They just remodeled ! Great seating, great staff, reliable food. They have a table along the window which I particularly like ~~

This is a review of the mobile ordering service for this specific location on 20 April and 18 April. The coffee was not ready for pickup. I had to get in line and ask the server both times for the coffee on the dates mentioned — which defeats the whole point of the mobile ordering service. There was not a crowd as far as I could determine. I don’t normally Unilocal successful retail experiences, and rarely tip retail, but for the record, my previous seven mobile ordering experiences at this location were fine. The coffee itself is always prepared correctly.

Popped in again this morning to pick up a gift card and to try the new/limited time Smoked Butterscotch Latte. The weekend morning line was long, as usual, but moved quickly enough. Staff was friendly as always. The new latte was unremarkable. Tasted just like a white chocolate mocha.

Pretty consistent. Friendly staff. Lots of parking. Free wifi. Lines get long on the weekend mornings.

I frequent this Starbucks location every weekday on my way to the office and at least once over the weekends. It’s pretty spacious inside and kept relatively orderly and clean. I usually partake in just coffee and not food, but I have had their tasty breakfast sandwiches on occasion. The staff is friendly and courteous, but service tends to be inconsistent at times. There is usually a long line at 830AM in the mornings and it just doesn’t seem to move along efficiently. That said, there is free WiFI and plenty of seating, so it’s also not a bad spot to surf the web and get your caffeine on.

My favorite local Starbucks. Much better than Fox Mill. Ha love had issues with other locations letting the shot sit too long but never here. The best.

Locate inside the Franklin Farms shopping center, this Starbucks is can be found at the far end, away from Fairfax County Parkway. No drive-thru window, but that’s no problem unless you’re really lazy and you just don’t want to get out of your car. I really want to give this place a higher rating because the staff is so friendly and the space is bigger than most Starbucks locations near my house, but I can’t because of one main thing: Flies. Everywhere. What really annoys me about this place is the fact that they have several flies flying around inside the store. I once stopped in to get some work done and noticed several flies flying towards the back of the store and thought«oh, it must of been one of those days the back door was propped open or something.» Unfortunately it wasn’t just a one time thing. I came back a couple of times to do some work and there were still several flies flying around(I wonder if they were the same flies). One could argue that it’s not such a big deal if you’re just grabbing coffee to-go, but personally I think it’s pretty disgusting when a store that serves food and drinks have flies flying around. Because this is the biggest Starbucks location near my house, I would like to be able to sit around here and get work done. The flies here are just really annoying and makes me wonder how dirty this place must be if there are flies constantly flying around. I thoroughly enjoy bringing my laptop and getting work done inside coffeeshops. This Starbucks isn’t going to be one of them if they don’t fix this infestation problem soon.

Super friendly and accommodating staff! This is a regular spot that my Girl Scout troop likes to meet informally over the summer. The drinks are well made, there’s lots of comfortable seating and table options. We always feel welcome at this store location.

Prompt service, good made coffee, friendly employees and plenty of tables to seat, that’s. A big plus…

Good amount of comfortable seating, friendly staff, great baristas, and clean facilities. My drink came out delicious. The staff doesn’t seem to skip a beat. This place is a keeper

Best starbucks in town. They are so friendly, they make your drink better than expected and they don’t charge for extra drizzle like some starbucks do. The only thing missing is a drive-thru, other than that amazing.

We hit them on a busy day and they lost our food order, but they promptly replaced it with a substitute. The coffee was good and the atmosphere nice. No complaints and a good standard Starbucks. The baristas knew their stuff too!

Great baristas with consistent quality drinks and friendly service. It is your neighborhood goto and am glad I work near it. It is a chain but they stand in the top that I have frequented.

The coffee here is bitter. It doesn’t taste like other starbucks. Most noticeable in cold coffee drinks.

Starbucks never fails. Somehow there’s always plenty of coffee with folks wearing green aprons, black slacks and a friendly smile. In reference to the previous reviewer, this Starbucks is small! Perhaps it downsized as I only noticed one small couch and six small round tables. However, I did notice a few flies in the store. For a second I was about to catch them using two straws as chopsticks. Despite the flies I’d come back for a cup of java.

This is a large Starbucks with a lot of table and comfy chair seating. It’s larger than you’d expect for one that is in the middle of a strip shopping center and not in a standalone building. It’s quite busy on a Saturday morning with young families and kids running around. At this time of the day it’s not a quiet place to chill or work but the activity is great if you like people watching. The staff is friendly and working hard. If you want to sit you can’t be shy about cleaning off your own table. The menu is typical Starbucks(hint: get a double short or double tall if you want a reasonable espresso to milk ratio).

This neighborhood used to have a bakery where this Starbucks now stands. And there used to be a family-owned coffee shop tucked into the opposite corner of the strip mall. Neither are now there, crushed under the coffee chain with the most bizarre and indecipherable logo around. This is a real shame, to be sure, but evolution’s a bugger, no matter which way you slice it. As it is, our society has decided that Starbucks is the cream of the coffee shop species, and so we have quite a large example of it in the middle of Franklin Farm strip mall. And you can see why. Free wifi. Reasonable coffee. Good pastries, healthy lunches, a nice warm gathering place for some and a haven for others trying to escape their friends, families, or both. This Starbucks has lots of well-sized tables and tons of chairs, perfect for gathering with friends. There are a few outside, too, though I’ve never seen the appeal of drinking coffee while watching people escape from the Giant down the street. It’s also a good spot for remote working, if for some reason your house is too loud, too cold, too familiar, or some combination of all three. The baristas here produce generally consistent beverages. Sometimes they’re a little light on the espresso, but generally all is as you’d expect of a suburban Sbux. But it doesn’t stop me pining for extinct examples of the species, regardless of how poor or great their coffee may have been.

One of my fave Sbux– — Quieter than the busy ones closer to Herndon and space enough to actually WORK. Nestled in a strip center in upscale neighborhood.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks — in addition being able to get some good caffeine — the staff are friendly and polite. And what I like best is how the interior of the place feels. As other reviewers have noted — the place is fairly large compared to other Starbucks. There is a ton of seating! A great place to sit down and chat, pull out the computer and get some work done, or read a book and enjoy y our fave beverage! Nice ambiance!

This starbucks is in The Franklin Farm center(next to the newly rebuilt Giant — which has starbucks inside as well — go figure that one!). I have seen it get busy right around 9AM on weekdays for about 30 mins and then again at noon from 12 to 1 pm. Rest of the time it is fairly quiet.
