Kazia Rae’s Chicken & Bubble Tea

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of spending some time at Kazia Rae’s Chicken & Bubble Tea and had their new wings.
Well, let me just say that when they say, «Double Dipped — Double Glazed and Double Delicious», they meant every word of it. The food preparation was fast and the service was friendly. Because I don’t live close to Kazia’s, I decided to have lunch twice… really, that’s why I did it (lol).
For my first lunch, I had the Regular 6 Piece Soy & Ginger Jumbo Wings with their Asian Caesar Salad with bottled water. The wings were really «Jumbo» and the seasoning exceeded my expectations. You tasted the seasoning throughout and the skin had a very consistent crunch that I loved. The shaved ginger garnished on the top added a nice kick whenever you wanted it. The Asian Caesar Salad was delicious and quite large.
For my second lunch, I had the Mixed Combo — 2 Honey & Garlic Jumbo Drumsticks and 1 Jumbo Wing, with Gluten-​Free Vegetable Fried Rice. The chicken had just enough seasoning to allow you to taste the honey and the garlic at the same time. It was tender, juicy, and exploding with flavor. I did share one drumstick with a friend that met up with me. They also felt it was it was delicious!
When I left Kazia’s, needless to say my stomach was full and my expectations were definitely exceeded. Much kudos to the owners and their very friendly and knowledgeable staff. By the way, this place is so clean and well lit you could eat off the floor… that is a non-​negotiable with food and me. In addition, they offer free WIFI. So while I ate, I got some much-​needed work done.
