Jack in the Box

I think out of all of the times I’ve came here only once were there pleasant with me. i usually go in the drive thru and they are shamelessly so rude to me for no reason. Apart from that they NEVER EVER give you the condiments you ask for. actually they ask YOU if you need any and yet they still manage to forget.

On my lunch break and came to jack in the box on main st at I ave. at 1230 pm. No other customers at the counter yet we still waited 5 minutes before we were greeted and our order taken. The manager and the register employee both saw us and after standing there for 5 minutes waiting the manager said, «take their order» to the employee. Bad service during lunch hour at this location. If you are on lunch break from work, avoid this jack in the box. Seems like their drive thru customers is all they care about since they are on a speed of service timer. And to top it off I only got my loaded nuggets and large drink but had to wait another 8 minutes for my two tacos and fries because they «forgot» them.

What happened to Jack’s.. the location in Apple Valley is awesome… this location not so much. I was tight on funds so I stopped in for tacos for my kids… I made 2 orders one was ordered with sauce… the second order was requested no sauce… when I got the order there was sauce on it. No big deal mistakes happen. I took back to the counter showed them the receipt where it was marked no sauce. I have never been to a restaurant that they would not simply remake the order… even when the order is ordered wrong by the customer. The girl at counter wanted to argue about my order. Even when I showed her the reciept where she marked it correctly as no sauce! The receipt says the employee was victor. she doesn’t look like a victor… probably on Victor’s drawer. This not my worst experience… but far below what I have come to expect… this on the heals of another bad experience at another Jack’s. Jack I expect better… I mean we go way back… I will go to other Jack’s but this location… nope…Jack… call me… I can let loose on my other bad experience over at the store off of Amargosa… 2 problems… one week… yikes… the other one was worse…

If you are craving Jack in the Box come tho this location. I would suggest coming during the day as the staff is friendly and the food gets done at a reasonable time. Unfortunately for the night staff, I’m talking about the employees working graveyard shift, my feelings are totally the opposite. Never come here at night as the people working these shifts have never heard of sanitary procedures. I would suggest checking your order before leaving the drive thru and check your frys as I have found hairs within them 4 times within the past 2 weeks. This location has lost my late night business. Props to the day shift. Night workers need to be replaced asap.

Jack in the box is always good when it is late and you are hungry. I think of jack in the box as hangover food and food to eat when I’ve been out drinking.
I don’t normally eat at jack in the box because they have munchie food and food that is really filling. I do like their food but I try to avoid it to save my body the fat lol.
My kids love to get pancakes here because they have them all day and night. It’s a good treat when they want breakfast for dinner.
They don’t have toys in their kids meals so kids don’t like that kids meals and want other stuff.
They have such yummy shakes that my kids are always trying to get me to stop for ice cream for a snack.
Overall jack in the box has all the yummy stuff I love but can’t eat or I would be huge.

I Work at Vallarta. So couple times a week I come here for coffee during my lunch. Amazing team they have at this location. So friendly and hard working. Ive seen them in the middle of the morning rush hour and they make it look so easy. For being a fast food joint, they treat every single customer like royalty. Makes me want to hire them to work at Vallarta lol.

Iv been coming here for years 14 in fact, always friendly always quick and tasty, always happy to see jaunita who has been there since I started going there, and now David too, but lately … my order is wrong 90% of the time, the new younger people are a little rude. I don’t even bother to complain. I haven’t seen any regular faces lately either :(I hope this Jacks gets better. I come here at least 5 times a week, I don’t want to have to start going some where else.

I go here often because it is close to my job. They get my order wrong quite often. As a result I have to check my purchase before leaving. Today they forgot to put my mozzarella sticks in the bag and I had to go in. The guy says «but I put them in the bag «. I said. «I checked twice not in bag». He says «where is the food?» I’m pissed now. Go back out to car to get food. He then proceeds to check the bag again. And this time I yell. I checked it twice now you are checking it again!!! He says «but I know I put it in there». Obviously they are not there and I am über pissed. Finally i get the food and leave in rage. Let just say i wont be going back ever again! screw that jack in the crack from now on!

The staff is great at this location. Definitely slow though. I don’t mind because my fries are always hot.

the slowest place in the desert. Other jack in the box’s aren’t this slow.
