As stated in previous reviews regarding the Service or rather lack of, I can attest to their claims.
I was the only customer in the place, there were plenty of staff, but they were too busy BS-ing with one another to put my salad together. I was standing at the counter waiting, watching these guys carrying on without any concern for my order. It wasn’t until they were told I was waiting that the 4 – 5 of them accompanied the guy that made my salad. Next when he was done he plopped it down, went back to his conversation and never told anyone to bag it for me to take away. Finally the young lady came by placed it in a bag and handed it to me.
The salad was I would expect a Panera salad to be and taste, however this was the Worst service I ever experienced in Panera, Anywhere.

After months of lax management at this Panera, we’ve stopped going there at all. Issues such as no butter, no lemon, no tea brewed… tables not bussed as needed… food just not up to Panera standards… we love Panera because other locations are clean, food is healthy and fresh. Can’t recommend this one, sorry.

I normally love panera, but my last visit was certainly a miss. I am a vegetarian, and because of that, I purposefully ordered food (the soba noodle bowl with edamame) that I know to be a vegetarian option. Well, while I was eating my dinner, I noticed numerous chicken in my bowl and felt obligated to throw away the rest of my dinner. Thanks, panera, for a hungry night…

Not the best Panera… seems to be a lot of high schoolers working here. Drive through is hit or miss. I have driven away a few times before realizing I was missing something. I’ve never had any issues with the food quality though and enjoy using it as a study location, has just the right amount of background noise.

Terrible service, kitchen is always a mess, and the staff talk negatively about drive thru customers right in front of their customers inside. The food is overrated and WAY over priced. I’ve been here 4 times and have not had a good experience as of yet.

My visit was the definition of mediocre. My order was incorrect, I was overcharged and my flatbread was dry and had bites that were very tasteless. There were ingredients added that weren’t on the description and it was, well, weird.
The employees seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than ensuring even average service. I thought about bringing up my concerns, but really didn’t believe the staff working would care.
I would also like to add that I was given a baguette rather than an apple and while they did correct the error, the Apple was brought to me in her hand. No napkin. No plate. Gross.

I am a Panera fan, well at least a Franklin county Panera fan.
This location in Heath, Ohio has terrible service. The obnoxious teenagers are more concerned with going to break with their crush of the week than paying attention to the living, breathing customer in front of them. Very unprofessional behavior.
Soon enough the novelty of this new business will wear off, customers will stop coming, and their jobs will be obsolete.
Customer service is a rarity at the Panera in Heath, Ohio. I hope the new manager will improve the dynamic. (assumption based on «hiring management» sign on the door)

Perhaps the most unprofessional experience I have ever had in a Panera. Just awful service from both staff and management. Very little product knowledge and obnoxious behavior from much of the teenage staff. Two stars only because the scone and bagel were up to Panera standards.

good food and coffee drinks but not friendly staffs. I order Panera almost every day or every other day. My last visit, they mass up my chai tea and make me vanilla late instead, I didn’t say anything because I was in a hurry. Yesterday, I order chai tea, and ask about their «free bagel» deal with any coffee drink, they took a long time to fix the price. Today, I order café mocha, ask about the same deal, cashier says no such deal. Then, she brought over another person to help, but both of them seem annoyed, impatient! If they can’t honored a special deal, why hang a hugh poster on the building to attract customer! Also, they should train their staff to smile to the customer instead of sour faces! While waiting for my coffee, their staffs were busy chit-chatting… I think this gonna be the only and the last time I will ever visit this unfriendly place.

I frequent a lot of Paneras when I travel, and I am delighted to say that this one in Heath, Ohio, meets AND exceeds my expectations of a Panera. When I fell outside of the building, Shift Manager Kate and her fellow employees were very helpful and comforting. A married couple found me on the ground in pouring rain, with blood running profusely. When they fetched employees, Kate came out, took charge, helped me clean up and took me inside to warm up and fill out an incident report. She gave me a jacket, and comped me a hot latte and bagel. Other employees asked how I was doing and expressed their sympathies. Panera employees are the BEST!
When the drama was over, I could see that under the blood, the only damage was road rash on my face, a lot of soreness, and extreme embarrassment!
Thank you, Kate and Panera staff working the morning shift on Wednesday, July 31, 2013. You are an awesome crew!
