Starbucks

This review is replying to Shonna’s comment below. I don’t think it’s right to bash someone’s name like that. She’s assuming that the girls name was Amber and assuming that she saw her waiting for her drinks. I go here all the time and am always satisfied with Ambers service. She’s always very friendly and efficient. Next time speak up if you have a problem instead of just assuming.

I wish I knew the name of the guy who helped me cause every time I come in there he’s super nice and helpful even when I ask for customized drinks. All I know is that he has nice hair. All I have a problem with is one of the workers there. I heard one lady call her Amber, so I assume that’s her name. SHE SUCKS. I ordered 3 fraps, and she completely forgot my order cause her friend came in and she was way too busy talking to him and giving him free drinks. So ridiculous. They either new to re-​train her or let her go cause who knows how she prioritize her responsibilities. She was also in a rush to get off her shift which made me even more mad cause I was STILL waiting for my drinks and she saw me looking at her but blew me off. So I politely told the other lady, Janessa (I hope that’s how you spell her name) about my problem. She acknowledged me and made my drinks right away. So big props to janessa and the Latin guy with the nice hair. BOO AMBER. If she woulda just did what she was supposed too then this Starbucks woulda got full stars.
Update: I would message this person directly but I still don’t get how to work this or if it does have messenger. So the lady who gave me the «conpliment» if you read what I put I did go up and ask about my fraps. LMAO. And obviously the chick who forgot my drink AMBER (since you do know who I’m talking about) wasn’t as efficient as you say. So she didn’t do her job right. Read first before you defend someone

Not much to say. I come here a few times… it’s the closet to the mall but very small different workers every time n the drinks r fine. The lines get long n I like how they try to take ur order ahead before u pay it kinna helps the line faster. Friendly service I don’t see anything wrong but nothing I can say that wow me.
Update…they got 2 of my 3 orders wrong!!! I asked for 3 pumps of sweetener n they didn’t do it n I asked for a strawberry banana n it taste nothing like banana in there

I asked for extra topping and possibly paid for it too but didn’t get it. Got extra blank stairs at my face lol. And my drink doesn’t look like the ones I normally get from every other starbucks in the bay. Maybe I caught these girls at the wrong time.

Go to Eon up the street. The problem here are the employees… They don’t seem to care. Many times they are talking teenage politics while I stand there ready to order. Got a frap here last week that was 3 quarters full and dripping over the edges… Barista must have felt this review coming. Teenage idiots work here… Maybe interchangeable with employees from Buddys Bites and Brews across the street. Go up to Eon Coffee shop for a real coffee shop. Service here is piss poor.

Kudos to the 3 ladies and gentleman working this morning (time: 8:30 — 9:30 a.m.)
I don’t think i ever saw harder working staff… efficiently taking orders, someone re-​stocking, cleaning the sugar/​milk/​cream counter, cleaning under equipment, replenishing supplies for the barista station and the barista making those drinks… they mean business while acknowledging customers and keeping a smile! Keep up the good work guys!

I went to this SB last week with my 2 year old son. I purchased him a kids beverage. Knowing it would be made at room temp. He ended up burning his mouth. I like SB because they accommodate nicely for any inconvenience if you contact customer service, however i never experience bad customer service with SB since i went to this SB.

This is my go-​to Starbucks. They can get really busy but the staff has always been friendly to me. The building and bathroom is always clean as well.

A star for an «alright» customer service. To be honest, their music is on way too loud! Having it on a minimal volume would be just fine. I wouldn’t feel the need to scream my orders while having laryngitis! So annoying! Pls lower your music level!

A chill spot to do homework and study, the baristas are nice (and very helpful) and my drinks always taste good! The store is overall clean except for some misplaced chairs and little bits of trash on the tables, nothing too serious. Oh and the store’s holiday set up is looking really nice too!

I don’t understand I ordered a tall decaf and they tell me that they don’t have any is Starbucks a coffeehouse?

The baristas are really nice and awake! The store is always super clean and they always have a lot of food options. They also have a really big window where you can just watch the cars go buy. It can get hectic but for the most part it’s really calm.

The area around here gets lots of reports on stolen vehicles or got broken into. Careful. This area hella ratch. You’ll never know when you’re just minding your own business tryna get your cup of coffee then you come back and you see the shattered glass all around your car or heck with it it’s gone all in all. The baristas are pretty fast though so just hope they’re fast enough to make your drink so if they breaking into your car you can catch that fool. I would’ve given 4 stars for the performance of the baristas but the area is just ratch af.

This guys are bad. makes drinks bad. Time to get your drinks ready are bad. If you like bad then go to this location. They made my cool lime with chocolate chip which I didn’t ask for. They I tell them about it. And the guy how made it makes faces like if something it’s wrong with me. At least apologize it’s a white guy that was working a Saturday at 7:30pm. No big deal but the fact that they don’t fix a error THEY MADE and makes faces its very unprofessional.
Should get really good baristas. I would give 0 starts but I can’t.

The girls were all so sweet. Gave me very good service and were very quick. Will be coming back soon.

Wonderful friendly staff and they were quick to make my drink although busy at the time.

Nothing against the product or the staff, but this Starbucks and the one on the corner of Jackson and Hesperian are hot spots for vehicle theft.
IMO avoid going here during the early morning rush. There are car theives who camp out around the building and will break into your car and get whatever they see. I learned the hard way that there is no such thing as a «quick Starbucks run»

I don’t understand the low reviews of this place. The baristas have always been incredibly friendly with me and are more than willing to go above and beyond in terms of customer service. For awhile there, I was going at LEAST 3 – 4 times a week for my coworkers while I stilled worked down in the Hayward industrial park.
Whether I’m here before work, or running in for a quick drink/​work order on my lunch hour, everyone here has been nothing but incredibly friendly and helpful.
