Spending a Friday night at dinner was great. Food was delicious. They have an awesome new management team with PERSONALITY! Samuel is the main boss. He is doing a fantastic job. I have to mention, THE MAN, JOSE! Energetic team, I can’t say enough about the staff as a whole. If I had to grade them, A plus!!!

Just had a great dinner with 5 kids being a little lod especially the baby. The atmosphere was great and the new waitress Kristen was awesome she made sure everyone was happy and that we got everything we wanted and more!!! To top it off it was her first day! Thanks Kristen and her manager!!! He accommodated me with a free appetizer since they didn’t have the bacon wrapped shrimp I wanted!!!

Just got the flan:
I was craving flan and knew there was an El Torito near me. Called in my order and picked it up pretty easily. The flan was edible, but not good flan. It was overmixed and undercooked. Too many bubbles in the custard and definitely not solid. It wasn’t runny, but it need a good five more minutes in the oven. The caramel portion also tasted like it had corn syrup in it– I could be wrong. Overall, my craving was not satiated and I will not be ordering their flan again.

Stopped by here for Sunday brunch. This place was pretty crowded. We got sits close to the entrance of the restaurants and the food for the brunch was in the back of the restaurant so I really didn’t enjoy having to walk all the way to the back to get food. But I guess since they were busy that was pretty much the only option. For future, I would prefer to go after brunch hours or simply to a bigger location. The staff was not really attentive. I asked for milk for my daughter’s cereal and by the time I got the milk after the 2nd time of asking for it she was done eating her dry cereal. Overall, it was not such a pleasant dining experience. But the food was good.

My family had a good time at El Torito’s in Hawthorne. We had the Sunday brunch. The waitress and manager where the BEST! FOOD was AWESOME!!!

I genuinely LOVE their food. It is very authentic and delicious. I recommend the fajitas and the tortilla soup (it’s delicious). The only thing is the wait is sometimes very long so go when you’re hungry but not starving because it will take a while to get seated and to have your food brought over.

Food was just ok. I had the shrimp enchiladas and the shrimp were so small it was ridiculous! I had almost the same exact dish from Acapulco’s and the shrimp were a nice size and it was really delicious. I won’t come back here! I spent almost 30.00 on some just ok food. Definitely not satisfied!

I came here for appetizers and dessert after a long busy day at work I ordered the deep fried ice cream which was to die for! Service was great our waiter CJ was quick and on point making sure our drinks were refilled and he was very attentive. He was nice, friendly and very patient with us as we couldn’t make up our minds and kept changing things on him I will definitely be back.

I’m an El Toriti fan!!! It’s just a family tradition for us… birthdays, graduations, general happiness. The service is always, friendly and attentive.
CJ served us during my niece’s 13th birthday. He was professional, and anticipated our needs. That’s my favorite kind of server.
We enjoyed ourselves. Thanks CJ and El Torito.

I took my mom to have a drink for her birthday. We were greeted warmly and we sat down and we ordered a fiesta platter and Cadillac margaritas. The food was delicious and so were the drinks. One of the servers Jose Duarte did an excellent job. He is by far one of the greatest waiters that I have ever had.

Been coming here for years for the Midori Melon margaritas! I always sit at the bar because that’s where you can find their most attentive waiter, Jose Duarte aka Eduardo! He’s been here as long as I can remember and has always been the friendliest and most attentive. Trying out their Taco Tuesday for the first time. Shall keep you posted. In the meantime keep those Melon margaritas coming!

Taco Tuesday at El Torito’s, ask for your Sandra to be your server. Sandra’s service is emaculate.
She is attentive, fast and takes pride in her servislce, she goes the extra mile. We ordered tequila shots and she brought glasses filed with ice, lime slices, and cherries on the side.

Great for taco Tuesday! $ 1 tacos & $ 5 house margaritas ALL NIGHT (only on Taco Tuesday).
The waiter in the cantina was awesome and made sure I had my margaritas, and fresh chips and salsa! I will definitely come back here! Great job!

Waiter took a vey long time to get back to us and after we got our food he never checked up on us. We had to tell other waiters what we needed and then they would him. Didn’t really get his name because he was never around. Another thing that was bad is during happy hour we had to go order our drinks at the bar because we couldn’t get them at the table. It was one per person so my friends and I had to take turns to go get drinks. I ordered the Mahi Mahi tacos and they barely had any fish. They had also forgotten the avocado on them, which was later brought on the side.
