I work in malls around Hayward and I choose subway for lunch always but this one is the most disgusting place I’ve ever been. First of all its dirty and filthy. Workers are super unfriendly and rude. you can see their emotions from their face. There’s no mall discount for mall employees like all other subways around. They don’t accept 100 $ bills and they put disgusting big sign on their window about it which makes you cant see vegetables. I will never ever visit subway again because of them.

It’s the second time I come here, and there was never a complain. But today I came with my mom, and everything was all dirty, the lettuce in the tomatoes side. The window all dirty, the vegetables all over the place. I think they should be more careful with that, it really make it look disgusting.

I like this kiosk(so do many others, which is why I’m surprised that I’m getting a First to Review here). My experience on Saturday, though, could have been better. I was helped after a minute. My cashier/server was friendly, but I grew a little antsy. I had to wait about 8 minutes for my Flatizzas(they were a bit burnt because my cashier/server got distracted helping another customer– another cashier/server took them out of the oven). I guess I didn’t say Flatizza right. My cashier/server lightly corrected me. : The kiosk is nicely organized and well run. 3(female) employees were around. I can’t comment on the 3rd(she appeared from the back after I paid– for some reason, women are regularly in hiding when I’m around), but the other 2 provided good customer service. They were just too meticulous(slow). Whatever. A woman wanted a Flatizza, but not the kind I ordered(she dramatically shook her head when she was told about them). : Getting my Sprite Zero was an ordeal. I was first given a Sprite. I was then given a Coke Zero. I didn’t want to, but I yelled at my cashier/server and pointed to where the Sprite Zeros were. — I’m very familiar with drinks. I don’t expect everyone else to be, but employees who sell drinks should know what they’re selling(the inventory). I was pretty exasperated. (I give my cashier/server credit for being a professional. She was sweet to me even after I yelled at her.) While I was waiting to pay, a weird guy stood next to me for a few minutes(my wife noticed him too). He studied the menu intently before walking away(I initially thought that the creepy bastard didn’t know where the line started). Note: All prices include tax. Cookies(Chocolate Chunk; White Chocolate Macadamia Nut; Oatmeal Raisin): $.64. 20 oz. Bottled Beverages: $ 2.17. Flatizzas: Cheese: $ 3.27. Veggie: $ 3.82. Pepperoni: $ 4.36. : My Chocolate Chunk Cookie was kind of hard(it had probably been sitting around, much like me when I went to the prom). I quickly ate it to get it out of the way. My White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookie was soft and delicious. I shared some of it with my family. : Spicy Italian Flatizza($ 4.36): 8.25÷10. «Our super crispy flatbread is topped with our marinara sauce, melty mozzarella cheese, flavorful pepperoni and genoa salami.» I ordered 2. My wife blotted out some of the grease on one of them. I didn’t mind the grease, though. My Flatizzas were loaded with toppings. There was also a nice amount of cheese. The flatbread was solid. There could have been a bit more marinara sauce. It should have been more noticeable. I received a solid number of napkins. It would have been nice if I was given some pepper packets too. In general, I was very pleased. My Flatizzas were somewhat filling and very tasty. «How’d we do? Take a 1 min Survey for a free cookie at .» (The survey needs to be completed«within 3 days of your visit.») I enjoyed my food overall. I’ll definitely give this kiosk another chance.
