So sad that this place would be a great place to eat if they could get it together! I guess they need better managers, because when you go in first thing when they open there is dirt on the floor, trash is full, windows are dirty. They don’t have their tea ready, and over half the food choices are not ready. I think they need someone to manage them!

The Strip, Las Vegas, NV
Store is very clean and staff is friendly/​helpful. Manager even gave me some free entrees when there machine was acting slow. Beware of going too close to their closing as they will let items run out. Food is best during peak hours.

First time here and the purple hair drive thru person was rude. Not only no explanation of how to order what comes with what and just being nice. At 845 pm and no one in the place I guess they will be out business soon. Thank you for nothing and the food was as bad as the service.

The logo says «Gourmet Chinese.» Reality is, it’s fast food that sat on a steam table for two hours. At 2:00, it looked like no one had stirred or added water or freshened the food in a long while. I hope I never look as old, dry, and shriveled as that food. Two chicken dishes looked OK, but tasted mediocre.

Great Chinese fast food.
I took my nephews here for the first time because they begged for it. I enjoy authentic cuisine with real flavor and spice but this is not bad for drive-​thru Chinese food.
Personally I prefer to wait 10 – 15 and go to China wok for fresh great tasting dishes.

Friendly staff, clean, and great food. Ask for anything and it is made fresh for you in like 4 minutes. I really like the way this panda looks. Much different than others I’ve been to.

it was really really really bad… looks are very deceiving! Was so disappointed. The place is very cute and clean. Employees are very nice. But that was it.

I find all Panda Expresses are hit or miss, this one is no exception. Sometimes OK food, sometimes cold bad food.
