Most of the food looked dry. I wanted noodles and the young lady said she would make new ones. Well she took the pan that had the dry ones in it and put water in the wok, put oil and warmed them up and put them back in the pan. They didn’t taste good. They black pepper chicken I order had too much pepper on it so I couldn’t eat it’s. The rice also had corn in it. I didn’t know fried rice included corn and peas and carrots. Anyway, my experience here was not good. Maybe they will figure it out.

We waited for them to open one morning after our flight got delayed and we needed something quick to eat while we updated our schedule. About 5 minutes before opening for the day, one of the employees showed up for her shift, never washed her hands, proceeded to walk around the restaurant setting things up and cleaning, and then started serving food to customers when their doors opened. We sat at our gate watching all of this and were in pure disbelief – from the time she walked into the restaurant until she started plating food and stirring up all the dishes, she NEVER washed her hands. Just gross.

This is my go-to place for dinner on the way home from CVG. This location is a bit slower than others. They also seem to have a harder time determining the quantity of food they need to prepare(I often have to wait while they make more orange chicken or broccoli beef). The service is fine but not as nice as the location in Mason.

I fly through Cincinnati frequently and this is seriously the best Panda Express I have ever stumbled on. Taylor is exceptional, yes exceptional. He makes recommendations. Offers friendly service and makes me know I have chosen the best spot to get my meal for the plane. Thanks Taylor for giving me a place to look forward to getting food at in terminal A.

My previous visit was a great experience. In this update, while employees here remained the friendly and courteous bunch, food left me disappointed. I had a two entrée plate with half vegetables and half fried rice. The two entrees were Kung Pao Chicken and Honey Sesame Chicken Breast. Overall, there was a pervasive lack of salt. The Kung Pao Chicken tasted kind of burnt. All in all, there just wasn’t much taste. How very disappointing.

It’s airport Chinese food, it is what it is. Nothing was fresh, sitting there for a while… It tastes on par with mall Chinese food, but a little worse.

This panda express delivered Chinese fast food and airport food beyond my expectation. I had shanghai beef and kong pao chicken. Both were freshly made, meat was tender and veggies were tasty. This was one of my best airport meals in a long time. Guys, keep up the good work!

This is probably the cleanest panda express based in most US airport. With that said, food quality is equaly tasted as you’d imagine. Heavy ghetto Chinese all the way, yeehaaaaa. Broccoli and beef, orange mystery meat chiken, and fried rice was about $ 8? Seating area is available, or you can annoy your friends at gate or in your plane. One thing I really LOVE was the huge display of veggie with«we serve fresh cut Veggie»…if you are health minded, that’s screaming it’s okay to eat them, even they are covered with mystery fravor of the day.

Do NOT dub something«Spicy» that is really covered in a corn syrup based sauce and has a sprinkling of chili flakes in it. ESPECIALLY do NOT warn me of the spiciness of something that is covered in a corn syrup based sauce and has a sprinkling of chili flakes in it. Now I know better than to expect much from Chinese McDonalds, but when you are in an airport terminal your pickings are usually slim(unless of course you are in the Memphis Airport, at which time you must indulge in some local BBQ). So at 10am I picked Panda Express – because who doesn’t love Chinese food for brunch? In any case I looked over my options in the«buffet» and the Beijing Beef looked the most appetizing. The girl behind the counter was like«its spicy are you sure», at which I confirmed it was still my choice. Well when I got to my table and took a bite it was more of a sticky sweet, opposed to the sinus opening heat I had hoped for. The«meat» of course was more of a breading than anything protein related. I do have to say the the bell peppers and onions were nicely cooked despite the rest of this dishes shortcomings. I have had better fried rice from the frozen food section of Trader Joe’s than was at the bottom of my bowl from this place. The pieces of egg had a weird«crispy» texture. …At least they got the Pepsi right.
