Really great pizza from here. I used to be a Manhattan fan, but these guys blow them away. Delivery was prompt. Wings are pretty good too. They are now my go-​to place for local pizza.

Got delivery to my hotel-​fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and mushrooms. Clearly the cook has no idea how to make Alfredo. It is like creamy water, and doesn’t taste good-​no spices, herbs, or flavor. They brought no utensils, napkins, or salt/​pepper. Very disappointed.

Look, Paisano’s is perfectly acceptable pizza. Their prices are good, their selection is good, and their delivery is efficient.
However, I’m not sure why they think it’s a good idea to put canned mushroom in anything. It makes me question the quality and freshness of the rest of their ingredients.

I’m shocked this place has such good reviews. Waited an hour or so for the food to get delivered is not totally unreasonable during a busy lunch rush, however when the food arrived it was disgusting. The food was cold. The bread was soggy. The lettuce was more brown than green. The philly chicken was clumped together in cold, dry chunks and the cheese created a waxy film across the top that you needed a knife to get through. I was hoping I could at least eat the french fries, but the meager helping they tossed over the food was was cold and tortured. We will not be ordering from them again. I have pictures of the nastiness that was my «lunch.»
Updated to three stars because the manager contacted us the next morning and apologized and offered to make things right. Things can happen, but this was really good customer service and we appreciated it.

Nick C.‘s review nailed it. I stopped by almost two weeks before a work event. The manager Kelly O’Connell and everyone else behind the counter patiently and courteously recommended how best to feed a party of 20 and gave me a discount. Lunch the following Friday was delivered exactly on time, hot, and everyone *LOVED* the food! There was nothing left. Paisano’s is a little hard to find (it’s not directly on Elden St, but slightly behind in a strip mall next to Amphora Diner) but it is WORTH finding for your next catered lunch!

The delivery was very fast and the knots were good but the Pizza was absolutely horrible. I could not even eat it … It wasn’t worth the Calories. Coming from Chicago I know good pizza. The closest thing I could compare it to is the way dominos pizza used to taste like before there pizza was revamped.

Friendly staff but the food was inedible. We ordered pepperoni strombolis and cheese pizzas. The cheese was so incredibly artificial and thick. The pepperoni was the greasiest I’ve ever seen. I felt like there was motor oil on my hands and had to wash my hands several times. The marinara sauce that came on the side was disgusting. Plain tomato paste would have been better. All four of us had to throw our food away.

Primary pizza source, ordering on phone and online. Never longer than 40 minutes, even on a Friday night at dinner time. Fresh ingredients, and generous toppings, my preference is the thin crust style. Steak or chicken philly subs both are good as is the gyro. Fries with sandwich platters, have been disappointing, I’ve gotten soggy hàlf cooked fries more than once.

Love ordering from here! It’s always ready on time, hot and fresh. We have never had any problems and everyone is always very friendly.
Tonight we ordered the «hot shot» added bacon and mushrooms. Also ordered a Philly with extra cheese. It was awesome.

Our favorite pizza place in town closed down… so we tried Paisanos and we were pleasantly surprised. The white pizza with thin crust was great. Baked spaghetti with meat sauce and meatballs was oily, but flavorful and hit the spot.
We’ll be ordering from here again.

Normally our favorite, but yesterdays order was incredibly disappointing. First it took quite awhile longer than it normally does to come, second we ordered half with roasted garlic because i wanted a bit of flavor… I don’t know who thinks entire cloves of garlic is edible but that was a mistake I’ll never make again. Literally huge chunks of garlic ruined my pizza. I thought maybe they’d roast them then chop them up and if it was still too much I’d just pick some off, but I had to pick ALL OF IT off.
The mozzarella sticks are usually highly recommended so we tried it and they were pretty gross. The sauce was also very weak and watery.
Last time I ordered a steak & cheese from here it was not good at all. Whenever I get it from the Reston location it’s the best in the area.

With the bad there is always good. After my first post about the margarita pizza the management got back to me and made sure that I would be a returning customer. I just took advantage of the offer they gave me. I must say that it was rather delicious and a definite improvement! I ordered the garlic spinach pizza and it was very delicious! I will definitely be coming back for that one!

Paisano’s Pizza (all of the locations) are just fantastic. The prices are good and the quality of their food is always consistent and delicious. I have tried several of their pizzas, salads, and even sandwiches back when I used to eat meat. Everything is superb but the star is their pizza with the best cheese and a chewy, flavorful crust.
The people who work in-​house are always very courteous on the phone and their delivery time quote is spot-​on. The only small issue I have is that the pizza tastes so much better fresh than when it was once delivered. I have had a soggy pizza once but way, way more often than not, it’s fantastic.
Check them out for a great pizza!

How did they make me a Baked Spaghetti so cold that the cheese wasn’t even melted?
Yuck. Not what I’m used to.
I of course simply had a personal bad experience at my only visit to this location. It just didn’t meet my expectations that I have come to know from the chain. The staff was unruly and not supervised. The food was not cooked properly on my order. I ordered Baked Spaghetti and the cheese was not even melted, so can only figure that it was not prepared well in the oven. Whole dish was not hot and cheese not melted after being baked. Simple.
I hope others have better experiences at this location, and know that the manager sincerely tries to make it a great location serving delicious food. The menu, the recipes, the food supplies and the equipment all are some of the best out there.

I will never eat at Pizza hut or Domino’s again as long as Paisanos is around, the pizza is very good but the apps and entrées are just as good, lunch or dinner this is a good pick, the manager (maybe owner I’ve never asked) here is very nice and he always makes a point to say hello, I come here like once every 2 weeks and he always remembers my name, this alone will keep me coming back
They have lunch specials with subs/​fries and drink daily
Best bet for great pizza and subs for a good price

The food is great, I’ve ordered from here more than once.
It is a small location with only 2 tables with seating for 5 at each, so you should consider getting it to go. They do deliver, which is also great for when staying at the hotels in the area.
