I purchased 500 pounds of dunganess crab from Pucci Seafood for a crab feed fundraiser. When the crab was delivered I only received 250 pounds of crab, but was still charged for 500 pounds of crab. I was in a very compromising position because the crab feed was in 6 hours and Pucci Seafood was closed by the time they delivered the crab. I left several messages for someone to return my call to explain why I only received half the order I paid for. To no avail, I received no call. On Monday morning, instead of then responding to my urgent call from Saturday. I had to reach out to them for an explanation why I was cheated out of what I paid for, my additional 250 pounds of crab. The purchasing coordinator, the same lady I ordered the crab from, stated, «that we weigh the crab when it first comes in before its cleaned and cut at 500 pounds, and when its cleaned and cut it comes out to 250 pounds crab.» I was absolutely fierce! I told her she never explained to me that I would be paying for 500 pounds of crab and would only receive 250 pounds. I felt I was ripped off and Pucci Seafood cheated me and did not give me what I ordered or paid for. No compromise was made to rid me of my sucker experience. Signed #avoid puccifoods
