Don’t see how this place gets a 3 star over all rating. The bottom bun on my burger was like a rock. It was totally obvious to the touch even when it was still in the wrapper. I’ll never go back.

We were fourth in the drive-​thru line at 1:30 pm on Saturday. We waited for 45 minutes total. My daughter even got out of the car and went inside to find out what was taking so long. She said it looked like the drive-​thru server had to turn her headpiece on or up. Even after that it was 20 more minutes and long waits for everyone both at the order sign and at the window. Angie, the server didn’t even apologize for the wait. Instead she said «so do you want to order or what?». We chose to not order and she didn’t even park the person in front of us but made us wait for 15 minutes for those people to get their two drinks and single bag of food before we could leave. Horrible service without even an apology. I am never going to return.

I want to stop hearing about getting $ 15/​hour when you cant even get my order right and when i come back you make me wait and take someone elses order first and i am made to pay the difference it should have been free terrible customer service

Really need to hire people that can understand English, especially if they are taking drive thru orders.

Why is it that these people can’t NOT burn my burger? Gosh. Does Satan run the grill here? I don’t think I have ever had a pleasant experience a this location (or any H.D. Location for THAT matter!) I will continue to frequent THIS location because I always have coupons and it is close to my house. SMH. Rant OVER!

The food has always been good. The CS is average. I stop by whenever I’m in the area for my eye appointments or pep boys.

Im not from the area but i recently stoped by while on a business trip. I cant believe how great the service is. All the employees greeted us when we walked in. The food was prepaired promptly. My best rave was over the employees actually walking by and asking if everything was 2 our liking. All i can say is that this place has primo service. I dont get this type of A+ service in orange county, so 2 the hesperia carls employees i commend you for your awesome service. You guys seriously deserve some form of bonus.

Has a Green Burrito menu in addition to their usual fare of burgers. Food is brought to the table for you. Place is kept clean. Employees are prompt. Even when we’ve just walked in and can’t decide what we want, they wait by the register patiently.
Their breakfast menu includes biscuits (sausage biscuits, bacon & eggs, etc). I thought their biscuits were very fresh (husband prefers these to the ones from McDonalds) and looked it up on their website. It noted that this location served «Hardee’s Made From Scratch Biscuits.» I tried their sausage biscuit for the first time and it wasn’t bad at all! The sausage just didn’t taste quite the same as McDonalds, which is my favorite. And then I looked at the message at my coffee cup: «If our food tasted like theirs, we wouldn’t bring it to your table either.» I was pretty amused by that. They also keep their coffee freshly brewed and topped off.
There’s a nutrition poster on their wall for the calorie conscious.
Place is on a corner of a busy intersection, but not at all difficult to get in and out. They are located next to Pep Boys.
I enjoy coming to this place. Have not had a problem with the service or the quality of food. It’s the only Carls Jr. in town and is a nice change from the other fast food places.
