Not a hookah guy, which is why I gave only four stars as opposed to five. So here’s my rather limited review:
The shakes. Oh My God, the shakes. I had the oreo shake and it tasted like heaven on earth. The perfect proportion of whipped cream to blended oreos and ice cream, with two whole oreos on top! The thing was practically a meal, and if I could visit again (it’s a bit out of my way personally), I totally would just for the shakes.
I can’t rank the hookah because smoking isn’t my thing, so 5 stars for the shakes.
Minus 1 star because the place seriously needs some ventilation. I understand most smokers don’t care, but most of the decent hookah spots at least ventilate and filter the air to make the environment tolerable for non-​smokers, but I understand that this might not be the target audience for Vapor Café and I won’t hold it against them for more than that one point.

My friends had gotten a table as I arrived I went in and wasn’t greeted by the employees in the front which wasn’t a big deal, but as I went to go take my seat I took a chair from an empty table since our table was a chair short and when I was about to sit down one of the employees yanked it from underneath me and if I wasn’t paying attention I would have fell. After that happened I was very upset they brought me a small plastic chair and for the sake of my friends I just sat down without causing any type of conflict. After sitting down for not even 2 minutes one of the employees in the front threatens to kick me out assuming that I wasn’t going to buy anything and that was the last straw. Their customer Service is horrible, and coming to this café is honestly settling for less. I suggest going elsewhere

Definitely one of the better hookah places I have visited in the DMV area. For a Wednesday night it was pretty crowded and yet, we were seated in under a minute from walking in the door. The gentleman who greeted us was nice and welcoming. The hookah is good, wish they’d offer fruit heads. I dislike quick light coals but, that’s a personal preference.
The restroom was immaculate, the place itself was very clean. The furniture was nice as well!
Best part. The milkshakes. Oh my. My husband had the Oreo and I had the Nutella. I would go back JUST to have that even if I didn’t smoke hookah anymore.
I don’t mind becoming a regular here. Reasonably priced and super relaxing and comfortable.

The best shisha you can get in the DMV, the service is excellent, no waiting for 30 min till a server realizes you’re there, soon as you come in someone will come to great you and help you pick out what you would like, even if your a beginner they will educate you on what everything is and recommend a great shisha.
And then their milkshakes are amazing I highly recommend the mango milkshake, the best out here!
As far as games they show every game possible, with 4 big screen tv’s and a big projector screen, you will never miss a game!
Best place to chill, smoke, catch up with friends, and watch the game!

I don’t even smoke hookah, hookah at all other bars has always made me sick. Idk what these guys do to differently but hookah is on point. Atmosphere is nice. Staff is very friendly. SHAKES ARE GODLY.

Great vibe here, and music inst loud at all. The hookah actually tastes good and is packed well. On top that if you want a milk shake the nutella oreo shake is amazing. Definitely a spot I will be visiting often. I have been to a lot of hookah bars in VA, MD, and DC and this is by far one of the best ones.

Probably one of the better hookah spots I have been to… and it has milkshakes! They’ve done a great job with the décor in the place. Looks like a proper place for grown ups as opposed to some hookah bars that have zero ambiance. Highly recommend the oreo and nutella milkshake, which seems to be the most popular. Also order the house mix hookah, which has mint, paan, and some fruit flavors, and is really yum. I love that they keep the music at a human level, so you can actually communicate with the people you are with. Wish they were closer to me though!

This was my first time going out to smoke hookah and I would highly recommend this place. The customer service and the owner is great and really goes out of your way to make sure you have a good experience. They have a couple tvs that broadcast sports but they said if you want to change it then you’re more then welcome to ask. The milkshakes are amazing and I would recommend the Nutella and Oreo one! I love the social atmosphere, new and laid back vibe — definitely not one of those sketchy dinky hookah bars you see on the corners.

Vapor Café is probably one of the only decent hookah joints around Herndon. We have been here twice over the past couple of weeks and loved it each time. The Gummy bear hookah is pretty awesome and definitely worth a mention here. The milkshakes are a wonderful addition, and make for a delightful combination.
Considering it is open late, this is definitely worth checking out. You won’t be disappointed!

A very relaxing environment with great milkshakes and they do not allow cigarettes in the bar which is great for those who are not a fan of cigarettes. I highly recommend the nutella Oreo milkshake and the mango juice. The white peach smoke is pretty good.

Hookah prices here are what hookah prices should be everywhere. If you come with two people and split only a hookah, you won’t be paying more than 6 – 9 bucks each, depending on the flavor you get. The hookahs are packed great and the service is awesome. The guys here are extremely nice and you don’t wait for very long like at other places. They have 4 big screen TVs and a projector as well and games are always being played on there. This is definitely a place I come to often, and will continue to do so if they keep this standard.

I visited this place this past weekend and I’m so pumped I found it! I wanted a place where I could enjoy some hookah and watch the basketball games. This place hit all the marks:
TV’s everywhere with all the different games on.
It’s was crowded, but not overly crowded. The café is long and somewhat narrow, but they did a great job with the space, so it doesn’t feel cramped. Also, it was very clean!
The Hookah was the bomb! They had many different types to pick from, which will be nice as I will be returning to try every different type
The standout to me was the milkshakes. These were a nice unexpected surprise and we’re unbelievable. I got the Nutella and it was on point!
I would recommend this place to anyone and you’ll probably see me there as it’s my new spot!

This place has great hookah and amazing customer service. This place is a little hidden but once you find it you will probably become a regular.
It has a very relax atmosphere which makes it the perfect place to work/​study. They space itself is narrow but does not feel cramped. They have four flat screen TVs and enough seating space to accommodate 80 people.
Their menu offers 5 different hookah brands — I usually smoke Fumari White Gummy Bear and Mint or Al-​Fakher Lemon Mint. They have a wide selection of drinks: Tea, Coffee, Lattes, Cappuccinos, Milkshakes, Protein Shakes, and Bottled Drinks.
The protein and milkshakes are delicious!
I’ve gone to most of the hookah bars in Northern VA and this one by far surpasses them all. The customer service is excellent– their attentive but not annoying.

I think I’m lucky to find this place.
— They have a great hookah. I’m a guy who love hookah so much and I’m usually picky about the test of the hookah. They r good.
— People who work here are super friendly and very quick in getting the order.

First time here & I am blown away! Super affordable compared to other local hookah lounges & oh my gahhh the milkshakes are bomb! Absolutely wonderful service along with the overall vibe. It’s a great place to bring your friends to just relax. It’s a clean, modern and alcohol free environment. Definitely will be back!
