Best Buy

I’ve been to Best Buy’s in several states: Massachusetts, Florida, and Ohio. But the one in Heath Ohio was by far the absolute worst one EVER.
I walked in looking for an ipod for my sister. I found where they were, but the case didn’t state if there were headphones or not. I went looking for a representative for assistance. Didn’t find any. Walked to the front and asked the door greeter, where he replied: I don’t know. So I walked back to the area of the ipods, still nobody around. It’s not like the store was packed or even busy. Still nobody to be found. I then walked back to the front, where the useless door greeter was, he was still doing nothing. So, I handed him the ipod and walked out. I drove to HHGregg (a store that I have NEVER been in before, but my dad said they might have ipods). Great experience found there.

Had an online order for a galaxy s5 that said it was ready to pick up and in stock at this location. Drove 50 miles to find out that they did not have them in stock and they werent going to have them for another 2 weeks; other electronic stores had them. They did not offer any compensation and the staff were rude and unhelpful. Ended up canceling the order and bought the phone at a radio shack.
All in all, best buy rips you off with their prices, their staff are unhelpful and rude (at pretty much every best buy). You are better off shopping online or going to other electronic stores such as microcenter. Avoid best buy at all costs. Dont be naiive and let them sap your hard earned money.

The staff here is very friendly, but they did not have what we were looking for in stock.
