The people who work here are very nice and always striving to get the food orders out asap. It does get packed at night and their parking lot is tiny so it’s very tight. And I’ve never had any problems with any of my orders.

Order 12 piece with half and half, they were out of one kind and said it would be a long wait so only got one kind. Ordered corn on the cob, baked beans and mac and cheese, got two mashed potatoes and a cole slaw. Never again.

This location is such a joke… i know i had a huge order but for the lady anni not tell me they wont be able to do my order is ridiculos… i mean it it a fadt food resturant… i dont mide waiting… and she still has the nerve to tell me to make sure i call in to put my order… like really??? Ive never gone to mcdonalds or burger king put in a huge order and theyve never told me to call ahead of time… and then she goes to the back is running her mouth the managers are talking shit and they are still rude when they give us our order… i ask for extra condiments and anni bitch ass rolls her eyes throws the packets in the bag and dosent say anything… some other guy is clocking and and anni is telling him in fron of me ur coming into work with no chicken available… im like ur rude and she tells me whats rude what are u talking about in such a rude voice… im walking away and shes saying idk how im rude i gave them theyre order… like never again will i ever go to this location… they never have anything ready… they have nothing but rude people working there… i rather drive 20 mins to get good service and good food… fuck this location… cant believe the store manager has not done anything about this situatuion

Horrible! Was in the drive thru for 20 minutes. I get my food and it is cold. There is no gravy on my famous bowl. Soda is flat. Never coming back to this location again.

I’m going to agree that this has to be the WORST ! The Absolute WORST! KFC, and the worst of all food places I’ve been to. Good Lord! It isn’t that hard to take a simple order, and get it correct. Someone, anyone with a standard of some common sense please do something with the employees. What is it with the high desert.

this place is a joke to humanity. if you want to find out where the under 80iq crowd works just head on over. don’t expect them to make your food correct or anything, just sit back and take it all in, because one day you may get hit in the head hard enough and find yourself here in a uniform.
can’t comment on the food, because I got a refund, but the experience… well, was an experience.

This review is strictly for the 1 piece grilled chicken meal I bought. First time I ever bought and let me tell you the first impression I got was horrible. I must admit that the flavoring was good, but it was the extreme dryness of the chicken that killed the experience for me. It must have been under a heat lamp for awhile or in the oven for too long. No joke, beef jerky was more tender than the chicken. The service was great (with a smile) and expediency of the food was fast. Mashed potatoes and gravy with the Cole slaw are classic faces, but again the one star was for the shriveled up dry chicken. would I try again? I would but this time I would eat inside or check the chicken before I leave to make sure its a grilled chicken not a dehydrated one.

Everyone is giving this kfc horrible reviews but they are not bad. The place is clean and the food is always good.
I normally go here when my family wants chicken because I don’t like to cook and it makes a big mess in my kitchen. I am not a fried chicken person but I do like kfc and I like that they send coupons in the mail often.
It’s a good meal that we can eat at the table just like our normal dinner. They have a drive thru so I don’t have to get out of the car when the baby is sleeping.
The parking lot is tiny and parking can be right so if you drive a truck or large car be careful. I just use the drive thru so I don’t have to worry about it. Their is also a lot of traffic since it is on a busy corner so be prepared to turn onto the side street for an easy way out.

I go thru drive with a $ 15.99 coupon and get charged $ 16.99.when I question her its because of minimum price increase. not cool false advertisement, why didn’t’ she tell me before and be sneaky about it. And when I get home I find out I have cole slaw not Mac & cheese, my kids don’t like that crap! And no butter & honey for the biscuits. I guess KFC can’t afford it because of the wage increase! Your not getting my business no more KFC Hesperia !

Ordered the new combined bucket at the drive thru, spent $ 40+. Didnt notice thew forgot the 8 biscuits until we got home. Called and got nothing but attitude from the manager who said, «well come back and get tgem». Finally offered a cake as compensation for the 20 minute drive we had to make… again. Crispy chicken was over cooked to be chicken jerky. Original recipe was greasy… won’t go back and do not recommend it.

Just got one of the Go Cups, potatoes were good but the chicken was tuff and I would guess setting for awhile. Would I buy it again? NO!

Chicken is chicken but this is KFC! This location is a bit older and it shows but it is clean and the food is reasonably priced. Give them a try, especially if the IN-​N-​Out line is too long…

It must have gotten better here since the last review.
It was pretty clean in here and the manager was nice.
They had screwed up our order but she fixed it right away.
The food was fine, not great but fresh and the price is descent.
You can’t beat the $ 1.99 snackbox of popcorn & a side.
Unfortunatly no more green beans, but the baked beans were fineas well.

Waste of Time KFC is over priced for a meal and when you do get it they screw up and forget to put stuff into the meal and act like its not a big deal that they forgot it and still dont put it in! their customer service sucks and their Manager is an asshole!
