Came here after tasting their Mourvèdre at the Spoon Bar in Healdsburg. The wine tasting was awesome, every wine unique and yummy. I am partial to the white wines, whereas the hubby loves the reds. We left with five bottles of wine! My favorite? The Rosé! Highly recommend this place! We’re coming back with a picnic and to play bocce ball(yes, they have a bocce court!).

I love Preston. My husband and I live in Healdsburg and consume a lot of wine, and we are huge fans of Preston’s Sauvignon Blanc and Barbera. Once you get past the cranky«Slow Down» signs lining the dirt road to the property, you can enjoy a farm house with barn cats lounging in every patch of sun, tons of places to picnic in the sun or under trees, and a unique, homey tasting experience that is hard to find out here. Preston is a gem.

We go here after Bella(another good stop). On Sundays(only), they sell a jug(i believe a gallon) of wine for like $ 10. While its not fantastic, its drinkable wine and makes a good table wine. Give it a shot after visiting Bella Vine Caves — they are 2 minutes away. Above said, this is a stop for the regular Sonoma traveler, if you’re an out of towner, I wouldn’t put it on the list as not all that impressive.
