Terrible food. Asked for the tikki-chat, what I got was like something from a stale frozen food section that had been poorly heated in a microwave. Never going there again.

Terrible dosai and no attention to quality. Probably better at desserts. Do yourself and your digestive system and mouth a favor… don’t eat here.

5 of us came here today, we waited for 1 hour but they never served the food… Also we were the only people in the whole dining area, not sure even if it is fresh. May be its a bad idea to come here for lunch. Better place for evening snacks and tea. One more thing to add, I wish there was negative stars to give… I can bet you, the 2 folks were working at front are the chef’s as well, when we order garlic naan, he went inside and came and said no they don’t have garlic naan, I believe he was checking for garlic in his kitchen. Also the food was so bad, tastes awful and my lunch took 2 hours finally which was thrown into trash. Not sure how the owner is running this business like this. Suggest everyone who read this to avoid this place, it’s a worst place. In the 2 hours time we are there, not even a single customer showed up.

Bad food. Extremely bad customer service. Waited for over 40 mins for just a plate of biryani when there was no other customer in the restaurant. Never visit again!

Puff pastries are shitty and stale. Ambiance looks dingy and dark– more like a zombie warehouse. Girl at the register taking the orders looked like she hated her life and everyone around her. Should I even bother giving this place another chance?

Worst food ever, took some take out food. The idlis which I got home had to be thrown n the trash(tried calling the restaurant many times to report the issue, no manager was available to talk). Requested for a mutton puff which I had to trash as well, because the meat was cold inside. Wish I could report such issues to someone beyond the restaurant management. NOONESHOULDORDERFOODFROMHERE!

I ordered a chicken biriyani to go for lunch. It is the worst biriyani I’ve ever tasted! I wish I could give negative starts. First of all, the rice is not fully cooked. No flavor a whatsoever in the biriyani. Masala was burnt.

I would give negative stars if i can. Worst quality food and service. We got paneer tikka panini and it had dried miniature paneer cubes that are hard to chew and the panini was very cold. It was like someone served the dish out of a trash can. Veggie puff had frozen vegetable filling and no potatoes. Seriously, any below average cook would make things better than this. Save your money and do not go here. Cake was so hard and white chocolate cake had no white chocolate chips.

Its One of the worst place to try Indian food . The service is pathetic and also not sure about the freshness of the food they serve. I would not recommend anybody infact I would give a zero rating.

Went here on two occasions — food was bad and customer service was even worse. First time around, I ordered dosa — sambar was very watery and had no taste. There was also a lady from our adjacent table who was yelling at the cashier that the sambar was very bad and tasted like hot salty water. The cashier was just looking at her not knowing what to do. There was no apology or refund. The second time around — I ordered a chicken puff/pastry– this was heated in a grill oven the first time. When requested to cut the puff in half, I was rudely told that ‘I cant cut it’, no reason given. When I bit into it, the stuffing was cold. So I went back to ask if it could be re-heated. The person taking the order rudely asked me to throw it away and showed me the trash can. On his way back to the kitchen he grabbed another puff(I was still standing there guessing he might be giving me a replacement). When i was called back, I was given a new ‘soggy’ puff, which looked like it was heated in a microwave — this time the outside of the puff was cold and soggy and the stuffing was piping hot. Never been treated like this in the US. After this incident, I have never returned to this place.

If you are absolutely desperate for Indian food and have no other option, this is the place for you. Customer service is optional, and expecting any kind of warm or cordial service is a pipe dream. The food is average at best, which is extremely rare in any case. For some reason, I went to this place three times on three different occasions. On one of those occasions, my presence was welcomed, which made me feel special! Some alternates to consider: Charcoal Kabob(next door, literally), Angeethi(a short drive away) and Paradise(also a short drive away)

Picked up some Chicken Tikka Masala to take home — the food rated maybe a 2.5−3 stars, decent but a little underseasoned and oily. I have to agree with others about the service, though, it’s almost intentionally bad. I went in at an odd hour, around 4, so I was the only person there. I planned to place the order and run some errands and come back and get it before picking up my little one. When I walked up the cashier, she asked what I wanted, and as I started talking, another woman walked up and interrupted me and proceeded to have a 5-minute conversation with the cashier while I stood there staring at them. Both of them seemed inconvenienced by the fact that I was there. I should have left at that point. After I placed my order, I ran errands for about 20 – 25 minutes in the shopping center and came back, and the food wasn’t ready. There was still no one there… The cashier went back to check on it, said it would be a few more minutes. 5 minutes later, I said I could only wait 5 more minutes and then needed to leave. They finally produced the food 5 minutes later, so overall it was about 40 minutes that I ended up waiting to be served one entrée when I was their only customer. It wasn’t cheap, either. I won’t be inconveniencing them with my business again.

Mis-spelled my son’s name on 1 full sheet cake. A full sheet cake — name given on internet, confirmed on phone(twice). The store manager did apologize and promised to compensate on my next visit, but the damage is done and I do not intend to repeat for any compensation!

I go there because the service is comically bad. It is not that they are incompetent. They actually make a point to try to provide rude service. The cashier/waitress will stop talking on the phone long enough to take my order and money — then she is back on the phone with her back to me. When she brings the food to the order counter, she looks at me just long enough to see that I accept the food but once again, she turns her back and is onthe phone again. The look of distress when I order is comical. How could I have the nerve to order food and distrub her phone call! The only reason to come to this restaurant is if you enjoy poor service. Please note that I just recieved a very positive contact from the owner — let’s hold ownership to their word and give this restaurant another try!

Bad service, bad food! The lady who took the order is out of sorts! I asked for hot sauce and she gave red pickle! Wanted to order rava dosa and it wasn’t available . Chicken 65 smelled and tasted rotten because the chicken got spoilt. The chef came out but wasn’t apologetic. I left the whole dish uneaten. Palak paneer was just a bowl of cream.

***Desserts Only*** Ever since my Pakistani friend introduced me to gulab jamun, I’ve been suffering from continuous cravings for the sweet syrup drenched, fried balls of awesome. The last time I visited her home she had promised to make them fresh for me, BUT that didn’t happen for some reason. After much despair and fussing, my doting friend took me to Hot Breads to satisfy my craving… and shut me up. I will admit that the gulab jamun served at Hot Breads is very good; the best I’ve had. The only other place I’d eating the dessert at, it was much sweeter, and I do prefer the milder version personally. Based on taste alone 5 stars would be an appropriate rating, but having to pay almost $ 4.50 for only 3 gulab juman is just too much, hence the drop in rating. If you don’t mind the premium price, don’t pass it up. If you want to get a little more for your money, go elsewhere. My friend also purchased three slices of mango cake for me to take home to my family for Christmas(so nice!!). The cake was deliciously moist, gently sweet, and boldly mango. The only thing that could have made it better would have been a few streaks of raspberry coulis on top, just to give an occasional contrast in flavor. Alone it was great, but I could see it getting boring after more than just a small slice. Bottom line, the prices a Hot Breads at a little steep, but if you’re cravings for gulab jamun ever get as bad as mine, just get out the credit card and get over it. ;)

I have been here twice. First time : I ordered a mutton biryani, pepper chicken and masala dosa. Masala dosa was very bland. It was a complete waste. Pepper chicken was actually very had the right flavours and tasted good with rice and roti. My mutton biryani came so late that I just ate mutton and could not enjoy it at all. Second time: We ordered vada pav .It was awesome. kind of reminded me of India. We also ordered Tiramishu. which was not at all edible. My take: 1) Lack of people to manage. 2) 3* only for VADAPAV. 3) Not very costly
