I really enjoy coming here to get my nails done. I recently moved here from Cali and tried several different places and think this is by far my favorite. The staff are very nice and they offer free wine, water, or soda. Now who else does that! I love my nails every time!

The staff is always very friendly and do a very thorough job. Prices are reasonable and they get you in and out quickly. If I ever need a touch up, they do it without any questions. Bella is my favorite salon for pedicures.

On a lazy afternoon whim to get a mani/pedi I decided to give Bella a shot. I’m no expert on nail salons as I only go a few times a year on a treat-yo-self basis. When I get my nails done its 50% about the nails and 50% about relaxing a bit. It’s not a glamorous place. Some nail salons are lined with tvs and paint on the ceiling that kind of passes for clouds. This place is a slight step down from that fanciness but it doesn’t feel dirty by any means. Overall it feels like a lot of things are just in need of updating. The massage chair was a little weird. It was one of the less relaxing pedicure chairs I’ve experienced. The towel she brought out to lay on my legs had definitely seen better days. I can see past all of this but the part that really got to me was when she brought out the tools for my manicure. Personally, I am always the most comfortable when the tools are opened fresh from a sterilized pouch in front of me. This does not appear to be the protocol here. The service started out very friendly. She was very liberal with the scrub/massage. Which is the best part of a pedicure, unless you’re clinically insane. She offered me a drink and was very polite. Unfortunately, when the time came for my manicure, she worked very hard to talk me out of getting color. I felt very pressured into just getting a clear coat because«the color won’t last very long without the gel». Let’s be honest, we all know that. I still wanted the color because I was treating myself that afternoon. After stating several times that I didn’t care I still wanted the color, the pressure to just do a clear coat(at the same price) continued so I finally gave up. It felt like I was being rushed out so they could close up shop. I certainly understand wanting to get home after a long day, but she was very slow throughout the pedicure process(40 minutes) so it seems unfair to skimp on the manicure. If it were cheap, I would say to go for it but the cost is average while the level of quality is not.

This is my favorite nail spa in the Donelson/Hermitage area. I’d go on my lunch break when I worked in Donelson and they always got me in and out in an hour. Lots of gel polish colors and designs to choose from and they do a great job at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

This place is ok. My pedicure paint job could have been better, but she definitely did a number on my feet. She was awesome with that. My feet stayed soft for about a month. The foot massage was awesome. I had the spa pedi and it was great.

Great full service nail salon! Amy did my nails while I got a pedicure. That’s what you call service!!! She gave me a small bottle of cuticle oil to take home since mine was dry. She is a perfectionist as she has been doing nails for 15 years. This might just be my permanent nail salon!!!

I have been looking for a new nail salon in the Hermitage area due to past mediocre experiences. The staff is friendly enough, and the prices are reasonable. But, my finger nail polish started chipping and flaking off within 12 hours. And I didn’t do any housework or gardening, or even the dishes. I had chosen a pale color in case this happened, but it is a little ridiculous. The manicurist tried to tell me that if I didn’t use the shellac color(which is $ 20 more) that my fingernails weren’t going to look nice anyway. I guess she was right, but that shouldn’t be the case. I’ve been getting manicures for years and the color should never chip that fast.

I waited five days to write this review because I wanted to make sure that my nail polish lasted longer than 36 hours. I happened on this place by chance. I went to get an eye exam over at a place on this part of town, and as I was driving away, I saw this place. Being that I have been doing a lot of gardening in flip flops, my feet look like I worked in the fields. I HAD to get them scrubbed and prettied up for Spring sandals. I walked into this place and I was told to sit in one of the massage chairs against the wall. I sat down and a young man came and put the massage chair on, and filled the tub with warm water and my pedicure began, immediately. He scrubbed, massaged, cleaned, removed cuticles. He was thorough, gentle and did a wonderful job of polishing my toe nails and massaging my legs and putting hot towels on my legs. I was offered wine, and was told they had a gal there that did facials as well. I was very happy with my pedicure, but wished the gal with the loud IPAD could have put some ear buds on so I didn’t have to listen to the crap she was watching… When I get a pedicure, I like to close my eyes and not listen to TV, videos or someone else’s phone calls. I just want to relax, chill, and float away for 30+ minutes. In fact, I think most of us feel that way… Make sure you get the dude that does the awesome pedicures. The gal that has to watch TV is a lost cause. Get a facial too, I think that would be a wonderful period of total relaxation. Basic pedicure with massage was $ 20. — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — After 3 weeks, my pedicure has no nicks… Best pedicure, longest lasting pedicure I have ever gotten! Wow!
