McDonald’s

We’ve been here several times for different reasons. Sometimes to just get a drink. Sometimes for a meal. Every time we get very good service and food quality seems to be standard.
No complaints here.

sooo disappointed. went through the drive thru and although the employees were nice, the food sucked. sucks because I love their fries and they were so cold and not fresh at all this time. the chicken sandwich i also got was also cold & not good at all. wont be getting that sandwich again. will keep coming back to give the fries another try bc i do love them.

Pick 2 is $ 2.00 everywhere except this gouge palace. What a joke. They sell pick 2 for $ 2.50…

McDonald’s Hercules is a joke! They NEVER and I mean NEVER get our order right. If we say NO cheese. There’s still cheese. if we say no pickles the whole burger is plain dry! I remember years back I ordered a McChicken and it had a meat patty in it. Yup meat patty with the lettuce and mayo. REALLY? Our sodas ALWAYS taste like water. And then they have the audacity to charge 25 cents if you want a sweet sour, BBQ or hot mustard sauce! At jack in the box you say buttermilk and they throw a handful in your bag. At no extra cost! They don’t even put ketchup unless you ask, then when you do they give you 1!!! Just 1!!! 1 will only cover 5 French fries! McDonald’s is a million dollar franchise you guys need to stop being so cheap! And train your employees to get orders right. Giving you 1 star because you got with the program and finally started serving breakfast all day.

There is a reason this McDonald’s has 1 star. It’s understandable that a fast food chain wouldn’t have amazing reviews, but this is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Their customer service is terrible, and the wait for the drive thru is ridiculous no matter how many people are in line. I’ve come in the drive thru plenty of times with one or two people ahead of me and waited at least 15 minutes to get my meal (whether it be all day breakfast or simple chicken nuggets).
Aside from that, my orders have usually also been on the colder side which I don’t understand considering it takes so long to get the food. I expect my food to be piping hot if I have to wait 15 minutes to receive it.
After today I’ve also learned to thoroughly check everything I receive from my order. In the drive thru, I asked for a «sausage Mcmuffin with egg». Plain and simple right? Wrong. The lady told me made to order food takes 3 – 5 minutes. I agreed and she said Mcmuffin egg what drink. I repeated myself again SAUSAGE Mcmuffin with egg and a sweet tea. I read my order on the screen and it was correct, paid, got my food, and came home to an egg Mcmuffin with a piece of HAM. No sausage. Ham. I didn’t even order ham nor is sausage remotely close to the word ham. Now normally I’d just brush it off, but since this isn’t my first bad experience with this McDonald’s, I’m quite upset. Also the fact that I repeated myself saying sausage and that I also saw the word sausage on the screen is irritating. If I ever return to this McDonald’s I will be opening up all items to make sure it is correct before leaving.

Went to the drive thru. The employees were nice. But the purpose of the drive thru is to save time. I waited an additional 6 minutes in the car with my gas running. I thought it only be a minute but it ended up being forever. The co-​worker apologized and said «Im sorry I forgot all about you».
Hmmm Thats nice to be forgotten.
He gave me an apple pie to redeem his mistake. At least he tried.

Horrible service. The guy at the drive thru not only couldn’t speak English clearly, he guessed our order and wouldn’t show it to us on the screen. They forgot food that was one the ticket and gave us a hassle about it when we said something. One star is too generous. They don’t even deserve that

boy did I pick a wonderful time to go, right after all the knucklehead kids got out of high school… guess this was their hangout?
in any case, I must be getting old, I don’t remember McDonald’s as a hangout after getting out of school… actually made me pretty sad, I sure hope the kids hanging out at this McDonalds aren’t the future of this country, because if they are, we might as well call it a day
really shouldn’t rate this place based on the clientele here (I guess you can call them that), but hard not to… loud, rude, grungy, etc.
just got coffee, so not much to review here, a bit unorganized behind the counter, but probably due to the number of small orders from the high school kids

Wow, got something to go at my lunch around 12, smelt a little funny but I was starving! Around 2:45 I get a feeling like I’m getting stabbed in my stomach. I have been throwing up this disgusting food for four hours now. I have heard about people getting sick here but now I have experienced it myself. I ate a double double and a mcchicken. CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN.

I tried to call them, but no answer. Today on the morning of Nov. 5, 2015 the Hercules Mcdonald’s oil is rancid in the deep fryers. My hash browns tasted so bad I threw them away. Please change your oil!!!
What other shortcuts is this place taking?

I’m giving this place a 1 star bc every time I visit to buy something they always focus on drive thru and forget about the customers in the lobby. When you say something the manager wants to mean mug. Yes, two wrongs don’t make it right but I have to voice my rights as a paying customer. Management is rude as hxxx. If you don’t like your job go back to school and retrain. Why speak in other languages in front of the customers just bc you (management) are frustrated with customers bc that’s just plainly rude. Customer service is everything. But bc this is the only McDonald’s in the area and on the go. I guess this is Wat u are paying the price for convenience

Food is never cooked completed fries tasted like it needs more time to cook they weren’t even a Lil brown they are serving people anything my strawberry banana smoothie was not made right it was nasty they don’t care about customer service

Worst. McDonald’s. Ever.

They seem to forget at least one or two items every time and when I come back to let them know, they don’t believe me.

I love this place. Hook it up with the free fries Mcdonalds ! Other than that i love the fact that the manager is nice to me and asks me how im doing really nice people overall feels like im at home

I didn’t get a name but the lady at drive through always gets my order wrong. It’s that same one every time. What makes it worse is that I recognized her and made sure that everything was correct but forgot to check for my son’a nerf toy. Latina with glasses and works in the morning. Receipt. 8:01am 07/​22/​2015.

Idk about other people but they are nice to me and McDonald’s are pretty much run the same way. I got nothing to complain about

The people are nice I got my breakfast like at 7:06.
The nice lady checked my bag and made sure I got my tea bag. Which I really appreciated.
But then I go to work open my bag and bite into my egg white delight and the Meat is missing… So I have cheese and egg… not like I can go back. So sad
What can you do. I was gonna call but at this point what can they do?
Anyways like the other review says check your bag and FOOD before leaving or eating…

It’s McDonald’s why write a review they are McDonald’s. Well as a self deemed McDonald’s expert each one has it’s own personality. This one in Hercules has a remodeled dining room and an efficient staff. The fries are extra salty here so keep that in mind. The shake machine was down which was sad but out of their control. A solid McDonald’s in my book.

This is my go-​to-​place for breakfast on the run. The sausage McMuffins are tasty enough that I could eat them every day. They only cost a dollar so it is a bargain. They also make an ideal road-​trip morning meal.
I have become a regular at this location. I think they might even know my voice when I place my order. It seldom changes. Or maybe I am the only customer who just orders 1 cookie as it seems that my order is on the screen before I finish talking.

«I would like 1 chocolate chip cookie and medium diet coke and that will be all.»
«Is your order correct on the screen?»
«Yes.»
“That will be a $ 1.52.”

When I drive to the window the people taking my money and the people handing me my order are always pleasant. Andrew one of the young men at the cash register is wonderful. He always smile and ask if he will see me the next day He often does, because when the cookies are still warm they are wonderful. And it is hard to beat the price of the sodas.
They get 4 stars because it is a place where everyone knows your order
