I bring my grandpa here for check ups and such. He seems to like the doctor. But the wait time is ALWAYS so long. Last time we waited 40 minutes after our appointment time before they called my grandpa in. Today his appointment was at 9:15, and it’s almost 10. The receptionist didn’t even greet us when we came in, nor has she apologized or updated us on how much longer we have to wait. I keep telling my mom and aunt to find another doctor for my grandpa, but I guess not many offices take his insurance

Love Dr. Porciuncula! Wait times can be long but when it’s your turn, you understand why since he takes time out to talk to you and doesn’t rush the appointment.

Called to make an appointment for a first time patient. The receptionist was not helpful and suggested I call another doctor.

Union City, CA
My dad had been going to this doctor since I was a teenager. After that, I had become a patient of his for many years. Every time I come here, it feels like a second home. The staff members are very attentive and helpful. They act like my aunties that take care of me. As for the doctor, he is down to earth. Very caring and serious for his patient’s health. He does his best to resolve patient problems as soon as possible. He is also great with follow up appointments.
He office space is small but, his heart is very big.
