Starbucks

Before the lady grabbed my panini she was rubbing her head and put her hair in a bun. And without washing her hands she grabbed my sandwich. Will not be returning…

It is hit or miss as to whether my drink is made correctly. It sucks that this is the most convenient location for my drive to work and they can’t always get my drink right. Teach people how to make the drinks correctly if you’re going to let them be on their own!!! My order is NOT hard!!! Sooooo upset!!!

This is probably one of the faster-​moving Starbucks locations in town. There’s generally not much of a wait — you can usually pull up and there’s no more than 2 cars ahead of you (disclaimer: I usually visit this location after 5pm so I can’t speak to what it’s like in the morning). They did did get my drink size wrong once (–1 star) but other than that order accuracy is generally good too.

Starbucks — you can never go wrong with a iced white chocolate mocha on a beautiful morning :)

Great atmosphere. They know us by drink the minute I walk in with my kids. They take the time to know you as a person.

Starbucks in Helotes is always at a five-​star job. The staff always has a smile on their face (s) and kind words, great eye contact, great service. Today was simple I just had a Vente Pike coffee, great way to start today.

Nice atmosphere. This particular location has a very relaxed feel. The service inside is good. The drive through service is horrible however. I think that out of the last twenty times or so that I’ve been through the drive through, they gotten something wrong all of those times.
I know let’s a busy location but having something wrong every single time makes think that they’re disorganized.
I also don’t appreciate the fact that when I am obviously by myself and order multiple drinks that I have to ask for a drink carrier.

I don’t know why the drive thru at this location is so slow??? It takes forever for the line to move and get the drink. They’re so slow that the line in the parking lot gets backed up. Once you order your drink, it’s hit or miss whether you get good service at the window. Sometimes a cheerful smile and other times a «I’m tired and don’t want to be here» attitude.
Today was the worst experience I had to date at this location. The whole experience took 14 mins from the time I drove up to the car in front of me. There was only 3 cars ahead of me. The girl at the window moved as slow as a turtle. She told me my total, I paid her, and she just stood there waiting for the barista. Worst part… I ordered a grande green tea latte and it had about 50% of foam on top and half of the actual beverage. I literally almost finished the drink before I left the parking lot. I’ve gotten this drink 100 of times and never got ripped off like this before. I wanted to take the drink back, but didn’t have another 20 mins to spend!

Terrible service! Teenagers dont pay attention, they dont focus, playing around all the time and always getting coffee order wrong. (Sorry) not all of them They need name tags too

I’ve always liked Starbucks, but you know what? This one in particular had really bad service. They got our order all wrong and then wanted to charge us for the correct coffee. Won’t return to this one!

I’ve just always been so let down with Starbucks coffee. It’s very rare that I get a good cup of joe at any location. The coffee is always burnt here, very bitter, and oily tasting. The frappes are probably the only drink I’m satisfied with. The ambiance of the location is classic and indicative of the surrounds locations. The staff are friendly, funny, and hard working.
For my money, I’d rather go to Hinee Coffee or just use my amazing Nespresso machine.

This Starbucks has been a favorite of mine since they opened. Set in a beautiful location the building is very nice as well as the employees. The drive thru has always been fast and friendly as well. They make the John Wayne just the way I love it.

I love this Starbucks. I go to Starbucks quite often and recently found this location when starting at an office nearby. There is always a long drive thru line and I know why… they are literally the fastest drive thru I have ever been to! Don’t let the long line intimidate you, because 9 times out of 10, they will have you in and out of there ASAP with a smile on their faces. This place is MUCH better than the Starbucks on the other side of 1604 on Bandera road.

I love this Starbucks location. The baristas are always friendly. It must partly have to do with this location in being in Helotes, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. I’ve gotten free drinks here before if they make the wrong drink or something gets messed up. There are usually seats here to study. I enjoy meeting up with friends at this location since there were usually tables. This use to be my favorite study spot when I was studying for the MCAT. This Starbucks also has a drive thru, so it makes this location even better.
The drinks here are consistent and are well made! Highly recommended!

Love this place. My best friend and I have made this our coffee shop. We go there quite often on the weekends in the morning and just enjoy girl talk over wonderful coffee. They are all very nice and pretty quick.

First time to this location and I am very happy with the service! All of the baristas were very patient with me and pleasant (which really meant a lot to me since I had a very complicated order this afternoon). I also like how it feels very open and bright inside, not as crowded as the locations I usually frequent. Thank you and I look forward to coming to this location more regularly!

Cute baristas here. :) They’re very sweet and quick. Standard menu. It’s nice and quiet on Sunday mornings. Free wifi and plenty of outlets. This is just a nice quiet Starbucks to chill out at.

Not much to say here other than I think their coffee is hard to beat and that I like the fact that I can pay with my iPhone. Favorites of mine include the Mocha, Vanilla Lattes and their pumpkin scones. Not impressed with their cake lollipops, but that is just my opinion.
4 stars because 5 would admit that I am an addict. Just sayin’.
