There’s something strange about their sandwiches, when you are trying to eat one, the top slice of the bread disappears and you are left with just the bottom piece of bread and it’s not a sandwich anymore. I don’t know why this happens, maybe it is the way they cut the roll open, I just don’t know, but there is never enough bread on the top of the sandwich to last when you are eating it. Also, the sliced turkey is extremely salty, so if you need to watch the sodium like me, you’d be better off getting oven roasted turkey from the deli at your grocery store. I don’t know why it is so salty. They do have a rewards program for people who like the sandwiches, so that is good for people who want to make return visits. And they open at 10am instead of 11, so that is always good to avoid crowds. The steak sandwiches are ok, but just too much fat for me. You might give it more stars if you like this kind of thing, I guess it’s just not for me. The employees seem nice.

I just want to commend the employee that made my food today. I wish I had gotten her name. My receipt says Shelby, but I don’t know if that was who was helping me. The customer before me was bitching and moaning about anything and everything that was being put on their sandwich(amount of bacon, amount of mayo, the way things were positioned) and had a permanent stink face and a HELL of a bad attitude. It was EXTREMELY frustrating for me to stand there and not rip the customer a new asshole and watch the employees being treated like that, but the employees kept it cool and did whatever they could to make the customer happy, although that would be nothing in this lady’s case. I feel for employees who are just trying to do their job with a smile on their face no matter how unsolicited of a bad attitude the customer is throwing your way. By the way, my sandwich was perfect. Best I’ve had since frequenting multiple jersey’s locations.

By far our favorite sandwich place! So much better than all of the others up here! The service is fast and nice. Make sure to try the peanut butter cookies! Mmmm

Great sandwiches, though a bit pricey it’s worth it for the quality. We like ours«mikes way» but easy on the sauce! Yum. Oh and the Rosemary Parmesan bread is amazing!

This store sucks. They can never get there orders right. Happened twice in a row. Girl on phone didn’t even know what mikes way meant. Stay away from Thai store

Always yummy! Love this location and love the staff! The young girl that is the manager used to work at the Apple Valley location and she is always pleasant and has a smile on her face… I will admit that I am definitely a fan of the cold sandwiches I have never had a hot sandwich… We are creatures of nature and always order the California BLT and the Italian

At $ 1 or more per inch of sandwich, these subs are twice as expensive as Subway(or more, depending on the sandwich). But it’s not twice as good. And TBH, for a fast food sandwich, it needs to be four times as good to be worth the prices they charge. They are fine but not any better or worse than Subway(and Subway is already kind of meh themselves). Sauces are oily and drip everywhere and I expect the bread to be higher quality considering their boasts of freshness. The outside isn’t crisp enough and the inside isn’t pillowy soft and moist, it’s kind of on the dry side. The turkey and chicken were salty even for deli meat. The bacon, though we watched them put strips onto the sandwich, taste like bacon bits and not real bacon. The flavor of the«Mike’s Way» blend of spices doesn’t mesh well with every sandwich they put it on. Again, not bad, but not good. Meh at best(there’s that word again), and weird-tasting at worst. I wish they would open a Lee’s Sandwich up the hill(preferably 24 hours like the one in Vegas, but I know that is just a pipe dream… a *crack* pipe dream), with their fresh French baguettes and their low low prices. Phở oddly has a high representation around here but comparatively few choices for banh mi.

I have been here a few times and the sandwiches are great but 3 out of the 4 times I’ve been they only have white bread, what type of sandwich place ONLY has white bread? Apparently they have been out of wheat and rosemary but if your a sandwich shop… Hello! I will definitely call before I go again!

Yummmmmy!!! So much better than subway! The fact that they are made fresh off the deli slicer makes it even more amazing! I had the mini(which is plenty enough for me) turkey club with the rosemary cheddar bread the jersey mikes way and oh my goodness… Delicious!!! They are a bit pricey but so worth for the party on my tastebuds! Also, The sandwiches seem so much fuller than a subway sandwich. The staff was very friendly and prompt as well. Can’t wait to go back!

I really like the sandwiches here, they have some that the more basic shops don’t. The meals can be a little on the pricey side for a sandwich though.

I had my first ever Jersey Mikes sub two days ago. The Rosemary Parmesan bread was delicious and fresh. I had a regular original Italian sub Mike’s way. It made two meals. The meats and cheeses were fresh and of good quality. The toppings were just enough to add flavor without being overpowering. The service was fast and friendly. The restaurant was clean. I have two complaints. First, they had a single unisex restroom. I really hate unisex/family restrooms. Men do not know how to aim and it makes them gross. And second, there was no pastrami dip on the menu. They had a pastrami Reuben but that did not sound good at all. Perhaps you can get a pastrami grinder or hot pastrami off the menu but since it was my first time, I did not ask.

Food is fresh, not pre packaged/measured like other sub restaurants. Nice to see they cook the bacon used for your sub, instead of fake bacon between two pieces of wax paper. I suggest you order using the smartphone app if you’re in a rush. Super easy and if the staff has any questions they call you directly. I just need a Jersey Mikes in Phelan.

Great subs, great sodas, great people. Rated 4 stars cause the chip selection isn’t improving need more baked chips and sour cream and onion.

Came in for lunch. Employees went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Sandwiches are a little bit pricey but well worth it. Sandwich made with fresh quality items on awesome bread. They offer chips but no fries to accompany their sandwiches. Refillable fountain drinks. Try one of their hot sandwiches off of the grill!

I love the uniformity of all locations. Great business mindset. Delicious subs. I love that they hand slice everything per order.

Not so great… When I walked in the line was short, only 2 other people in front of me, but it still took forever. The guy who took my order and made my sandwich was very rude and all he said was what do you want, what do you want? and I didn’t like the fact that he had a piercing in his cheek. Very unprofessional looking and not good to have around food!!! He was slow and the only other person I saw working was a girl who stood at the cash register the whole time. They are very scarce on the meat and avocado, but they give you way too much lettuce and oil and vinegar. They don’t seem to care much about customer service. The Apple Valley location is much better

No big deal here! The minute I walk up to the counter there jumping to take your order before you even have one minute to look at the menu. The atmosphere just felt rushed as well. Not all of us are in a hurry in this world. Told the gal taking my order I did not want oil or vinegar now guess what I got!!! That’s right both! Anyway I find the prices really overpriced and just a glorified subway sandwich . The bread is imo better then subway but that’s about it for me. If you went back to jersey I’m sorry to say you would not be missed by me.

I love jersey mikes! I normally go to the one in apple valley because it is near my house, but I was in the area and decided to give this location a try. The employees are great! They were so friendly and even though the place was packed for a Sunday afternoon dinner they took time to make great sandwiches and offer tips. The guy who made our sandwiches was a manager and he was so sweet to our kids. He wrote their names on their bags. That matters to a five year old. He doesn’t care the number lol he wants to see his name. The place was clean. The tables were all cleaned even though the place was packed. I hate seeing trash left around when I walk into a restaurant. They had a nice clean and inviting place. The cookies were yummy. My boys always like to get a cookie for the drive home and they enjoyed these ones. I was happy.
