Ate lunch after visiting Hershey World. Good food, service. prices decent.

I came in for breakfast and was happy to see some options you may not normally see for breakfast. I choose the stuffed french toast which apparently changes daily on what it is stuffed with. Today was the blackberry cream cheese. It was really good. I also had an order of home-fries which were nice and crispy. I will return for breakfast! The only issue is the wait.

The only reason locals come here is because it’s one of the few breakfast choices in the area that isn’t Bob Evans(YUCK). It’s good for brunch and breakfast, but besides that, the salads and sandwiches are nothing to rave about. A few items a bit overpriced but thats no big deal. I will say their baked oatmeal is delicious and I love their breakfast potatoes(ask for them to make it a bit more crispy, they leave it on the flat-top a bit longer). They’d do better if they had more seating, but the location and space won’t allow it but it’s still a cute spot to go for breakfast. Honestly, I love going here for breakfast, but thats it.

We had a great experience at the Pantry. Their food at dinner is bistro-esque, but they’re not above making appetizers like sweet potato fries covered with cheese and pulled pork BBQ. I had the roast beef panini with apples, brie and cranberry sauce. Wife had the maple soy salmon. Both were delicious and cooked perfectly. I’m not huge on presentation if the food is good, and here it’s served pretty straight forward. My only food complaint was the Brussels and bacon side dish. I prefer the spirits to be a little crispy and they felt a little mushy for my preference. By far the highlight was the wait staff. Alicia was a fantastic server and helped us a great deal with our two little ones that were over sugared and over tired from a day at the Hershey Experience. She offered several recommendations and was great with the kids. I’d recommend the Pantry for dinner. From what we saw, the waiting area is really tiny, so bring a coat during busy times if it’s cold out!

Excellent breakfast and quality of food is very good. Location and ambiance are small town bathe waits are always really long and if you want brunch you can’t get it on Sunday as the restaurant is closed. The food is very good but predictable without variation in menu items. The back porch is family friendly and the cinnamon buns are the best thing on the brunch menu!

Heard about this place this summer, and have been looking forward to it ever since. Definitely not disappointed. Got the Reuben, and my girl got the pot roast. Absolutely delicious.

Hot chocolate — way too sweet Plain pancakes — lovely All portions very big — too big in my opinion! No single human should be allowed to consume that much food in 1 sitting.

Ate here twice during a recent stay in Hershey. We never had a problem with a long wait and service was fine. The food was very good. Not pretentious, well done, and huge portions. Had dinner and breakfast. Breakfast was the best we’d had in Hershey. Get the cinnamon roll. It’s as big as your face. Dessert was excellent! Ate dessert here once and then went to their dessert shop down the street 3x during our visit. Definitely a must try for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or dessert in Hershey.

I selected Hershey Pantry thru Unilocal reviews. Was visiting Chocolate World and wanted to have dinner in Hershey before driving back to Harrisburg. Servings are big, but appropriate for the prices. The food was not the best, but not the worst either. Some details: 1) Fish taco — tasted fine, except I did find the fish little more oily than the other tacos I’ve eaten in other places. The grilled pita had dry and hard edges. Some of the chips provided were resting against the taco and because of heat and/or sauce had become soggy. The non soggy chips were fine. 2) Veggie Heaven — was good and filling. I did reduce two stars from the rating, because — — I observed that some tables got Hershey kisses along with their check. Why would some tables get kisses with the check — is it because their check was over a certain amount? Also the table next to us got a bread basket served to them before their pasta was brought in. All pasta entrees are served with house salad or Caesar salad — so says the menu. Where did the bread basket come from? It is not part of the menu or On the Side. I did not like this discriminating treatment and hence will not return.

This was a pleasant surprise on a busy day. We have been to Hershey before but do not know the area. Thanks to other Unilocalers we found this spot for lunch. Thank you! The service was excellent and so very friendly. Soup was very good(clam chowder) but the sandwiches were the reason for five stars. Turkey and Swiss on cinnamon bread with cranberry? Delicious and a perfect blend of favors. The Pantry club sandwich was also awesome. House made chips were just right. Not fancy or stuffy at all. Just really good, fresh and creative food served with a smile. Highly recommend.

Nice little place hidden in plain sight. If you’re not looking for it, you may drive right by. Do yourself a favor and turn around and come back, trust me it’s worth it! Had the«turkey, cranberry and swiss on cinnamon toast.» Sweet and savory, hot and cold, crispy and melty. The amount of contrasts happening with is dish was mind blowing. Crazy good flavors too. My mom got the«Ultimate Grilled Cheese.» 4 cheeses and a nice big red slice of tomato. She loved it. Capped off the meal with a slice of «Bailey’s Irish Cream Pie.» Not overly rich with just the right amount of sweet. This is the type of place where it seems anything on the menu would have been amazing, which is why it was so difficult to decide on an order. Go here if you are visiting Hershey. You’ll thank me later!

The Hershey Pantry has become one of my favorite places to eat in Hershey. Please don’t come here expecting The Palm. This place has good simple homemade meals and desserts. I came here two days ago and ribs were a special. I asked what was better ribs or a chicken dish. The waitress was honest and said the ribs haven’t received the greatest reviews. I went with the chicken dish. My fiancé went with a burger special which looked amazing. We started off with the taco fries which was huge and a lot for 2 people. We also ended with the Oreo cake. Everything was good. Worthy of 4 stars. Just not 5.

I was staying at the hotel next door and I popped over here one night for dinner. Surprisingly there don’t seem to be many dining options in Hershey PA. To start the service was excellent from the second I walked into the restaurant. Very nice and cheerful servers. My server was helpful with suggestions. I ordered the Crab Stuffed Mushrooms topped with a Hollandaise sauce and came with a Caesar Salad. While I enjoyed the mushrooms, they became a little overwhelming towards the end. That being said the flavors were still excellent. The prices are a tad high, but still worthwhile. The ambiance is kind of like an upscale dinner, but it is a little tight for space.

We failed to plan ahead. We tried all over Hershey to find dinner one evening after an afternoon at the Park. We arrived shortly before closing, but the staff was pleasant, but warned they were out of some of the items on the menu because it was so late. The fact that they are out of menu items at the end of the day actually made me happy since it means stuff made fresh daily and that it is a popular place.(It was still crowded even that late). The food was spot on and I would have loved to have tried dessert but the main dish was so big and filling I even took it back to the hotel with me. We did have a bit of a wait for food, but overall a wonderful experience.

Very cozy and quaint restaurant on sweet Chocolate Ave. Their menu is very diverse and the service was pleasant. Short once star because I felt it was slightly over priced for the inconsistent quality of some of the items on my dish. My chicken and asparagus was fantastic, however the pasta that came with it was over cooked and felt soupy. Personally, the sauce would have tasted better if the pasta was a little more al dente. Instead, it made it taste like Campbell soups canned creams. I will not fully critique the dish since it can see how it may have been a momentary oversight for the cook. Other than that, the bread that comes with the meal as well as the side salad that was included with my entrée were perfect. My kids had shrimp and corn soup. After adding a dash of salt and pepper it was perfect. I also felt the soup needed a bit more shrimp, but over all it was tasty. I will certainly give this place another shot and try other entrées. It was lovely and the patio is very pretty!

We arrived at 10am on a Saturday and were told that there would be a wait of 30 – 45 minutes. Tables became available both inside and outside simultaneously, and we opted to sit in the screened-in space to enjoy the lovely summer weather. The Italian Stuffed French Toast was surprisingly light for what it was and certainly tasty. The Egg Sandwich on Grilled Sundried Tomato Bread had delicious, soft bread, but the eggs were prepared a little too thinly for my liking.

If you read my last 6 weeks of reviews, you’d conclude I am a fat pig who routinely gorges himself on absurdly large restaurant breakfasts … Well … I did it again and the Hershey Pantry did not disappoint. I had everything — like everything on the breakfast menu and it was all good. Place is cozy and nice. Food was great. Service was excellent. I don’t know what else to say. Well, yes I do — I wish they served booze. It was hot as effffffffff today and I wanted a mojito. Mojito would have made my day. 5 star otherwise. Thanks for a great meal!!!

This place was more then I expected. From the warm welcome to the moment we paid for our bill, the customer service was excellent and the food, to die for. It was a today, a busy early summer Thursday when all tourists are having their breakfast share before hitting the great attractions Hershey’s has to offer. It was 2 of us dinning and we either had the choice to have a little wait time to be seated, yes it was full because it’s so good, or we could sit at the bar counter, we chose that. The moment we sat, Louis, our waiter was extremely attentive and customer service oriented. He displayed a smile at all times and his relaxed manner of taking care of us made me feel like I was a frequent customer with whom he had interacted before. He pleasantly took our order and just the way I love my servers to be, he didn’t even have to write down all the changes i made to my modified combo order. I had the meat lovers omelet, Yum O. I just substituted the eggs for whites and American cheese for Swiss cheese. My friend ordered combo #4, WoW that was a HUGE plate that contained, 2 big fluffy pancakes the side of a plate each, 2 sunny side up eggs, home fries the home style way, almost 3 big slices of scrapple and 4 wheat toasts. Man that plate was big and yummy he said! Louis never forgot about us, ensuring he refilled our coffee, checking that our hunger needs where met and even with the busy morning and challenges that the kitchen can come across with, he ensured that he delivered his service with a smile. Our food did not take long at all, and we were extremely pleased with not only the service and amount of food but also the quality, which says a lot about a place. I will definitely be coming back to the Pantry in any future travels. Warm hospitality and great service is what I pay for. You should check it out as well. You won’t be disappointed.

Decided to drop by here for a quick brunch before exploring Hershey World. I shared the crab florentine eggs benedict, lobster corn chowder and scallop and bacon soup. Service is a bit slow. It took a while for our server to take our orders. Food arrived fast though. The outdoor patio seating was pretty nice. The soups are pretty big even though we ordered cups. I preferred the lobster corn chowder over the scallop and bacon. There wasn’t much lobster in the chowder, it was mostly corn but taste wise it was better than the scallop and bacon soup. The strange thing, the scallop and bacon soup was cold when it was served to us where the lobster corn chowder was still warm. The scallop and bacon didn’t have much bacon in it and it was kind of bland compared to the lobster chowder. The lobster chowder was a bit too salty. Weird how both of them are extremes to one end and there is no in between for each soup? Anyways, the star of the show is the crab florentine eggs benedict. The eggs benedict was good but I wished they had more crab meat with it. The crab meat was kind of dry, I guess thank god for the hollandaise sauce? P. S. theres a $ 5 off discount when you check in with Unilocal,so be sure to do that! But it only applies for orders of $ 25 or more.
