East Bay Upright MRI took excellent care of me from start to finish. The standing MRI helped further visualize my bilaterial foraminal stenosis and herniated disk. The staff was excellent, especially Tamar who assisted me with any questions and helped in getting approval from insurance. She and Krista even went above and beyond in getting an additional copy of my film last minute for my surgeon. I highly suggest East Bay Upright MRI for your imaging needs!

If you’re claustrophobic, this is the way to go. Absolutely no discomfort.
Friendly staff and technicians. The whole experience was extremely pleasant. You also get to watch a movie of your choice during the procedure.

This is the best place to ever get an MRI. The staff is wonderful and you get to sit up and have the MRI. They also let you watch a movie while you are having the MRI. I recommend this place to everyone.

This place ROCKS!!! No more coffin like MRI’s for me. The tech’s Palo and Amanda really know their business. Sheryln the front office manager is so comforting and friendly she took all my nervous away, she even gave me a freshly baked cookie. oh yea! By the time I was out of there I had my MRI CD for my Doctor to view on his computer. Before I left my images were being sent to the radiologist for the read and my report was then faxed by the front office to my Doctor within 48 hours. I wouldn’t have cared if it took longer because my Doc was so happy with the excellent results.

Do you want the most accurate MRI diagnosis? You can lie down in a tube and completely relax your spine and body but that’s not how you spend your life. Oh, you mean you actually sit or stand most of your waking hours? Well then the logical MRI should be taken in these same positions to mimic reality. I refer my patients here because the results are the most accurate attainable. And a nice bonus: all patients I’ve sent here come back telling me how considerate and warm the staff has been so that the MRI experience is a fond one. You can even watch the movie of your choice on a big screen during your MRI. It’s great!
