Always horrible service. A short line they will make you wait to make sure that all available employees will help one customer and talk in whatever language. I WOULDNOTEVERGOBACK! The owner of the franchise is no better and seems upset to be have a store in this area, but that’s not our fault. Should be closed down. A girl just wanted cookies and they ignored her and told her cause she wasn’t in the right portion of the line that they wouldn’t help her. She had to yell at them when they were done talking in non-English to even get service.

Decided I wanted subway for breakfast. I had a few errands to run so I had to get breakfast on the go. I walk in I see that there’s a short line, no problem. No one greeted me upon entering(welcome to subway). No problem. Three women are ahead of me no problem. They were in and out. Now it’s my turn and I smile and say«good morning». Which for me is huge because I’m usually stoic. The young lady responds«did you say wheat?» No o said good morning. Then she asks if I wanted my sandwich toasted. Never acknowledging my greeting. Okay whatever. She makes my sandwich no problem. I get to the cashier again I say good morning to this young lady and she responds«do you want chips?» Now this is twice with two different employees where I’ve greeted them and was obviously ignored. No problem. I pay for my meal and the change machine already had change in it. People always forget to get the coins from it. So I tell the lady as she’s ringing me up. Again I’m ignored. So when my change comes out I tell her again and she takes all of the change and give me only .50 and put the rest in the tip/donation box. Now I’m laughing in their face of course they are giving me attitude no problem. I tell them to have a nice day and I leave. This was very unprofessional especially when I waited in line and watched how the three customers ahead of me were treated and then how they treated me. I didn’t make a fuss about it because I was vlogging using my GoPro which wasn’t visible to them; so I will be sending the video. At 7:30am why all the attitude? Subway is usually welcoming.

Although the sandwiches are decent, I agree with most of the reviews about a lady there that seems to have a bad attitude. Her responses are always short and snippy and makes you feel ill at ease when ordering. Also there is NOSENIORDISCOUNT, which I have found at most Subways. I have to assume the owner/manager has yet to see the reviews otherwise they would of made changes to policy and an attitude adjustment.

The food is fine, tastes just like Subway should but the lady who works behind the counter is so off-putting. Every interaction is short and blunt. Not sure if she has it out for me in particular or not but she can be quite annoying. Asking for extra pickles seems to be the most irritating thing for her, i ask for extra pickles and she will add one or two and look at me and say is that it. That game goes on and on until i get the 4 or 6 extra pickles i desire. Hope she gets canned or an attitude change soon.

Subway subway subway… Where did you go wrong? This is the second time I’ve wrote a BAD review about your company. The first time was 2 months ago at a different location that I’m not pleased with ATALL. I thought I would give this location a try. Bad idea. This was not my first visit to this subway but it is my last. The employee Anselma was beyond rude. She couldn’t have hated her job more! She had a bad attitude, kept rolling her eyes, and was very obnoxious. Not to mention this place is filthy dirty. Take a look at the ceiling– dust falling everywhere. The light covers weren’t on, so exposed light fixtures. This company seriously needs to rethink their employees and reevaluate this location. I have never received an apology for my last visit at the location on Hawthorne Blvd. I guarantee I will never go to a subway again. Horrible service. Horrible atmosphere. Horrible experience.

I honestly can say I have been to many subways across the country. I just moved back to CA and this specific location was by far THEWORST subway experience that I have ever had. I had completely horrible service from Gisselle and Yuliana. Those girls are rude, impatient, ghetto and have a terrible personality to be in customer service. Not to mention there lack of skills in making a sandwich. I arrived in a happy mood excited for lunch and left feeling pissed off and unwelcomed. Take my advice, if your hungry for subway skip this location and find the next closest one. If there were negative stars for the ratings, they definitely take the cake.

One of my favorite subways. None of the employees here have bad attitudes and the subs always come out just right because it seems like they care about their jobs. There is an older gentalman who works there who I’m always very excited to get because he is always happy, greets me with a smile and gets me out of there quick. I was getting so sick of subway and kids with snotty attitudes until I found this one.
