Of the two American Chinese joints in Hellertown proper, this is the better. They try hard, but the menu is totally unimaginative and yet perfectly in-line with nearly every other Americanized Chinese take-out in the valley. You’ll get your general tso’s (who is the notorious general, by the way?), your western broccoli, your spaghetti-like lo mein. In general, there’s a lack of vegetables and nary a fish in sight. But you get TONS of it. And the service is fast if impersonal.

Writing this purely on customer service.
I ordered from another Chinese restaurant and went to this one for pick up. (My bad). They gave me the only pick up order and I paid and left. When I got home, it was the wrong order and after some calling, I realized I went to the wrong restaurant.
I returned and they couldn’t give the food to the other person but even though I made the mistake and they had to throw all that food away, they were so kind and understanding and gave me a full refund.
Based on that alone, this is my new go-to Chinese restaurant. Also doesn’t hurt that the other place I ordered from was pretty horrible.

Very consistent place! Order is always right and they’re always friendly. The food is good, especially the Walnut chicken! One of my favorites. You should definitely give this place a try if you’re local!

The service is typical take out chinese, abrupt and asking you three times what you are ordering. But, they never have made a mistake and everything from the chicken and broccoli to the low mein has been perfect. Egg rolls seem supplied and not fresh made, but tasty.
I have eaten in once, kinda cafeteria feel about it.
