I found this place on Unilocal. The food was so good; service was great, and the surrounding was pleasant. I have found a new place for my family to eat breakfast anytime of the day.

The food is great especially the omelettes. However my wife and I are thinking about not continuing to eat their if they can’t figure out a way to diversify their waitress, cooking and cashier staffing. I believe the majority of he people who eat here are African Americans yet that representation is not in plain sight.

My skillet was OK only. Nothing special about it. I have had the Mexican skillet at several other places, but this one was bland and dry. You get great portions, which do not make up, in my opinion for the blandness.

I don’t really understand the hype in breakfast food. So please take this review lightly because I’m not the biggest fan of breakfast food. The place is nice and big for group outings. The food is a great portion size for the price. The service was slightly lacking at times. Food was good/ok.

The food is OK, but this place is missing attention to detail. The chicken tenders we’re hard, and over cooked. The grease probably needs changing. Kids couldnt eat them. No hostess was at the front when we walked in on a busy Sunday morning. When she finally came, she attitude was blah. Maybe she hates rainy day? Took longer than normal for food to come out. Waited too long for refills on coffee. Hubby was not asked for Pepsi refill. My Ribeye, & Hubby’s BLT was good. But this place could be better

I give Marias 4 stars because their food is always on point. I especially love the fajita omelet with both steak and chicken. Their pancakes are delicious. However, if you can avoid the waitress named Colleen… She is the most absent minded waitress I have ever came in contact with. Not to mention my first experience with her was about was 4 months ago on a busy Sunday when she was rude because she was overwhelmed with the amount of tables she had. We walked out after waiting almost an hour for an order she had not even put in. Otherwise, I love Marias…

I visited this restaurant on September 3, 2015 for breakfast with my daughter and my dad. Usually the food and service is good but this visit the food came out cold and the waitress was exactly the same way. She never greeted us she just walked up to the table and stood there. No smile no personality and she acted like we were interfering with her. How can you be in the service industry to serve customers with no customer service skills? I did express this to the owner but that did no good. Can you say no tip!

I absolutely love Maria’s!!! My mom and I come here every Sunday after Church. The restaurant is clean. Everyone is polite and professional. Management walks around to greet customers. It’s a family oriented restaurant and I will recommend it.

We happened upon this place while getting our car repaired at one of the local shops. It was recommended by another repair shop patron. The first thing we noticed about this restaurant was the warm and welcoming greeting we received from the staff. Once seated, we were given menus with a wide variety of breakfast and lunch options(the restaurant closes at 3pm daily). Everyone in our part enjoyed their selections. We were greeted my a most courteous and helpful server who offered suggestions and checked back frequently(but not to much) to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction. Other table support staff were just as friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were very clean and well kept. We will definitely visit Maria’s again when in the area.

This was my second visit to Maria’s Pancake House. The name and logo does not really scream«hello I am a breakfast place», but who am I to judge. Staff is friendly and their menu covers just about everything you can want for breakfast. Upon my first visit I had a skillet that was absolutely delicious. On my second visit I tried their house speciality the Grilled Chicken with Eggs. Served with hashbrowns and choice of toast or pancakes. Everything I ordered was great and the portions were plenty. The grilled chicken was char-broiled and not dry, I loved the fact it was served with a lemon wedge on the side. The reason for only 4-stars, the services is a tad slow. I imagine perhaps they were under staffed that morning because it was not like this during my initial visit. I wouldn’t let that discourage anyone from visiting. This place is a decent choice and I would visit again.

The food was great, service was excellent no wait time at all to be noon. Love the atmosphere in the place. Prices are perfect for what you’re receiving for sure. Definitely recommend to others and will be back

We went there on Mother’s Day … a good test for service and quality. The service was good. The wait wasn’t bad, 15 minutes maybe. Food was good quality for a breakfast joint with ample servings. I got a veggie skillet and had half left to take home. One son got a breakfast croissant with scrambled eggs and ham, and the other son got a breakfast burrito. All three meals were good. I grabbed a take out menu so we can order carry out some Sundays. We’ll be back.
