This Burger King is off the I-​80 Willow Avenue exit in Hercules. Or is it Rodeo? Exit says Rodeo so must be on the border of each town.
This is a standalone Burger King located in a small strip mall. Has a children’s playroom. Has the cool Coca-​Cola soda machine. Vanilla ginger ale please! Okay condition inside. Typical Burger King fast food. 3 stars.

Went through the drive thru today and Kimberley was so sweet and I was so surprised by the service best customer service experience I’ve ever received. Thank you Kimberley you should be running the place.

This place has really bad food. The only thing I like its their lemonade and indoor playpen, the employees are nice and friendly but food really is bad. Bought some chicken nuggets and they where so greasy and dark like they where fried in old oil. I would recommend they chafe the oil more often cause that will drive costumers away.

Just ordered some food I wanted my sandwich with cheese and made fresh. Got home no cheese on the sandwich looked like it was sitting there for 2 hours. I didn’t want to be rude and put this comment/​waste my time but I really had to cuz I called this place 10 times not that I wanted free shit but just to kindly remind them how to do their job or at least give ppl whatever they paid for!!! Terrible management!!!

This review is for the customer service. This BK is near my house and where I work so I do come here often. The ladies that work here are always super friendly and not a fake friendly neither.
They always over fill the fries and onion ring sides, and who wouldn’t appreciate that? Oh and they never mess up on my orders. Not once. And we all know that’s definitely a big deal at a fast food restaurant.

I am not really one to write reviews for fast food places but I figured I would do so because each time I have been here the staff have been super nice and patient and the food was decent. I also like this location because it is open late next to other fast food places around the area. It is right next to the Starbucks and other places to eat which makes it convenient if you want more options to eat at. At times it can get busy but more often than it is a great place to grab a quick bite to eat. I’ll say openly that I am not normally a fan of Burger King (especially their fries) but their chicken fries and some burgers of theirs are not half bad! Near the entrance and exit to freeways which makes for a not so healthy meal Quick on the go!

Burger King had people standing around. (waiting for their orders. didn’t know that, asked each of them did they order yet? yes, they all did). seems only chick-​a-​fill has a waiting area…
menu definitely pricey. couldn’t find coffee.
eats: «frosty» in a cone (.75)

not as vanilla flavorful as fosters but a kid wouldn’t know.

this burger king is so hit and miss very inconsistent usually when the manager is there service and the food is excellent when she is on break or not there everything suffers also some of their cashiers need to go to an etiquette school or something they are very rude

I’m giving this Burger King four stars in comparison to other BKs/​fast food restaurants.
This location has fast and friendly service. However, when the cashier asked me if I wanted any sauce with my order, I asked for ranch. He said, «Ketchup? Okay!» and proceeded to dump what seemed like 20 packets of ketchup into my bag. He appeared to be in a rush, so I didn’t even bother correcting him. Although it wasn’t a huge problem, it does irk me when fast food joints get my order incorrect or give me the wrong sauce (or don’t even give me sauce when I ask).
I love that this BK has different flavored soda as well (vanilla root beer, cherry Sprite and Coke, etc.)! Maybe other BKs do too, but this one advertises it really well.
Their food is always good here. I find that their food is a tad bit hotter and better than other BKs around the area. I would actually make take the extra time to drive just to come to this one sometimes. :3

The most generous burger king staff in America works at this burger king. Everytime I come I order a small meal and end up getting fries that overflow out of the container. they’ve been doing this for the last two years. Its about time I give them there credit for it. Oh and they also got that 100 flavor coke machine now.

This store has really crappy service. At the drive thru the cashier said «no order, no espeakeh engle». Why have have that person work the drive thru? When I asked for extra ranch for the ton of chicken tenders I ordered they said they’re a dollar each RIP OFF

DO NOT GET THEIR BK STACKER BURGER!!! it is small burger which I think it’s smaller than their Jr. Whopper!.. VERY deceiving picture on the menu, thinking you will get a regular size burger. I was SHOCKED when I got my burger in such a small size burger!.. NEVER again getting that stacker!

Chicken Tenders were fresh and service was quick, hell I think they even gave me MORE Tenders than I ordered.
I guess that’s a good thing, unless of course you came after me and got LESS than you ordered. Either way food was fresh and service was timely!
Convenient location right off the freeway makes for great off and on snacking.
P. S. BK’s fries are horrendous, I seriously dissuade anyone from consuming them.
