This GameStop is the closest one near our house and it’s the best one by far. Everybody that works there is super friendly especially Alli who I buy from the majority of the time I come there. I’ve been to a lot of GameStop’s throughout the years but this particular GameStop has the best customer service by far. Highly recommended

This is the best Gamestop Ive ever been to. Im a big gamer and they definitely know their stuff. The difference here is that the guys here, especially Ali genuinely like helping people. Other GS’s Ive been to have been filled with ppl who seemed more annoyed then anything.
The only downside has nothing to do with them, but Gamestop as a store. GS doesnt have many sales compared to say a BestBuy where you often see a lot of games on sale for cheaper from week to week. The amount you get for trade ins isnt much either. But you go here for the expertise and staff. 3Stars. and 1 extra because the staff here is top notch

Hands down this is my absolute favorite Game Stop to shop at. I shop here so much that I’m always greeted by name, and with an enthusiastic smile. When I’m here, I’m here to shop. I drop hundreds of dollars a month at Game Stop, and the employees here know it. While you may think that this merits me some form of special treatment, when I stand back and watch, I see the same great service being awarded to each and every customer.
The employees at this location care about their jobs, and they care about you as a customer. Their love and/​or passion for gaming is apparent as each one is easy and eager to engage in conversation about any type of video game out there. Better yet, they’re knowledgeable about it. So if you’re a parent or grandparent looking for that special game for Jr., rest assured the staff here can help you find the right one with recommendations not only about the types of games, but the rating systems attached to each title.
I’ve never had a poor experience here, and I highly doubt (unless the staff changes) that I ever will. I recommend this store to anyone looking for the perfect video game transaction experience.

Just went in to buy games for my kids. Service was fantastic. Lots of good advice on what to buy, though the downside is I might have to fight my kids to watch tv again.
Staff was very helpful and very knowledgable. Seems like they have played every game in existence, even going back to the really old games I grew up on.

Not a big selection for pc games, but none really are these days. Still a disappointment, since their stock consists of games that no one over the age of ten would play. I asked if they had a copy of Dragon Age the Ultimate Edition. Closest thing was a game for the movie Monsters Inc. Ever noticed the huge amount of the new WoW copies in stores? Not a single one here. I didn’t need it, but the stocking is ridiculous. I requested two other games I had saved up for, neither of which were in stock.
Service was polite about it though. But it was also meager. I waited in line for fifteen minutes just to be told they were out of stock of what I came for. Dunno, seen better Gamestops.
