I went to go study with a group of my friends on Wednesday night. I was very hungry so I decided that I wanted a bagel. I go up to the case and see 5 bagels in the case so I ask for one. The lady at the register looks at me and then walks to the case and says«I’m out of bagels». I point at the bagels that are clearly right in front of me and her. She looks at me again and says«yeah… I’m out» all I wanted was one bagel out of the 5 that were clearly in the case and she says they are out!!! I don’t understand why she could not give me a bagel. I will not be going back to this location, if for some reason she really couldn’t give me one she should have nicely explained to me why she couldn’t. She didn’t do that so I figure she was just telling me no for no reason at all. She was very rude. Monday night I went to another Starbucks and they only had one bagel left in the case and the nice lady gave it to me so why couldn’t the lady at this location do the same? Very poor customer service.

I love these new locations. They have a very nice digital board to confirm your orders on and the speaker/mic systems are super-clear. Service was fast and drink quality was great. What more could you ask for? PS: if you haven’t already, do yourself a favor and try the Holiday Spice Flat White.

So happy to have a Starbucks down the street from me. Was excited that I found the mug I wanted asking the employee to wash it seem like an issue for him. Not cool
