever in Hattiesburg, MS try to be there when Kelsey S is working and sit in her section. You will be happy you did.
No caramel cheesecake tonight as I am trying to stick to my diet (not that much on their menu conforms to my plan, but I have made some small sacrifices when I eat here.)
Not as bad as some of the other reviewers make this place out to be, unless I am extremely lucky.
Only downside to this location… no sports section hanging in the restroom.

Been to several Hooters… In the pass… And it looks like it hasn’t change from my previous experience… Bad service… Order my meal and came out cold once again… Think the CEO should come undercover … Cause there some lack of communication of what’s type of service is being provided to what it should too be known for… Hooters did had a good representation, now I see why the competition don’t have much to worry about… Well I might give them another try later in few years (if still in business)…

Stopped in after work for a beer… I sat by myself near the bar area and waited no less than 15 min for service on an not very busy night. Waitress was uninformed of the current beers on tap and seemed less than friendly. I drank it an bounced to Buffalo Wild Wings… better selection and I never have to wait…

The waitress was very nice and so was the manager. We have eaten here a few times and it seems to just be Hooters-​nothing too exciting except the obvious if your a guy!

I’ve been to a lot of Hooters all around the Country. Also, we brought a few guys whom have never been to a Hooters before, telling them how great, friendly, the gals are, well we were wrong for this particular Hooters. Service was OK, the beer was FLAT, no «Hello» or writing on the napkin with lip stick :-(the waitress even had the nerve to bring up that she needed money and a good tip from US, due to the night was slow. Well honey I wonder why, with OK service, FLAT beer, not friendly, even after telling you, this was our Friends FIRST time to a Hooters… REALLY, you think I am going to give you an above Par tip… NO, I do not think so.
Recommendation:
Become more friendly with New Guest, especially if FIRST time, as well it seemed there were a lot of regulars, and the girls were either flocked to them or in the back all sitting /​standing around talking to one another. You want a tip, earn it, do your job, be friendly, service with a smile, and please take out that pretty red lips stick again and write your name on the napkin.

Service staff was incredible and the food was very good. I also enjoyed the atmosphere. Great place to relax after work.

I had the Wingsday plate on a Friday. Servers are very nice.
