Although their customer service is ok, their corporate customer service is ridiculous. I was over charged over time $ 230 and although I was told it would take 3 – 7 days for the refund to go through, a debit was taken the next day. Usual corporate gestures. .quick to take someone’s money but«please allow an additional 3 – 7 business days for the refund to go through».

I bought a phone with Diamond wireless over the phone with a guy from SoCal and then picked it up locally here. I met with a guy and girl around 8pm on Saturday and they were extremely personable. They knew their stuff, friendly, and very helpful. I highly recommend them. My bro walked out with a brand new LGG2. It was a good day.

I didn’t buy my phone from them, but I did talk to them quite a bit about the services they provide. Diamond Wireless is an authorized Verizon retailer, which means that they do pretty much what the Verizon stores do — sell phones. The prices seemed to be the same. As far as I could tell, the only meaningful difference was that if you get insurance for your phone from Diamond Wireless, you get the coverage from Diamond, not Verizon, and Diamond will replace your phone with a new one in the event of a covered loss. Verizon’s insurance will only get you a new phone under certain circumstances, otherwise you get a refurbished one. They guy I talked to at Diamond was very knowledgable and it seemed as if I were dealing with Verizon instead of one of their many authorized retailers. Diamond Wireless is a kiosk toward the Macy’s end of the mall.
