These people suck especially the cashiers. I ordered online an hour ago and the girl who was checking the names on the to go orders didn’t see mine so I waited another 30 mins. She didn’t give me my order until I said something??? She was like«„„sorry ppl weren’t here when we called their names““» IFYOUWERECHECKINGTHEORDERSCORRECTLYYOUWOULDVESEENMYNAME. She didn’t even apologize for it either when I said she had me waiting another 30 mins for her carelessness. Basura.

Worst food and customer service ever!!! 1. Me and fiancé have been suffering from upset stomach since last night after eating their wings. 2. To top it off, they double charged us, which means we have to dispute it later. Never again!!!

My boys love wings and so we get them wing stop quite often! We’ve ordered from this wing stop before but this last time it was such a bad experience that I thought I had to write a review on it! First, I called to order ahead and the girl that answered the line did so with a simple«hello,» had me thinking I had dialed the wrong number and had called one of my friends. After a seconds-pause I had to ask if it was wing stop, to which she replied with«yes it’s wing stop.» By this time I was already becoming annoyed, especially after asking if I had called the right number and I still did not get a greeting or a «what can I get for you?» My husband laughed and just told me to order. So, I went ahead and started my order. The girl, kept getting the wrong items, seemed as if she was talking to someone else at the same time I was talking. Once she finishes taking my order, I asked her to repeat it and it seemed as if she had finally gotten it and she then, stood quiet. I had to ask her for the total and how long it would take(which I already knew since we always order the same thing). I was super annoyed with her lack of customer service. My husband picked up the order, only to get home to find out his order of wings were PLAIN! no sauce, no flavor! Just PLAIN!(if he wanted some fried chicken he can get that at home!) I will definitely be ordering from another wing stop, even if that means driving a little farther. But this location just does not enforce good customer service.

Horrible customer service, cashier gave me nothing but attitude as soon as i walked in there. What is the point of placing an order online if its not going to be ready in the estimated time I’m given, complete waste of time. People who walked in and ordered received their food faster than me it was ridiculous. Made me wait an extra 20 minutes which made me late to work and on top of that my fries were not crispy they were soggy and cold, my ranch was not creamy at all, felt like water. I’m not some lame person who writes lames reviews on everything i don’t have time for that but thats how bad this experience was I HADTO let people know how bad this wingstop is. I’m going to just stick to the one by Target, next to 24 Hour Fitness which by the way is hilarious who the hell puts a wingstop right next to a gym, you got a parking lot full of insecure people obsessed with looking good while others on their way to pig out on wings ahahahahaha

The lady at the front was nice but my wings were cold on the inside so I politely told her and she said«do you want me to tell him?» and brought them to the back where he laughed and started obviously talking about me in Spanish. He brings out new wings and doesn’t even say anything. Just slides them in the counter and goes back to the kitchen. The staff in this store is very unprofessional. I wish this wasn’t my closest location.

The Bayfair branch is cheaper and more friendly. I ordered Garlic Parmesan and its not as impressive as how they make them in Bayfair.

Last night I was in a hurry and needed something quick! So I ordered online a 30piece family meal! This comes with a large seasoned fries 30 wings and vegetables(carrots celery). I placed my order online and after completion of the order it said it should be ready by 5:40pm I entered the wing stop at 5:30 to pay in person. There were about 3−4people on staff 1 lady cashiering and two cooks I noticed but I heard someone else vaguely. Anyways. My food wasn’t ready until 5:57. The restaurant wasn’t packed as there was a small group of friends in the back who had already been served and one lady sitting alone prior to us coming in. I inquired on why my order wasn’t on time and she stated it takes about 10 minutes longer when the chicken is «well done» or «extra crispy» I would think they would include that time frame when ordering online so as to not have people wasting their time in the lobby! Honestly the cashier seemed pretty nice! She was also helpful and when people called during our conversation she kindly placed them on hold. My food was hot and everything was good to us! The chicken was fried good no blood etc! I wouldn’t advise coming on a weekend but during the week probably will be better. I don’t know if they need more help or just not efficient. But besides the extra wait it wasn’t horrible.

I ordered my wings a week ago for Super Bowl Sunday at 3PM, I went at 3:20 since I know they are usually behind. They didn’t have my order already, in fact according to the employees they didn’t have any online orders coming through. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager walked away. I waited for about 15 minutes and asked the employees again to speak with the manager and according to they the manager will be busy for the rest of the day. So now, even with a confirmation number, an email confirming they received my order, I have no wings and no explanation from the manager. She wouldn’t talk to any of the other people who were also missing their orders. And the shitty part is, something similar happened two years ago, but they rectified the situation, and it was the same manager, Nicky. I will no longer patronize ANY Wingstops based on this experience. Nicky should be fired unless Wingstop wants a terrible manager such as herself to represent their company.

This experience didn’t even deserve the 1st star. Despite my better judgment(and warnings from others) I gave this Wingstop a try. Ordered 3 –10 wing combos well done and 6 rolls and was told they’d be ready in 25 min. I arrive 38 minutes later due to a bit of extra traffic. I figured my order would be waiting, but I could not have been more wrong. After paying and waiting for several minutes I inquired about the wait. First person says when you have a big order we don’t make it until you arrive. We are packing your order now. I slide over and notice that my order is JUST being cooked and not packed. I ask to speak with a manager. After a few moments of discussion in Spanish the manager comes to the front complete with an attitude. He immediately tells me that I ordered over an hour ago… I remind him of the time line with my cell phone and receipt. Let him know I’ve been inside the store. He says I can have a refund. I reply that I would like my order. I attempted to offer feedback as a customer that they should explain that the wings are not prepared until arrival. Again the other worker says it’s being packed, yet it took another 5 – 10 minutes before I’m handed a bag. When I get home… The fries are burned, the bread is hard as a rock, and my wings are NOT well done. We won’t even discuss the ranch dipping sauce being watery like soup. This site could learn a lot from the Bayfair site.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed a simple order, they told me 17 minutes… went there 20 minutes later, order was not ready, wouldn’t take a $ 100 bill, had to go make my own change. Came back food was now cold. Brought the wings home, french fries were missing, and order was incorrect. How hard is it to work at wingstop? It’s not an extensive menu, options are limited, yet there are more mistakes then there are correct orders. When I call to inform them of their mistakes, I now have to drive my incorrect order back to their store to have my order remade… as if I still wanted to eat this mess. My appetite, patience, and nervous are ruined. I ask to speak with the manager, he’s too busy to come to the phone, classic. Maybe he’s the one making the mistakes. The girl who answers the phone hangs up on me, so I call back immediately get put on hold, for 9 minutes, just for the girl to start speaking in Spanish to the Manager who still refuses to get on the phone. I ask for the District Managers phone number, they can’t give that out. WHATKINDOFBUSINESSAREYOURUNNING??? Anywho, back to Wingstop to collect my refund, ruin the employees night, and teach them a lesson on customer service.

Instant food poisoning. **BEWARE of the PARMESAN/GARLIC BONELESSWINGS.** We ordered our food before hand because my boyfriend and I wanted to do a little date night at house. Anyways, we come to pick up the food… it’s cold. Like no warmth to the takeout box whatsoever. We’re in the car and he turns to look at me and says, «What’s that smell??» So we start hunting for the gross smell inside the car and I pick up the take out box and I smell it. «OHMYGOD it’s this!» «It literally smells like gym socks…» It was a foul odor. Like it’s gone bad and sitting out for a long period of time smell. We get home, he’s hungry so he eats the«feet chicken.»(What we nicknamed the chicken because it smelt HORRIBLE.)I couldn’t bring myself to eat it, so I settled for some soup. About two hours later we’re laying on the couch watching a movie and he starts to not feel good. Like, cramping, nauseous, grossness… Needless to say he ended up getting sick. Bleh. Will not be returning.

Submitted an uncomplicated online order at 4:30pm to be picked up at 6pm. Received email confirmation that my order was received and processed and that I would be notified via phone call if any complications arose. I arrive at Wingstop and am not greeted upon approaching the counter. The woman is on the phone — she doesn’t look up at me to even acknowledge my existence. Sweet. She gets off the phone a few minutes later, I tell her my name, and she goes to look for my order. She comes back a moment later and asked me if I ordered online, to which I reply yes. Then she proceeds to tell me that since 3:30pm, their online ordering system has been down. I proceed to tell her about my confirmation email and I ask why she or anyone working didn’t notify me about the problem. She stares blankly at me for a few moments, and asks if she can get an order started for me. I ask how long it will take, and she says half an hour. Not only did you not communicate with me on my online order, but now you want to re-create my order and it’ll take 30 minutes?! Not today, Wingstop. Your lack of communication and professionalism ruined my appetite.

WORST Wingstop EVER. WORST service EVER. I placed an online order for pick up. It was supposed to be ready by 6:41pm but it’s still not ready by 6:50pm so I ask the cashier how much longer it’ll take and she says 20 minutes! 5 to 10 minutes late is annoying(they’re usually a little late actually), but 30 minutes late?! UNACCEPTABLE. You know what was the worst part of it all? When I start expressing my displeasure she starts arguing with me! She didn’t even let me finish and straight up continued to talk while I was still talking for like 15 seconds. It wasn’t even busy but they were behind on all their orders. How can they be that far behind? The cashier should be fired for horrible customer service and the people in the kitchen should be fired for their laziness/incompetency. Do yourself a favor and DON’T EVERCOMETOTHISWINGSTOP. The parking and food quality suck too so trust me, it’s worth it go to another Wingstop.

For a quick and easy wing fix, WingStop does a great job. They have several great flavors. We like the Mango Habanero, Atomic, Lemon Pepper, and Cajun. The wings are always cooked great, and the staff are always polite and fast with the orders. Every time we pop in there to grab some wings to go, they are hopping. The place is a bit greasy inside, so you immediately are hit with that greasy spoon smell when you walk in, but all they do is wings and fried chicken, so what do you expect. Good pricing as well. Keep up the great job WingSpot.

THISPLACEIS A JOKE! OPENBUTREFUSEDTOMAKEMYORDER! WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICEINTHEBAYAREAAVOIDATALLCOST! I came in on my lunch break and after standing at the counter for over 5 min(noone even acknowledged my presence the whole time) one of the 2 employees finally comes to the register asks if I have a pick up. I say no she turns around and asks the cook if she should take my order. He says«yes but I’m leaving» and she responded saying«im not going to take orders and cook. When she turns back to me she tells me she can take my order but there is no one to cook it. I ask for her name she responded«well my manager knows» which to me tells me everything about this location. Bottom line management/owner couldn’t careless, so why would the employees? I do not understand how an employee can literally refuse to do their job and still be employed.

Ok, first of all… I hate writing negative reviews… but this is a MUST! Second of all, we went there on a MONDAY night, at 11:00 pm… soooo for those of you who say to expect long wait time because it’s a weekend… BS! We waited 40 minutes!!! 40 freaking minutes on a Monday night! I know, we were stupid for waiting. What even made the situation even worse was the lack of customer service and attention we received. The girls who work there were having the time of their life, playing around… not cool. We got the wings to go… and of course… the order was wrong… beyond wrong. WTF? What’s so hard about putting an order together. We ordered boneless, we got bones. We ordered garlic flavor, we got lime flavor. I think we may have gotten someone else’s order. Yes, the wings were tasty, but ITISNOTWORTHTHEWAITORTHELACKOFCUSTOMERSERVICE. OK, maybe if I WASPREGNANTANDITWAS A MUSTHAVECRAVING! THAT’S IT! Just go to COSTCO and buy the buffalo wings, pop them in the oven and BOOM! You got some tasty wings without the«extras» they probably add when you complain.

They only get two stars for getting my order completely right. Came in on a Saturday evening(maybe 6 o clock), ordered a boneless ten piece combo with no sauce. I hadn’t eaten all day so I made sure to call my order ahead seeing as we all know wing stop cooks your food to order.(I.e. You will be waiting 15 mins minimum for your food) I arrive to pay and I was a little early so I didn’t expect it to be ready as soon as I got there. What I also didn’t expect was to wait 30 more minutes AFTER I got there and to wait for my food AFTER people who came in and ordered after me and got their food(20 pc orders btw) before me. They’re all young girls working there and they don’t have bad attitudes or anything but I saw the girl in the back on her phone just standing there with like 5 orders waiting to go out. Wtf???

Why is this place still open? I mean horrible customer service. The cook is your cashier and visa versa. How is that good managing of a restaurant if you want to call this that. Constantly are they out of stock of product and the owners or managers are never anywhere to be found. Makes me wonder if they even know what is going on in this location. It’s completely unacceptable that no one seems to care that the customer is always unsatisfied with the product out of this location and yet we all go back with the hope that it might one day resemble that wing stop that is in another city or that it just improved a little. I guess we can all dream sometimes. I don’t think anyone should buy anything from these people anymore maybe than will they understand that the satisfaction of the customer should be their first priority.

Today, I attempted to «call in» my order twice. The first time there was a busy signal so I tried again with no answer. I then proceeded to place my order online when completed my order, I was given a confirmation number of my order with an estimated time to pick up(Order Number: 18360250). After looking for parking in a highly congested Downtown Hayward as it only is on a weekend, I walked in and let the cashier(who came form the back cooking with one other employee) know that I had made an online order. It was then that I was informed that their internet was down and that they had called the Manager and they were taking care of it. I was also informed if I would like to place my order it would take [an additional] 20 minutes. There was no acknowledgement to the fact that I had already waited nearly 40 minutes for my Phantom Order. Back of the line. It took about 20 minutes for me to get my order. No complaints for the food. My complaint is about the obvious lack of ownership in this particular restaurant and after ALL the amounts of complaints about it, found here on Unilocal, that there has been nothing visibly done to improve customer service after all this time. Customers literally go out of their way to patronize this WingStop. Finding parking is difficult on the weekends due to it being located right next to a Century theater and other restaurants being crammed in the downtown area with parking being scattered all around. Trying to get someone on the phone is like playing a game of roulette. Once in side the restaurant, your also uncertain about the amount of time you’ll actually wait to get your food, because it is clearly understaffed. I’ve waited nearly 40 minutes on multiple occasions. Today, it is clear that the costumers are not a priority. When online services were not available the manager, who was not on the premises, made the decision to keep the option online as if it were. Also, having two cashiers playing the rolls of cooks is also a poor rating in customer service. Phones are ringing and the line is backing up. I have seen people leave the restaurant today because of the wait and others coming inside only to find that their order online was not received because their internet was down. Lack of customer service will continue to be the cause for a poor performance rating for this franchise. I love WingStop. The thought of having to go to Decoto/Union City doesn’t seem that bad. But why? When the potential for this location to perform just as well, if not better, is all in providing better customer service.
