This was the worst restaurant experience we have ever had. We spent 2 hours stuck in a real life kitchen nightmare. We did not receive 4 of the items we ordered and where never told they where «out of the ingredients» Just sat there and waited for an hour for food that was never coming. The food we did get was horrible and tasted spoiled and not fresh. Took 30 mins to get check and was charged for some of the items we never received. This place is dirty and is looks like a dump… Do not waste your time or your friday night. We came home starving and ate a bowl of cereal… How sad.

Great food! I always get the TNT and Naked Salmon rolls… my fiancé gets something different all the time and is never disappointed. Service is very friendly. Good for small groups. We went with a larger group once and it does take awhile as it is a family business.

I’m a New Yorker and I’ve been in Tokyo three times. Dunno why the review has four stars but probably bec the raw salmon is decent.
I’m being nice so I’m giving this place two stars bec it’s close to hershey park. Aside from that I almost cried bec the food is like a fast food slap on the plate.

Wow! Unbelievable! Service was genuine and heart warming. Outstanding taste! Love it :) all time favorite sushi restaurant and I have been to several… must go!!!

Woah! So glad I finally stopped by this place to get some sushi! From the outside the place looks plain and not so great but the friendly owner and the sushi definitely made up for it!!! We stopped by to pick up three rolls: a rainbow roll, a shrimp tempura roll, and the much raved about Naked Tuna Roll! They were all three amazing! The fish was fresh and delicious and the rice was great! The rolls were a great size and the price was not bad at all! Can’t wait to go back with my family and friends!!!

I would highly suggest this place. Fresh food and pleasant service. Service is slightly slow. Myself and my guest had the Hawaiian Roll which was not listed on the menu but was on Unilocal,so i ordered it. We also got the TNT roll, Shrimp Roll and dragon roll. I really could not pick which one was the best. We loved all of them.
We will be back!

The sushi was excellent! We had the California rolls, shrimp tempura rolls, naked rolls and the shrimp fried rice. Everything was delicious — portion size is huge.
We will definitely be back!

Upon entering, it feels like you are in the back of someone’s dirty kitchen. This initial sentiment is then confirm by the stomach aches and growls you get after eating bad sushi. At the time of this review, they had 4 stars here on Unilocal.I therefore felt morally obligated to post this review. This place is not on par with other local restaurants of the same rating.
Beware of Hershey-​Yelp-​inflation.

We had really good sushi here. Service was also very good. Overall good experience. Will come back. It was nice finding a good spot closer to home for those days when we are craving sushi but don’t feel like driving all the way to Harrisburg to our favorite sushi spots.

When they are busy, the service can be a little slow, but the sushi is worth the wait! Try the TNT and naked tuna roll and you won’t be disappointed! Amazing food!!!

The sushi was as good as adverstised! The naked roll was one of the best rolls I’ve ever had… and I’ve tried plenty! I highly recommend going there if you are ever in the Hershey area looking for good sushi. I know I will be going there again.

Went over the summer with a large group of friends. The restaurant was very accommodating, and had very fast service, considering that the restaurant was packed and we were a party of 6. The imitation crab in my California roll was real crab, which was a nice surprise!

I am in the restaurant as I write this review. We are a party of 9 and half of us are eating as I write this review. It’s been almost an hours since I ordered my hibachi and we are still waiting! Mediocre ambience and even lousier service. My vegetarian friend was served meat. I would avoid this place.

Friendly, but the sushi was worse than at the mall. Thick slab of snapper had grizzle and was foul. The tuna was mushy. Best sushi? Worst!

Definitely try the Sakura special! It was delicious. This was a great place to come after a very long day working. The owners were very friendly.

I have been coming here for years & hands down the best sushi in the area. The naked tuna is to die for! The past reviews are correct. You tell the owner what you like or don’t like and he will make you something special. I have had sushi in CA, NY, NJ, and AZ and I’m happy to say, Tuan beats them all!

Ever wanted to eat noodles that taste like Auntie Anne’s pretzels? Order the «Hibachi Special Delight». I couldn’t get past the taste. But, my wife *LOVED* it, even if she agreed on the taste. (When she asked for leftovers that we brought home, she asked for her leftover «Auntie Anne’s»…)
Ok. Other than that… I’m not a Sushi lover. I wanted to order ‘garlic bread’ (seemed like an odd thing to have, but it was intriguing.) They were out of it. Wanted Mozzerella sticks instead. They were out. So, I got the cooked chicken Wings instead. They were really really good! (Or, maybe just surprised me that they were edible, because it was really out of place on their menu.)
Service was terribly slow. The gentlemen handed us a paper & pen to mark down what we wanted (a bit odd to us… Is this common elsewhere?) We waited 25 mins before we flagged a woman down to take our order. (She said she was short 1 staff member, and she apologized for missing us.) 40 mins after arriving, we finally got drinks. The ‘appetizer’ food arrived shortly after.
Ages: On the Friday evening (~7pm) we noticed the place was FILLED (1 empty table, maybe), and every single customer was between 18 and 35 of age… but wasn’t rowdy or loud. Just seemed like everyone was young (as were we). A Mom/​Dad/​Child came in, and they left shortly after looking at the menu. They said their child didn’t like anything on the menu. (Or, maybe they felt out of place?) It was really odd. We know, because during the 40 mins we waited, we played a game of «find the oldest person in the room».
The «Ginger Ale» had no flavoring (just carbonated water). But, they did have strawberry milk! So, I guess it evened out.
Overall, food was good. My wife liked it better. I didn’t care for it much. Much of the menu was centered around Sushi (or similar dishes). For a sushi lover, I’m sure you’ll find something you like! But, if you’re like me… your choices are pretty slim.
We’ll probably go back, but only at the request of others. I personally won’t choose it if someone asks me where I’d like to eat.

Definitely try their naked tuna roll! Absolutely my favorite.
The restaurant looked a bit old and definitely need some remodeling … but you can’t beat the quality sushi here as well as the price. If you’re here for the décor, forget it. If you’re here for the sushi … welcome.
A tip: Don’t order from the menu. Just ask the sushi chef for his special rolls. He’d ask you what fish you’d like … you tell him … and he’ll just make some delicious rolls for you. Why bother ordering from the menu?

Another solid place for sushi in Hershey with friendly service.
Upon sitting at the bar, the owner asked us what kind of fish we like the best. He then starting firing off suggestions, including some off menu rolls. I was seriously impressed. The guy knows his stuff, and he’s super friendly.
The food in on par with Fuji Do with a very similar menu as others have mentioned. My only complaint was that my B52 roll was pretty mediocre. After having Wasabi’s version nothing really compares.
I was blown away by the Naked Tuna roll. It was so… decadent. Seriously, if you love tuna you need to try it. You’ll weep tears of joy.
