Called about fluff and fold service was told 1.75 a pound… Well that is only underwear. Pants are 7.00 ect. Very confusing and misleading.

All I can say is children that don’t listen. I had to go back 3 times to have them address a button I specifically told them to fix… I didn’t think I’d ever go back but out of laziness I did. Then my cloths we not ready when promised. I’m done baby sitting, time to find another cleaners.(P.S. if you live in the neighborhood, ElDorado cleaners is horrible as well!)

I haven’t dry cleaned much in the past few years so I was a bit tentative to start. I had three dealings with three different employees(1 phone, 1 drop off and 1 pick up) in the last few days. I am so pleased with the level of friendliness and customer service every time. My order was perfect so the quality of the service also exceeded my expectation. The only name I got was at pick up and Nicole did an excellent job quickly and efficiently. Will be a repeat customer!

My washer broke and I am leaving town soon, so I brought my laundry in for their fluff and fold service. They told me it would be ready Monday, but when I went in on Tuesday afternoon, it wasn’t there. I had to go back again Tuesday evening. When I opened the package, everything was wrinkled, like it had sat for hours. Not wrinkled from folding, but wrinkled through. I had to put everything in the dryer to fluff it. I just paid $ 40. What a waste of money.

If your item is damaged by Al Phillips, you will not be compensated anything, it will not be repaired properly, nor will anything else be done to rectify the damage to your property. The lady in corporate in charge of damages will not return phone calls. The company will not respond to emails. My designer purse was ruined by Al Phillips. They attempted to repair it twice themselves without my authorization, damaging it further each time. After two months of being unable to contact the company, I was told that they would no longer take responsibility for the damages. If you have anything of value, do not risk taking it here. If it is ruined, which mine was, you will simply get a refund and be stuck with your damaged item. I dont understand how they stay in business. Ridiculous. I am glad I have an attorney in the family. Stay far away.

Complete rip off. About 3 times more expensive than other dry cleaners. There are many other dry cleaning businesses in the area. I wouldn’t recommend Al Phillips unless you don’t mind getting ripped off. Plus there service really isn’t that good.

Never have had a problem using Al Phillips. The staff is friendly and they get the job done quickly. Not to mention that they are very affordable. I always use them for my dry cleaning needs.

Untrained & unprofessional staff. Full of mistakes, yet unapologetic & quick to blame other employees. I pull up & hand over my ticket. Pointing to the ticket & smirking he says, «I’m gonna need your last name & last 2 phone digits. Nobody wrote your info down so we don’t know which clothes are yours. There’s a chance they were never done!» Look, there’s no better way to make a guy(about to leave for a 2week business trip) more angry than by telling him that he doesn’t have any pants to travel with. Be professional & make an apology; don’t mock your customers. Then to top it off upon return, he follows up with, «Can you check if these are yours, cuz my co-worker didn’t do his job!» Grow up kid and represent your company. I don’t care WHO did it, you all work there so YOUALLDIDIT as far as your customers are concerned. Passing the buck just makes you look like a weasel. Simply put, this place needs to train their staff on being accountable. ***Adding to original review. Upon return, staff & management were very apologetic. I’m happy to see a company that pays attention to Unilocal reviews & hopefully learns from it. They were instructed by senior mgmt to reduce my bill by half to accommodate the troubles. I’m willing to return knowing there may be improvement.
