Ordered from this place using grubhub, stated hours said they were open and it let me place my order. Order never came and turns out they were closed. They accepted the order and never cancelled it. Not sure how they have it setup with grubhub, but surely they should have a way to refuse orders or send a refund when their store is closed. Taking my order and saying it will be delivered in an hour and then finding out the next day they’re closed was pretty shitty. Grubhub gave me a 5 dolllar coupon for the trouble after i called to refund.
Edit: This guys comment is a lie. I’m not retarded and I did order from the correct store.

Ordered pizza and bread sticks online was told by email that delivery will be within an hour. Driver showed up late like 25 minutes w room temperature pizza that I did not order. I’m upset because it was a waste of my time to attempt to get a bite in before a big meeting. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Unfortunately I was willing to try something new but oh how I regret it at this very moment.

Pizza is good crust is nice and chewy ingredients are fresh. Cesar salad is lacking flavor and lettuce had brown spots with a lot soggy leafs.

Expensive for what you get. The pizza is pretty bland. It’s not oily and overly salty like Pizza Hut/Dominos etc. but it’s literally got no taste. I ordered the Neopolitan with 5 toppings and it came out to be $ 25. It’d be reasonable if the pizza tasted good but it didn’t. If you come at night, there’ll be flies everywhere.

Good luck getting your order right. We are less than a mile away and this is the closest pizza location to us. But there seem to be multiple mistakes each time we order. Today we ordered 3 topping and got 2. The person on the phone argued that we were charged for only 2 topping so in his mind this is pretty much acceptable. Mediocrity is never acceptable.

There’s a Vocelli Pizza in the WorldGate Center which is closer to me, but I come to this one because they agreed to give my coworkers and I a good discount if we order from them regularly. The Voceilli’s in WorldGate said they could not do the same.
So we drive 4 – 5 minutes out of our way to go to this one. The staff is nice, and the food was ready on time everytime except once. That’s the main reason I gave it 4 stars. When you’re grabbing lunch in your lunch break it’s really frustrating when the food is not ready on time (and you have to wait 10 minutes!).

Just awful. Visiting the area and ordered take out to my hotel. Delivery took over an hour and each item we ordered was just so bad. Wings, salad, sub… bleh. Thankfully I can go home and have good food, so sorry Northern Virgina that you have to put up with this kind of horrible food.

Disappointing experience. I’m glad I didn’t spend much because I had a groupon but the food was way below my expectation. Not sure if it was a busy Friday night so they half-assed it but it didn’t do anything for me.
I ordered the pepperoni rolls, large buffalo chicken chicken and chicken parmesean sub. The pepperoni rolls were hard, definitely put in it the oven for too long and there was barely any pepperoni. The pizza was OK, when I got it home (maybe a 10 minute ride), the pizza was cold like it had been sitting out for a while. Not as hot as it should have been, wasn’t even warm. A couple of pieces of chicken here and there, but should have been more since it was a large size. The chicken parm sub was bland, needed some flavor in the sauce.
I might come back and try it since I like to try everything twice but I’ll probably get something small so I don’t waste money if its bad again.

Super nice! There was a miscommunication between me and the gentlemen taking my order. Thin crust can only come in a large pizza or smaller. I was unaware of that. I ordered an extra large thin crust pizza. It’s thinner than original but not as thin as thin crust. Long story short I didn’t like the thin pizza… when I called to let them know the gentlemen sent me another pizza for free. Pizza was amazing and the service was even better!!! Highly recommend them :) thanks!

The pizza is actually pretty good in terms of flavor/ingredients but it is a horrible value. $ 20 for an 18″ pepperoni pizza that I swear, weighed less than a pound. It was so thin that a 10 minute drive home left me with nearly cold pizza, very disappointing. Way overpriced… if you’re going to use thin crust, thin layer of sauce and thin layer of toppings, you should charge a thin price. I actually ordered extra cheese and got a pizza with bare spots… how does that happen? I’d hate to see the single layer of cheese…

My parents order from Vocelli, so I’ve had it now three times in the last few months. I’m not sure why my parents order from Vocelli — habit? sick of Papa John?
They have a lot of specialty pizzas and topping choices to build your own. My Dad prefers the Deluxe, my Mom prefers pepperoni, and I make my own vegetarian pie. The taste is pretty bland in my opinion, but the toppings on my veg pie are plentiful so I can’t really complain. Holds up well and heats up decently the next day.
Delivery takes FOREVER. 45 – 60 minutes is unreal. The last two times we ordered it arrived nearly cold. Yeah. something about ordering pizza for it to come about an hour later and be on the less than warm side. And you pay a delivery fee.

I heart Vocelli’s Pizza but this location is slow and has a fly problem. I noticed flys landing in the pizza dough and I nearly freaked. The management seem unphased by this problem and that further upset me. I ordered and waited on my pizza and when I got in the car, my pizza still managed to be warm and not hot. How is that possible?
