I had a great experience at Verizon today! The owner Sean was so helpful and patient with the problem I was having. He went out of his way to help me figure out account details, made sure I was happy with my decision and spent time with me. It was amazing customer service and I so appreciate it when a retail shop cares so much about the customer. I highly recommend Verizon in Franklin Farm.

Best Verizon Wireless in the Reston area. Ask for Austin. He really knows the phones and goes out of his way to help you with any questions. He is considerate of the customer and appreciative of your business unlike most stores today that treat you like they are doing you a favor by letting you shop there.

Eric and Ahmad worked great together as a team to help out my family and I. Explained everything thoroughly and spent the time to show my parents various different apps they could use on their free time. Thanks again guys. Nobody should hesitate yo go here, just ask for Eric or Ahmad and they will definatley accomodate your needs.

We first had gone to the Reston towncenter Verizon, only to wait in line for 15 min, and then they did not have the 4S anymore… so we went to the Franklin Farm Verizon, no lines, very friendly and helpful and were very pleased. We will come back here!

I chose this Verizon reseller after reviewing the other regional sellers on Google and Unilocal.The actual Verizon-owned stores got abysmal reviews. This was on the way home, had decent Google reviews, so I gave it a try. Jamal helped me order my phone on a Wednesday evening. He also matched the Verizon-owned store’s price. I was told the phone would take 2 days to arrive. I got a call the very next day telling me the phone was in. On Friday I went in to pick up the phone and port my service and Moe worked with me. He was quite knowledgeable and competent. We talked about the phone and the features while he setup my service. The phone up, number ported, and accepting calls in an hour and I was on my way. Everyone was nice and polite and were enjoyable to deal with. I’d buy another phone from them in the future.

Worse by the minute. Ikram the owner has yet to call me and Steve says sorry we can’t do anything, even though we know the system doesn’t work. We can call technical support but we can’t guarantee you anything. Worst service I have ever recieved. We are paying for 2 different home lines and they can’t fix anything. Here is my boycott notice to the community at large. Boycotting Verizon Wireless Zone: Hi Friends, I bought the new Iphone and in the process asked to get signed up for the triple play(tv, internet and phone for our home) the owner Ikram convinced us that their wireless home product would be better. However, after the first 2 weeks the owner knew that it was not working correctly. No caller id, the phone would click in and out etc. They said they would fix it and have yet to. Now I am paying for 2 phone lines for the triple play and this awful wireless service which doesn’t work. After arguing with them for the past 4 months their policy is that they cannot do anything. Please boycott Ikram and Steve at the Verizon Wireless Zone.
