Visited Kentucky Fried Chicken today around 6 o’clock p.m. all the tables were dirty floors were dirty service was okay corn on the call what’s good mashed potatoes are cold and lumpy chicken was cold will not ever step foot in that dump again it needs to be cleaned up

Went through the drive thru and ordered a 8 piece meal, crispy chicken, but with ALLWHITE meat. When the guy says that will be $ 31.68 at the window I was shocked. $ 8 extra for WHITEMEAT I asked him. That is ridiculous I said. Wait a minute, if I ring it up this way it will only be $ 5 extra… he said. Whatever… get it home to eat and it is HELLASALTY! How in the hell am I supposed to eat this SALTY chicken? Uhhh I am sure the chicken is shot up with salt to plumpen them up.

I will start by saying I believe in second and even third chances. I don’t really like deep fried chicken but my son loves the popcorn nuggets. So, every couple of weeks or so I go to KFC and get some chicken and nuggets. About 1 month ago I ordered the $ 20 family meal with the $ 5 nuggets. When I got home the nuggets were missing and the grilled chicken was dry and mostly burned. Couple weeks later I ordered the same items, with half of the chicken grilled and half original. The ordered I got was missing the nuggets! again!, the grilled chicken was burned and dry! again! And the original chicken turned out to be deeper than deep fried crispy. It was so greasy and burned that I threw away most of it. Tonight I ordered an 8 pcs family meal with 4 grilled and 4 extra crispy(they didn’t have original, WTF!?). When I got home, once again, I had the wrong order. They gave me 8 extra extra extra crispy pieces. Thank god the nuggets weren’t missing. Every time I called the place to ask them to pay more attention to their orders but nobody ever picked up. Every time my order was wrong it was the same two skinny guysworking at the window and filling the drive thru window orders. I don’t know if they have other employees to work PM but these two guys are not even trying. About 3 or so months ago they had a young girl working the window. She was polite, took the right order, checked the receipt and order before passing it to you and asked if you want any sauce or honey or napkins. She was the reason I went back a few more time. These guys don’t even bother to check the screen to see what to put in the box. How f’ing hard is it to dump some chicken in oil, take it out when the timer stops and put what you see on the screen in every customers box? If you don’t like your job don’t sabotage the company and screw people over on their own money. Just go get another job. Bottom line. For deep fried chicken I will be going to Popeye’s and for grilled to Pollo Loco. Both of them are pretty close and offer much better food and service… PS: dear Mr owner or manager, how often do u change the oil? I am only asking because no other place that offers deep fried food had burned out chunks of whatever stuck to the food sold to me.

Why did I even bother? With time not being in our favor, I decided to take the easy route and get some fried chicken. Not only has this location’s quality gone down, but the guy at the window was rude. I too work in customer service and even on a bad day I can fake it thru my shift. This guy showed no effort. From his sloppy appearance to the way he responds with no energy. I asked if a deal on Groupon was current. His response was simply, No. I asked if he’s heard of it. again a one word response, «NO»… I just left before I got angry.. He was a true f* boy

This review is for their Manager! I decided to to order through their drive-thru. I was a bit confused with their $ 5 deal seen on the menu. Simply wanted to clarify if you can substitute grill for their original chicken. She responded with, «Huhhhh, whaaat»… with a ghetto tone. So I repeated myself again, much clear and a bit more detailed of why I am asking. Her response, «Uhmmm it’s only grill, duhhh». Wow, duhhh… really! I made it clear to her of my reason for asking because the menu was a bit confusing and didn’t disclose that you cannot make substitutions. What was funny was I informed her that I changed my mind to order through the drive-thru and just want to order inside the store, she refused that I go inside to order! She said I am not allowed inside??? I asked to speak to a Manager! And she confirmed that she was the Manager, what a joke! Your a Manager, who doesn’t know how to compose yourself to the position you were hired /promoted. Such a shame and a waste of money for KFC to invest on an employee! I went to Popeyes on Santa Clara street, the staff there was a bit of a younger crowd, but at least ALL of them know how to provide great customer service knowing that it is an exceptional fast food restaurant.

Been here 3 different times and ordered 20 piece hot wings and all 3 times they were doughy and gummy sometimes a few of them are stuck together. Plus the fact that they had no taste at all, I had to salt them to get some flavor. Sometimes they’ll throw in a itsy bitsy piece like a broken morsel, yep they even add it to the count. And as for being hot forget about it! They will give you something that has been sitting out for 45 minutes. I’m done here, there are other locations where the food is much better.

One star bc wouldn’t let me write a comment about this place Arrived 4:40PM asked about the specials the drive thru girl really Rude her name is Josephine M. Since she was in such hurry for me to order I asked for the 12PC family meal she never mentioned there’s a special going on with a free cake! I also ordered an extra side of Mac&Cheese«small» and she charged me a LG i paid and everything and when she was handing me my food she kinda pushed the items inside my car this ppl has seriously NO respect For customers at all! I worked in customer service before and even if I had a bad day at work or anywhere I don’t take it with customers!!! NOTEFORTHEMANAGER: please keep a good eye in this kind of ppl PLEASE!!! because seriously with this type of Customer Service I was REGRETTING spending $ 36 dlls in this business This is the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced NEVEREVERAGAINIMCOMINGTOTHISPLACE!

Manager at this location has no customer service. Businesses need to understand when a customer voices their concern all you need to do is listen. I will not support this location anymore until new management is found. This location is always in a rush to get you out of the drive through even though no one is behind you. Almost lost $ 4 because the manager serving me didn’t give me the money slowly. Best thing is that this location didn’t even apologize just kept talking. Horrible business practices at this location.

First time i ever had to write a review on any place. The staff barely spoke a word except to ask me if it was to go. After receiving a bit of attitude i came home to find that they gave me the wrong order and that one of the drumsticks looked as if it was half bitten. My advice is to just go to the popeyes off the next exit on 880N

This place is terrible. The workers aren’t capable of operating the machines(which do 90% of the work for them) or making sure there is food ready to go. Every single time I go here I have to wait about 30 minutes. Nothing is ever ready. The people are rude, they don’t treat you like a person. Oh, and here’s another thing, baisically an hour/half hour before closing they baisically refuse to help anyone. They chose to ignore anyone at the drive thru so I suggest you don’t bother coming here. From Management to the staff, this place sucks.

I need to stop giving fast food places a second chance. So I order a box of wedges. They say it’ll be a 3 minute wait and to pull to the side. They will bring it to me. I KNOW it won’t be 3 minutes and they’re just saying that. I’m guessing 5 minutes. So I’m sitting there 10 minutes. I finally walk inside. They see me come in THEN they start packing a box of wedges. I agree with other reviewers that say horrible service and waited too long. This is not a fast food establishment. It’s a EXTREMELYSLOW food joint. this happened 2x.

*HORRIBLESERVICE* This KFC can say 1 thing: they are consistent at providing absolutely bad service. They are blessed with incompetent staff AND management. Drive thru — ordered — told 15min wait — waited over 30min — hungry kids crying in the car — went inside and they forgot our order — server came out and gave us only half the order — tried to compensate with $.89 bottle of soda — and that was the BEST the«manager» could do. I visit this KFC often what I like is they never run out of chicken as much as Church’s does! All the staff are friendly and well trained in my eyes. Even the drive through staff get it done with no errors causing me to call or come back like Church’s! I have yet to wait for chicken to be ready where at Church’s I have had to wait every single time I have been there! Okay enough about them back to KFC. I have been eating KFC since I was a kid and a chicken eater for life. I always have a KFC craving from time to time. Miss their coconut custard pies from back in the day. Still love the fried apple pies. I like to get mac and mash with my meals. We even order buckets for after game gatherings since we play hoops in leagues in the area and I now live in this area. I will be a regular here and probably duke this location soon. Good service food always up to KFC standards I will always come back.

How u gona make me wait 25 min for a chicken pot pie? person on intercom couldnt understand a thing I was asking. kept cutting in and out. worst customer service they even forgot my biscuit.
