Jack In the Box

It’s exactly what it should be. Cheap, shitty for you and delicious. Whoever doesn’t like JITB sucks a big one (not in a good way)

Started out ok. Ordered a teriyaki rice plate with broccoli and chicken. It was very very hot. Got no receipt. It tasted ok but half an hour later I was very sick and got diarrhea. I will never go to Jack in the Box again. There is no excuse for contaminated or old food.

When consumed in moderation, fast food accomplishes necessary caloric intake with minimal time wasted.
Despite vocalizing a silly nickname for Jack In the Box for years (Cr&$ in the box), the food i ate here was anything but crap. The establishment was clean. The employees were helpful and seemed to enjoy working. The food was yummy, particulalry as I was quite hungry.

I came to buy a grilled chicken salad for lunch, they forgot to give me the chicken so i send my husband to ask them for my chicken. Instead they gave me a brand new salad and kept my receipt. As I was eating it, I noticed something unusual, there was a big dead dirty looking CRICKET IN MY SALAD. It made me lose my apetite and was disgusted! I will NEVER buy from this jack in the box ever again. I don’t know if they did it on purpose or not but I will remember this and not order salad out again!!! I uploaded the pic of my salad!

Manager closes dining room early, consistently. One time she said because of short staffing. A few «regulars» had driven their bicycles up to the location in the cold night air, to enjoy some hot food, only to be met by a locked door. Another time, clearly not the case as their were many employees available. Seems like a place that alot of semi-​homeless people like to congregate at. Older people riding up on 10 speeds, lookin’ all scuzzy n’ shi’. Anyways, the one time I actually ate there, I acquired a beverage and two biscuts with egg and sausage. Horrible! Egg was so overcooked that it was like eating crisp crunchy rubber. After two bites, I wadded up the sandwich into a ball, in my fist, and fired it back into the bag, from which it came. A call to «Diana», back @ the J-​Box, had her giving me a free sandwich of my choice, when I visit again. I asked her ««well, don’t you need to write down my name?». She said no. Apparently, she knows she has a bad cook & has had to deal with episodes like this on a regular basis. UPDATE: THE NEXT DAY. Came back to redeem my mishap from the day before. It was 1130 p.m. The hours writen on a sign next to the front door state that the dining room is open till midnight. I walk up to the front door and sure enough it is locked so I go around to stand in the drive thru and luckily there are no cars. The manager or shift leader Diana remembers me from yesterday from our phone conversation and gladly exchanges the two sausage biscuits for a ultimate cheeseburger. As she gives me my food I say to her I’d like to know if the dining room is still open till midnight or have the hours changed? Her eyebrows got big and she says «Oh no we’re still open till midnight. I know its 1130 but I’m just being cautious about who comes in here» So I say to her «So if I come to the door and knock, you will let me in?» and she gives me a funny look and closes the window. Scandalous

Damn they forgot my tacos yesterday now this morning I waited for a breakfast jack for 15 min with 2 cars in front of me in the drive thru so I just backed out of the drive and left screw this joint

Dec 19, 2011, 8pm… had a weird experience in Drive Thru (DT). I was the only car in DT. Drove up to the window, had my money ready, and the person asked me to back up. So I back up about a foot, and he asks me to backup more… so I back up 2 feet. He waves me back more, and soon Im 4 – 5 ft behind the window. Then Im waiting, and nothing… so I drive up and ask whats happening. He tells me I must stay away from the window. I ask…”How am I supposed to pay and get my order from 4 – 5 feet behind the window??? ” I ask him if he’s playing games and jerking me around. He gets mad and throws my order at me and slams the window shut.
I have never had that happen before. That kid should be fired.

Can you say egg rolls? That’s my go to when I want fast food and this place is so close to my work.

Love this place. This Jack In The Box gets 5 stars from me as they have the best customer service out there! The crew is always concerned with how well they treated you. The service is efficient and fast as well. And oh yeah, good food as well!

This location’s customer service is off and on. One time I got short changed because they didn’t have enough money to give me back. I asked for a gift card or food in exchange and they said they couldn’t do. WTH. Sometimes their line is soooo slow. I don’t know if its the employee making the food or the idiot ordering food.

Location is right on the corner so you cant miss it. There was a bum chillin in there I guess just waiting for someone to buy him something. He didnt bother anyone though. As we were about to order a Health Inspector came. This particular location is clean and they were really good with our order. Since my husband is very complicated his orders usually get messed up. They were fast and friendly. No offense and the girl who took our order understood us and we could understand her.
