I would give this place zero stars if I could. I had a terrible experience when shopping here, and I’ll never buy anything from here again. I wanted some shoes that they didn’t have in stock, so one of the salespeople called the Milpitas store to have them sent over to Hayward. I paid for the shoes then, but while paying for my shoes I received extremely rude treatment from the salesperson. On top of that, no one informed me of the«no returns» policy. All the salesperson told me was that my shoes should be at the store in 1 to 2 days, and that the store would call me when the shoes came in(which they didn’t). I went in the store 7 days after«buying» the shoes to get a refund since my shoes weren’t delivered in the time frame that the salesperson specified. So the person that was working that day went to check the back for my shoes, and they were there. So how long had these been sitting in the back before anyone was going to inform me that my shoes were ready to be picked up? After explaining how upset I was about the untimely delivery of the shoes, and demanding a refund, the salesperson offered to take my number down to have the manager call me when he was in. I left the store in tears and empty-handed. I received a call the next day, but it wasn’t the manager. It was the«assistant manager» who sounded exactly like the salesperson I had spoken to the day before. It’s been more than a month since this happened. No one has called or contacted me to try to make things right. I feel like they’ve stolen from me(they have my money, I have no merchandise). This store in incredibly shady, and I’d like to discourage anyone and everyone from supporting this business.

What kind of shady store doesnt offer refunds? Store credit only. Consider yourselves warned. The Mr bought me a pair of black Toms, but I already had something similar, so I wanted to exchange for a different color. However, the selection of Toms were limited, so I wanted to just return it altogether. Nope. Couldn’t do it. So I was told to check back on a different day to see if they had any shipments come in. When I called, they said they didn’t get new styles, but to check their Livermore store for their selection. *deep breath* I took their advice and went to the outlets only to find out that they don’t even sell Toms at that location. Wtf! Had to come back to the mall and exchanged it for something different that I didn’t even really want or need. Fml. I will never purchase anything from here ever again! And the Mr knows now not to either. Side note… the customer service I received when I did my exchange was very helpful and patient. Thanks.

ok i walked around southland looking for a backpack. i came across robert wayne which had a ton of them in stock unlike most of the other stores which only had a few i asked for the big back pack. and i ended up getting a kids back pack i wanted to exchange they told me store credit. after i just bought it 3 minutes earlier.
