Just sat down. Come here frequently. Don’t like the remodel. Too many choices on the menu. Fajita salad? A renewed focus on Italian cuisine would be nice. The service is exceptional as usual — so friendly and knowledgable. The drinks — Ketel One martini with Bleu Cheese stuffed olives — delicious! The late 70s rock music is awful. Totally inappropriate for the setting. Consider the tastes of your patrons, not yourself.

I eat here whenever I want a good solid Italian meal. The chef is fantastic and their wine and beer list are very good. The peanut butter pie is my favorite dessert! It’s all made in house.

I walked in the waiting room was so jammed tight. This has been my second time going and the first time wasn’t to great. I like Italian but this was just pasta and pizza. I ordered chicken parmigiana and it came in a good 10 minutes. The chicken was ok but it was hard and not warm. The sauce was warm. I asked the waiter if he could clean it up but he was already gone. The waiters and waitresses were very friendly. The dinning room was very loud. After the meal the manager took us out for free ice cream right next to the restaurant. The ice cream and staff made me give 3 stars.

My husband liked the chicken in his chicken parm. Chicken fingers crusted with potato chips were good.

This place is terrible. We had a reservation for 6:45, but we arrived a few minutes early. When we walked in, they told us that they are setting our table. After a few minutes of waiting, I walk in to look for our table. All of the tables were taken. We asked when our table would be ready, but they still said they were setting it. We waited 30 minutes when the owner walks out and says that there are three tables about to clear up. Food better be worth it.

Where to begin with Fenicci’s. Last April I came here for the first time and it was absolutely delightful; great food, atmosphere, and service. Oh how times have changed. On my most recent visit I came with a party of six, with a reservation. It with my sister-in-law’s birthday and I’ll tell you she would have had a better time in Baghdad. Upon arrival we were seated promptly, kudos to the greeters as they were the highlight of the night. After being seated everything went from delightful to dreadful as soon as we met our server. Now, I use the term server loosely as she didn’t really provide much service whatsoever. We all ordered drinks and appetizers immediately, and thank God we did or I wouldn’t be writing this since I would’ve died of starvation. You think I’m exaggerating? I made a Unilocal account because I feel as if I had survived a cataclysmic event and was sent as a harbinger to warn others of the complete lack of service that followed. Everything went smoothly up until the apps arrived. The food at Fenicci’ss is great there’s no question there. Our server however was a soup sandwich, completely unhelpful. I would have had better luck walking to the kitchen and making myself dinner. my sister-in-law had to ask her for a highchair three, yes three, times over the course of the first hour before we finally received one. If you ever want your water refilled don’t go to Finicci’s. If you do, bring a water bottle because if you’re in our server’s section water is not an option, not even offered. Not to mention they serve Pepsi products only. last time I checked it was 2015 not 1999. My brother asked the waitress what the«Fenicci’s seasonal beer» was(the menu advertised this) and she looked at him as if he was speaking in tongues. I ordered a Yuengling Lager and I’m shocked that she ever heard of that, as it it only the most popular beer in central PA. Once we got down to ordering our meals that’s when the horror story really started(and here I thought last week was Friday the 13th). Half of our tables food was brought out piping hot, and looking delicious. The problem you ask? The other half of our tables food was being served to the table right next to us. As they began eating the food that wasn’t theirs, the waitress didn’t stick around long enough for them to correct her. Meanwhile we all waited for her to come over to us. Finally she came over about 10 minutes later and told us that our other food was being plated right now(which was clearly a lie, as we heard another waitress explaining to the other table that their order was actually ours). It didn’t take the Honorable Judge Judith Sheindlin to see right through that. So finally their food was brought out another 10 minutes later. Remember the delicious piping hot food I described earlier? Well it was now as cold as the leftovers I could’ve made it home 17.99 cheaper. In order to make up for the error the waitress decided to give my wife some sort of pasta dish that she randomly brought out in a to-go container. She didn’t really tell us what it was, and to be honest I still wonder what it is every time I open my fridge and see it. To cap off the wonderful evening a 20% gratuity was automatically added to our check. I left feeling robbed of that $ 57. I would rather our waitress turn to a life of crime and just stick up people up for 20% in the parking garage across the street. At least I could have had an enjoyable meal after she robs me. 0/10, will not return, would not recommend, will probably throw away the mystery pasta.

This is a great place to grab some grub in Hershey that won’t break the bank. A lot of the places in the Hershey area hotels are quite pricey. Is it the very best Italian? no, I wouldn’t say it is but it is still good for the price. In a tourist town, you gotta go with what you can get. Fenicci’s fits the bill. I had lasagna and was pretty happy with it. The next time I land there, which is inevitable since my family relocated nearby, I might try something else. Would we go back? Yes. My mom says the word«Fenicci’s» every time we even mention going to Hershey. In busy season, I would definitely recommend calling ahead to make a reservation. If there’s a concert in town, they may not even have any availability.

Another year at Hershey, and another meal at Fenicci’s! We were about 20 minutes early for our reservation and got right in. As always the place was boisterous and hectic, but I enjoy that atmosphere. Iced tea is MUCH improved over my last time, and I really enjoyed my salad more. I ordered bbq habanero wings — absolutely DELICIOUS! My chicken piccata was really good, although my mom’s is better. :) Still really good though! Waitress was super busy but did a pretty good job at keeping drinks refilled. My mom was disappointed in the mushroom sauce on her pasta. She should have asked if it was cream or tomato based.(It was the latter but we were all expecting the former.) Dad ordered fried shrimp with slaw(???) and liked it. I think the other three in our party were fairly happy. I thoroughly enjoyed myself, and that’s what matters, right?!?

What a nice place. It’s like dining in a high end New York restaurant. Nice art on the walls and cloth napkins and table clothes. Wonderful service with the owner asking if all was well. The waitstaff couldn’t have nicer. Oh, and the pizza was good too.

Deserves BETTERRATINGS! I m italian and very picky and i was very surprised by the pasta fra diavolo with seafood. Late night open, that is lovely, served by a very nice waitress and all my 7 friends were happy with their food. I wanna come back. Nice prices too.

My husband and I enjoyed an authentic Italian meal in a wonderful atmosphere. We sat on the patio next to the garden and could smell the fresh basil as we sipped our wine. Great view. Great start. The little neck clams and crab dip appetizers were fabulous. Salads were fresh and the hot rolls were yummy. For dinner, my husband had Chicken Marsala, which he raved about. I had the fresh veal parm. The cutlet was a bit over cooked, but was otherwise delicious. Our server, Jessica was absolutely OUTSTANDING. Pleasant, professional, and personable. Apparently we had just missed a brouhaha with the owner and waitstaff when we walked in, but it did not take away from our delicious meal.

For starters… When you walk in, it smells musty. I expected it to smell like they were cooking italian food in the kitchen! The tables are lined with paper for easy clean up I guess. The bread they served wasn’t even italian bread. It was balls of wheat bread that they buy premade… The butter cups they served with it were also so hard you couldn’t use it… We also had to ask for softer rolls… My husband almost broke a tooth trying to bite into it… This is not authentic italian food. I was truly disappointed. My husband’s pasta was dry & my risotto was mush and the taste of fish was too overpowering. I didn’t even take home the rest of my food… The best part about about the meal was the two Hershey’s kisses they served us at the end of the meal to wash out the taste of the horrible food. Update: sorry if the owner disagrees with my review. I wrote it from my experience alone. I live in Hershey & I feel if you want good italian food, Mangia Mangia is the place to go! Perhaps my experience was an isolated incidence, but I feel like too much went wrong during my visit here, I will never go back, and I stand by my choice.

2 stars for overall, 1 for food. Yes, it’s Central PA — but is location really an excuse to serve mediocre Italian food? Apps: Mozzie sticks were fine, but then if you can’t fry cheese you shouldn’t be in the food business. The real travesty here is their calamari — from a presentation standpoint, the serving plate was too big for the portion size. Taste wise, the breading lacked seasoning and wasn’t fried enough. Cold, limp, disappointment. Entrees: My pasta primavera with shrimp was sad. It lacked that bold, warm immersion of flavors you expect from Italian cuisine. It just tasted like linguine tossed with oil and sautéed veggies. Oh with random clumps of noodles and cheese. For $ 15+, I would expect better. I left most of it on my plate and refused a to go bag. Coworker had some tortellini dish and also left most of it on her plate. Can’t blame her, it looked like cheese sneezed a loogie all over the veggies. I will put in a plug for the lasagna, which another coworker said was tasty. And if you finish the whole thing you get a certificate!(Nothing to do with high profit on lasagna I’m sure…) Service was a little slow but nothing to complain about, though there is a broken waiting bench outside that could become a liability pretty soon. Ambience is typical family-friendly Hershey. Strawberry mint mojito was delish. So there you go. If this is your only place you can satisfy an Italian craving, eat a mozzie stick, down a mojito and get you a lasagna and a certificate to prove you got to experience this«meh» restaurant. But personally I’d just as soon go to Carrabas and save a buck or two. Too bad, sounds like this was not the Fenicci’s of old.

Greatly disappointed. Always heard good things about the place. They must not have been Italian or anybody who knows what good Italian food should taste like. Calamari was soggy with grease and under done. Better than over done I guess? Ghost pepper wings were not even spicy. They were the best part of the meal. Chicken and veal parm were tough and chewy. The marinara ace was bland and pasty. Tasted like warm tomato paste with a dash of dry Italian seasoning. The salads were o.k., but how can you mess that up? House Italian dressing was void of character. Had to add E.V.O.O., Balsamic, pepper, salt, and Parmesan to give it oomph. Gave it a shot. Won’t again.

Locals said, «Fenicci’s, is outstanding». The food was horrible!!! First, we did not have reservations, we were quoted an hour. Then after an 1 ¼ hours, we were informed our table was being set up. Then, 15 minutes later we were told we were next, then 15 minutes later we were told the table was being cleaned now, then finally 15 minutes we were finally seated. Our waiter was very attentive to our needs, so that is the only reason they got two stars. I had the lasagna, which I was told by locals as the best lasagna anywhere. Being from Chicago I couldn’t wait to try this famous dish. Not even close to any Chicago area mediocre lasagna dish. Family had pasta dishes that were both cold and hard. Neither family member liked their dishes either. I would not eat there again, even if this was the last place on earth!!!

I love this little Italian restaurant in the heart of Hershey. Their food is great, service was good, and portions are LARGE. Why 4 stars instead of 5? I tried to call ahead to check on the wait time or to make a reservation and no one picked up! It just kept ringing for 5 minutes telling me to stay on hold. The phone message did direct me to their online reservations using OpenTable, which turned out to be an awesome thing!

My number one complaint — way too much food and it’s delicious so I want to eat it all!!! Seriously though, this place rocks! Made a reservation for a Saturday night when I was in town to see a concert at the Giant Center. There were three of us but we wanted to be sure we would be seated with enough time to enjoy our meal before the show. We were promptly seated when we arrived and were told of the evening’s specials. We all ordered the drink of the day — cherry lime sangria. I wouldn’t actually call this sangria — more of a spritzer with what tasted like seltzer, grenadine, and vodka. It was tasty though. Started with calamari(thin tasty breading with a yummy marinara). I appreciated that there were both rings and the legs! We also had wedding soup — some of the best I’ve ever had with a super rich, creamy taste and yummy meatballs. Dinner salads were fresh and the warm bread for be table was a nice touch. All three of us absolutely loved and raved about our entrees. The portions were all far too big for us to finish but we thoroughly enjoyed it! Entrees — crab tortellini Alfredo, seafood pesto pasta, sausage sub. I personally loved the sausage sub. The sausage is apparently local and was absolutely great!

My team and I came here to celebrate the end of a month-long project. And boy did they worked their butt off. since they managed to cater all 45 of us at an impressive speed! Since I was trying to eat healthy due to the high traveling job, I decided to get grilled salmon with salad. The salmon was grilled perfectly: Not too dry, but not too raw either, the perfect medium. The salad, you can tell that it was freshly chopped. The lettuce got the consistency and the sweetness of freshly picked produce. Very impressive. The only down side, which really isn’t a down side at all, is the price on their wine list. Typically I am the type of guy that loves to get some white wine to go with my seafood dishes, but for a little pricey price, I still think it was worth it!

I showed up with my wife and 2 toddlers without a reservation and was told that they were booked up until 7:45PM(it was about 4:45PM). She didn’t offer to make a reservation and didn’t even attempt to accommodate us. She actually told us to go to another place and try the sandwiches there. We went down the road to «What If» and they were in the same situation but the guy up front asked around and found some wait staff that was willing to serve us. So, since my birthday is coming up and we were scouting decent places to eat… I know one place where I won’t have my group going.
